So, am I out of luck?? Is there any other way to get TWRP Recovery onto my G3 apart from downgrading to Lolipop?

Is it possible to install TWRP recovery through Flashify, will it work?

Hi, I have the same firmware and I have tried purpledrake lite......its not working.
It says "command not found". Please help!
Look for "Stump Root". It worked for my D855 in just a min. No hassle. Its an apk file. Just reboot after "grind".

Stump - BruteForce
Hi - I am not on v10i I am using v10h but had no success using standard 'grind' methods with Stumproot and no success with purpledrake etc.
Upon taking a risk I used BruteForce and it rooted no problems.
Stump root only took 3min to root my V10i-SEA version...

I am currently using Lollipop V20A (polish) on my D855 32GB variant. I never unlocked or rooted my phone.
I saw that overheating and oversharpening fix were made by our beloved XDA developers and I would like to root my phone so I can install that but I'm not sure if I can.
Can I still unlock and root if I downgrade from Lollipop to KitKat via KDZ flash, and if I can, could anybody give me easiest and best links to do the unlock and root.
Thanks in advance
Anybody?

Yes you can. Just downgrade to Kitkat and then root.
In general section you have tutorial on how to get back to stock.

you don't need a computer to root, it's easy! Just download king root it's an app
I'm surprised Kingroot worked so well.

What if I rooted it with kingroot and stumproot already
And it flashed the system updating back to marshmallow and now those rooters are patched?
And neither purpledrake and oneclickroot doesnt work neither?

One way is using kingoroot, then install SuperSU thru play store and make it install normally, then get autorec for mm and reboot to recovery
