Hi all!
Accidently flashed a wrong verson of ROM and hardbricked my Xiaomi Mi max and not reagateing to anything only when I connect to PC Qualcomm HS-USB Diagnostic Port and cannot install a new driver to Qloader ...Any idea to fix it?
What version of the Mi Max you have?

No, you can't delete it its linked with launcher (Google) & bunch of other stuff.
In the future when you want someone to help you provide basic information along with description how you got there.

Okay I get those informations on the mind.
It's basically linked to the good part of standard Gapps among them most noticeable to the launcher 3 where you can't remove search bar. Don't you think some smart ass before you had a similar idea? Well guess what it's present in micro & pico Gapps packages so you can't remove it as they certainly would if that whose possible. You can not activate it & not use it.

Okay thank you very much ,maybe changing a launcher could help...
Think actually you didn't understand. Only way to get rid of it is to entirely stop using Google apps.

Does only the linked version work? I went to download it, but saw that there was a newer version available and downloaded that one. Installation failed.

Yes that's the only one that works. I use the phone app just to dial in numbers and look up numbers while I use Samsung one to manage the calls. If you understand my point
I use 'marshmallow dailer - android 6' from approids tech, works pretty nice, way faster than that damn samsung dailer.

Thanks. I was able to get version 3.something installed and it's a huge improvement over the Samsung dialer. No updates though. Is it possible to apply the update fix without a custom recovery? I'm on a stock, unroofed T Mobile device.
Two issues:
Selecting "Calls" in Phone settings causes the app to stop
Selecting "Sounds and vibrations" takes you to the correct screen, but also results in a pop-up notification ... "Phone does not have permission to write to system settings."
Anyone have a fix that doesn't require root?

Flashing instructions.. You Must already be on B160 firmware. (If you need to get to B160 Click here)
Copy the Nexus_XT Rom to the phones Ext_sdcard and reboot to TWRP
Choose Wipe / Format Data / Type yes
You must Mount - System / Cust and Data before you start the Install.
Install the Rom - After install wipe cache / dalvik and reboot.
That's about it ..Enjoy!

~Download Nexus XT v4 (6/3/2017 update)~
If you have an error on the Google Now page go to Settings/Apps/Google App/Storage/manage space/clear all data

Ever hear of a force close called "Qualcomm time service has stopped"?
I really love this rom! Is anyone else having issues with the app permissions though? It won't let me use dialer because it doesn't have permission and when I go to the permissions menu in settings, the screen turns black for a second and goes back to the previous screen.

which one did you flash the full or lite ? they use different dialers
go to settings / apps / advanced / Default app settings / call
I found what your talking about ... for now install exdialer from the play store and set it to default
permissions seem to be broken in all apps ... I pulled the Rom and left the Lite version it's working fine and I highly recommend flashing that one
i made a port from redmi note 3's zcx-twrp recovery, i successfully got root from the recovery, but i need more tester for other features
maybe i should post this in q&a? i dont know mod pls move if im posted wrong

As I afraid ROM install FAILED because "This package is for device: helium, this device is kenzo"
You need edit your TWRP for helium.
Only way to success installation, if users should edit every updater script of ROM before installation every time...
I think this is complicated... XD
I stopped test. This is cardinal issue/fault.
If you edited your TWRP for Helium, so do not hesitate, send me it, and I will test this

Some people including myself don't use google crapware, data mining, spyware,.. etc..
so solution like find it on google crap store is not a solution at all.

Just for learning as lineage has less bugs compared to other roms so i tried it first
Looking at this thread and even various telegram groups I feel Qualcomm community total trash. While build Lineage I got tons of errors and I personally message many developers but none of them helped . It took me 1 week to build it successfully .I miss the old Mediatek community . You just can't describe them
