flashed FBE with twrp 3.3.1 then rom ,booted with an error message :there is an internal problem with your device.no internet on mobile network on jio and vi (worked after third reboot)

Galaxy watch 4 44mm can't pair with mi11 Chinese ROM, please help how to connect them. Even I installed Galaxy wearable app and watch 4 plug in allowed all permission but the error show as follow
