Doesn't work Miracast/Screencast on rooted Devices or Custom-Roms?

Hello, maybe anybody here can help me...
I have a Microsoft Miracast-Display-Adapter connected with my LG TV which worked perfectly on offical p600 KitKat 4.4.2 Rom (unrooted), but I don't find a way to use it with other Roms. It doesn't work on Hyperdrive KK 5.1 Rom (after clicking on Screen Mirroring the window closes), on Temaseks cm 12.1 Rom (it starts to connect, but then fail) and even with the official Lollipop 5.1.1 release (rooted) by Samsung I get the message, that there is a hardware problem.
I'am very frustrated and now I went back to cm 12.1 by temasek.
Someone wrote in a forum that it could depending on Knox, but on cm it also won't work.
Is it maybe a general problem by Lollipop?
Has anybody the same problem with his p600?

No, i think the problem is caused for the custom recovery.
Anyone knows if i change the custom recovery for the original one, make me loose the root ?

Thanks, but i found a solution for the screen mirroring problem just before 5 hours.^^
It is a general bug with rooted samsung devices.
I had to change something in the system folder and now everything works perfectly.

only agni available for custom kernel...and of course stock is the best

I still don't get it why CyanogenMod released CM13 for S3 and doesn't care about Note 2. International model of Note 2, GT-N7100 to be more exactly, has only CM11 while other versions, like t0lte got CM12.1.Same for Sprint and Verizon, both have CM12.1.
Now, CM11 works good. Trust me. I used for 2 weeks and I've got NO bugs. Nothing! Smooth and stable.
And that was about system stability. Anyway, there is one problem with the graphics. There is a little bit of video tearing sometimes, when closing and opening apps.
I really wish to see at least CM12.1 in these days from CyanogenMod. There were no updates for more than a week. Galaxy S3 got like 5 CM13 updates in one week.
I'm not sure who is in charge of Samsung development there, but he or she should focus on all devices, not only on a few.
The head developer or Note 2 left for Sony. I just hope someone else will take hes job.

CM11 does not work with Xposed for it's SDK level is only 19. Just so you know

Yes you need to Wipe Cache, System and Data

Turbo Editor and Es Explorer (Es editor) don't save edited txt file (premission denied). How fix?
Standart CM editor open and save text files normally.

Anyone interested for TW-MM for E5??

Hi, i was working on TW-N for E5 but i cancelled it to the last minute as noone really responded on my thread thinking that's a dead device. Im interested to start porting TW-MM on this device but IDK if ppl really want to. J5's kernel seems compatible with E5 unlike GP. If anyone is interested plz respond here.

Ill figure out the issues on Lineage 15.1 and then ill work on TW-N

im interested in tw nougat

Better if its an aosp coz touchwiz and everything samsung sux

First of all ill release a kernel to test with Lineage 14 and if it boots ill restart my TW-N project. I just need Lineage 14 boot.img for E5 if someone can upload it?

It is located in proc folder at root. Im getring really confused on why none of my kernels boot. Still no dev gave me answer. Ill contact Has.007 for further information.

Yes ill add E7 support on my TW-N and LOS15.1 roms but i still cannot get the kernel to boot. We can use prebuilt Lineage kernel(TW-N only) but itll be full of bugs.

Using Revolution 9.3.7 as daily driver. Gcam works without root as well. Battery backup is good. I am almost as happy as I was with Masik 1.7.

is still doesnt hqve many features yet.. but seems good on battery and speed.

Greek xtrv miui.(Miui Hellas) is the most customisable miui rom.You have to flash also 2 extra patches with extra settings.

I unlocked bootloader just to get rid of global miui because of ads and bloatware.
Went to havoc 2.5, pretty decent ROM but battery backup not up to mark. Pubg wasn't smooth but HD medium option was unlocked. (Used 2-3 days)
Now on miui eu oreo, best for daily driver. Pubg smooth af, battery backup first class. No ads and bloatware. (Used 1+ day)
