My phone has been stuck on boot loop for hours. I don't even do any of the advanced things i've been reading about while trying to figure out what to do like root & mod etc. all i did was call and pay my bill, & then restart it and it's been stuck ever since. I've tried rebooting, factory resetting, wiping the cache. nothing is working. i currently don't have a way to put something on my sd card to fix it. I don't know what to do. i need help. preferably before it dies because i honestly don't think it'll charge.
Can someone please help me?? ):
hi, is it working now ?

First let me apologize for putting this in Android Development. I am just stuck and thought you guys were the only ones knowledgeable enough to possibly help.
My phone woke me up this morning because it somehow got into an endless rebooting cycle and I cannot for the life of me fix it. I do not have access to recovery, when I try to enter recovery it just goes back into the boot cycle.
I did a wipe from HBoot but it did not help. I also reflashed some various pc36img files, but they did not help at all. I was not able to find a similar situation on the board, since the solution for the other ones all included going into recovery. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Weird issue here, wife's Slide has been working just fine all this time, needed a reboot this morning, is now stuck in a boot loop.
Phone is 100% stock and not rooted, now I have rooted other phones and know the processes involved BUT am looking for a simple fix first, wife doesn't care about anything other than a functioning phone.
Does anyone know if doing a factory reset would do the trick? I know how to get into recovery and all that, or any other idea? If it gets to it I will root and throw say Cyanogen on it, but will try to avoid anything drastic if possible.
Yes, factory reset/ wipe should help
I have a galaxy nexus and i have a bootloop problem, ive spent so much time trying to fix it. when i try to use cwm it doeesnt boot recovery with it, no changes have actually worked. i tried to factory reset it and when i start it up again everything is there. I tried to apply images but everytime it gets to writing the system, it takes 10 minutes and fails.
ive tried alot of things and i feel so hopeless can someone help? what do I do?
I have a LG G3 with rooted stock rom running xposed.
So I pulled my phone out of my pocket today only to see the Verizon boot logo in effect. I was thinking "that's weird, guess my phone needed to reboot? Strange." But the only problem is it never stopped. It will only boot up to the lock screen and occasionally it will display an error message telling me the systemui has stopped. Then about 10 seconds later, it reboots itself. It continues this process until I pull the battery.
I've tried booting into safe mode, no luck. It doesn't even actually boot into safe mode (it doesn't say safe mode in the bottom left corner.)
I tried wiping the cache, no luck.
I don't want to just do a factory reset because that hasn't seemed to help anyone else with this issue as far as I've seen. I have not found any helpful information on how to fix this problem.
My question is, what do I do? I feel lost on this subject. Normally I've always been able to diagnose problems on my own, but not in this situation.
I have all my apps and data backed up to Titanium Backup on my SD card.
Any suggestions?
Xposed is more than likely the cause. Boot into TWRP and open a terminal, then type the commands as shown in the OP of this thread to bypass it...

i followed this guide
teamandroid.com/2016/03/08/update-tmobile-galaxy-note-2-t889-android-601-resurrection-remix-marshmallow-custom-rom/2/
and it worked perfectly until yesterday
the other day i looked at my phone and it formatted and restarted on its own. i didnt really lose much.
so i accepted it and reset up all my apps and such, and then when my phone died and i charged it
it got stuck in boot loop forever
i tried wiping both cache and reboot recovery it skips boot loop long enough to load up but as soon as i see my homescreen for a second it boot loops again.
so then i tried completely formatting the phone over which worked until this morning when i woke up my phone was dead. swapped batteries and turned it on. booom boot loop again.
is there any advice on what i should do?
im able to format it and get it working again if something needs installed etc
but i want to stop this from happening again
Q: is it possible that a certain app i downloaded is forcing the boot loop? i dont see why it would because ive had all the same apps for months and it just happened out of no where.
i appreciate any help, id just like to know why in the world its happening, and what the best course of action would be
im thinking maybe restore it back to factory firmware and unrooting and starting the process all over again
i seen something for 7.1 would that be better?
