I got this problem when I flashed 4.4 Rom

Your device is not e975 simple, if it is or a spinoff like Korean ver just flash the e975 recovery first than flash the rom.

+1 on this. ROMs are OK, but not firmware or modems. But if you are trying to downgrade to unlock, you are out of luck. There is no 4.1 modem for the L.

For mobile data, but not for the USSD unlock process. It was patched before this variant was released.

I Don't Know Much About “Pre-Flash" Can Some one explain What it is ? I know It Has Something to do with the boot.img But that all I know of

phrotac “For this reason I would recommend you extract the boot.img file from the Rom and "pre-flash" it using Flashify before you boot into recovery to flash the Rom. Flashify can also be found in the Play store."

Well I try to But I always Get stuck on Samsung Galaxy s4 screen I've Tried Wicked And Insane Kit Kat and I've Got the same Results even With a full wipe
