I am on Tmobile, phone is the Tmo version as well.

Over on Android Central, purple with the same problem now report that it links to LG help. Maybe the service was just down yesterday but appears to be working today.

It says that your imei is not valid. Maybe there is another website for stock kdz files?
Then just search on phone model, then look at Turkey region
