Download the ROM, extract it and pick whatever you need.

Search google for UOT kitchen.
Try somethings out, battery , , animations, boot animation are easy to mod, then finish and upload androidian.apk from cm7 system/app and rename it and instLl from theme chooser and apply.
Or upload framework from stock or custom rom..

then just mod the images and done
But is important that i have to use a software like Eclipse modding or not??

and for making app out of nothing
there was something else
to make application u need:
- eclipse + plugin for android
- android sdk
- java language

I think you should read something about development and programming. Not specially about Android but in general. Some 'hello world's in Java or C++. You have to be genius to start develop from walk

u just need to extract the apk with 7-zip
photoshop some images
add to archive
launcher.apk
use android commander or anything else to sign the apkand
install it normally

Try using a windows virtual machine I have that on my Mac and was able edit a launcher on my nexus s a while back. Using 7zip and gimp to do the edits.

Sure just decompile systemui & change in the res folder the images in drawble xxxhdpi. The recompile and flash your rom again?

Yes I can but it is very hard to do it. You need to use apktool to decompile the apk file. Then go in to the res folder. Go to drawble then xxxhdpi to change the images. After that use apktool to build the apk file again. Then sign the apk file and zipalign it. Without those last steps, the apk will not work.
Actually you don't need to decompile if you just gonna change regular png files .9.png needs to be decompiled if you wanna edit them tho but that's another thing. You can just drag and drop them in to the apk replacing the icons you wanna change

The signature verification is disabled.
It allows, custom themes without limitations.
You can also use system apk who are signed with a different signature.

By the looks of the publish date it is for MM (Android 6)
you can try this services.jar for stock rom

Do you mean for me to use the services.jar you linked me to above, that I would need the entire ROM I'm using to be deodexed or to use serajr's mods I need the deodexed ROM?
