Hello, you mate who casually landed over here.
I recently bought a fresh new OnePlus 3T gunmetal, leaving behind a splendid Nexus 5. I was really in love with the N5 design and I love also how OP3T look like. The fact is that I feel the duty of preserving their bodies but still giving them an awesome and unique look.
My N5 was covered by a neo hybrid spigen that make him looks great! Now I want that my OP keep up whit it.
I personally didn't find any special custom cover, but I really like the work they made with original ones.
Now I have this question for you: what do you think about the black leather cover?

I used to prefer this over the other ones, like the ones in wood, kevlar or sendstone, due to the fact this gives a more classy style.
Do any of you have ever seen this one? What can you tell me about it?
And for the ones who don't, but still have some great ideas, are there any cases you would make me know that follow this line of style?
I hope this thread will help other people like me who has a deep struggle when it's time to choose a valid case for a smartphone and I hope lots of ideas will rise!

The original black leather case from 1+ is excellent but pricey.
There are alternatives to it, I have just ordered this one in black.

Well I got sick of the added bulk/weight of my verizon dual case looking around on ebay I found this Ringke case. It's a silicone case, not too much added protection if it were dropped but just for daily use it's good enough. It definitely improves the power button feel, barely even have to touch it. Fit's nice and snug on the phone adds almost nothing to it. It isn't like most silicone cases collecting lint/getting stuck in your pocket it's a different material never seen it on a phone case before Only real complaint is with after market chargers the rubber kind of gets in the way but other then that I have zero complaints about it. For the price I think it was a decent deal.
just figured there might be others out there not sure about it, like I was and give a little insight on it.

agreed thanks for the pics. only camera I have available atm is my Tbolt lol. I also took this thing with me mudding, was full of everything under the sun, came home threw it in the sink and looks new again, my last two cases stained and looked like crap.
I love this leather case from Zenus.
Its slim, its fits beautifull, I like the material and color. Except... I do not like cases that flip to the bottem. This one would be perfect if it would flip open like a book.
Do you guys know a case that comes close to that? Have been lurking around these forums for weeks to find one, but havent seen one yet.

It's nice cases style, looks so luxuriously, people asking all the time what is that...BUT
you know it's funny, this "clip" scratches the phone !!!
I had to manually straighten out little.... (it's alwayse gonna be a small grains of sand stuck there, so you will see soon frayed part on the phone )

I've seen several on Gmarket, they're usually listed as diary or card cases for the SGSII. Here's one example though it may not be what you're looking for.
Some are made of leather, but most are not as far as I can tell from the appearance.

Gelaskins does make great skins. I bought numerous skins from them and have had no complaints of their work.
I LOVE this bumper too, and also thinking of doing something different with the battery cover/door, but I might just get a white colored door and call a day

Actually, it's around the USB port area that the black TPU section can tear itself away from the white plastic. But I've been able to fix it by using a small dab of superglue. The result can be quite stiff and reassuring. At only 3 bucks a piece, it's still an excellent case. I have 4 of these.
BTW, I bought mine from focalprice.com
I have had mine on my phone going on 3 weeks and have had no issues. I could see there being issues with the black coming off if you take your phone out of the case alot. so far i have yet to take it out since i put the case on, I have did battery pulls but the case does not need to come off to do so.

Me and my GF both bought an S2 (at an incredible price :highfive and we went to a mall to buy a cheap cover. My GF found a purple one at TheSource (RadioShack in Canada) and I found a black one at BestBuy. Both are Casemate Barely There. Notice the difference?

With the black one the camera is less protected, but the biggest problem was to access the power button, because the plastic is a little bit thicker on the black one, it was difficult to press power. I did a refund at BB and went to TheSource to buy the last one they had for the S2, yeah it's purple but kind of dark purple so it's okay

This may be out of topic, but have you tried iLuv cases? They're pretty good too. Pretty much like casemate's barely there cases, but with style :thumbup: your gf may like it

The black one was probably the first version. I bought the silver one that is similar to the black one, just at the launch of S2.
Yeah, it doesn't protect the camera well which is why I ended up ditching it.

I have been looking around for a good Skin that covers even the curved edges of the Nexus 5 screen, offers best protection.I eventually stumbled upon Gadgetshieldz. They had a good collection of skins and screen protectors but i was not sure about the company nor their pricing as they were half of dbrand.I researched through the internet and found that it was an indian company
Without thinking further i blindly ordered a "White Carbon Fiber Skin"(i blindly ordered because i live in India and i was sure to get the product within a week or so) and guess what?!
The quality was excellent.I find the texture truly amazing It's a white carbon fibre.The delivery was fast than expected.The prices of these skins are half of dbrand.The skins include protection for the front, back and sides although I didn't bother to apply them on the sides due to the matte finishing.But at last i did and my N5 feels like a new phone
The downside is that there's no spray and not even a cleaning cloth that's very bad.

The NEXUS logo blends really well with the skin.Overall I'm quite satisfied with my purchase. The skin is quite grippy and it's better than the original as its resistant to fingerprints. It has a nice feel to it. The cutouts are very precise
