All I can say is try them out for yourself. Vanir is more towards LOS/stock, AICP is more towards AOKP.

Why is there no proper thread for AICP?
I tried it, but sd-card don't work. Seems everything else works fine.

Hey this is just a suggestion if you are on your HTC 10 try the 1/31 and do a clean install I had the sd card problem until I did a clean install on 1/31 everything is good for me now I don't know if it will work for you like I said just a suggestion

I think I've tried 2701 build. Thanks for the suggestion. Only one problem. No Pokémon Go on most of the custom roms with root

Well I'd say if no one of the official developers opens one they maybe doesn't want to use XDA as an official platform.

Delete the entry or just set it to false? Also what will it do if you don't mind me asking? I recently read SDCARDFS was a new file system being developed by Google. Is it related to that?

Either delete or set to false. Same effect. You read correctly, but with our device it can cause several problems with the sd card. Changing the prop makes it revert to the old fs.

Your rom doesn't have write protection disabled, that's special module build by @flar2 in order to work.
Also, you shouldn't post such questions in development thread.

LG G3s No Sound in CM13, what's wrong?

Hi! I'm user of LG G3s. Yesterday I installed on it CyanogenMod 13 and... It's very good. Working very fast and everything but.... sound isn't working. It's just mine problem or it happens to all G3s with CM13? Version of CM13 is from today cm-13.0-20160124-NIGHTLY-jagnm.zip package. I will be grateful for help.

Then may be its a issue with rom.
This is a experimental feature though, it will take time to implement it properly.

Check the Slim 7 thread, the dev posted a build with fixes for F2FS and SuperSU
From your signature, you shouldn't be facing this problem
Please search in XDA, there is a documented kernel bug due to which SuperSU and F2FS do not work well

This is the same build I'm sure. I will check though. Ty
Known issue as said above with systemless SuperSU, as it creates a virtual ramdisk in ext4 format that is not held properly by kernel when some partitions are f2fs.
The fix is now known, it as to be integrated in kernels. All devs are aware of that it will be probably soon resolved.

Curious if there is a dev community outside of xda for this device. I've seen some other roms like Dirty Unicorns that aren't shared here.

I can tell you that crdroid build is jacked up. It doesn't have gapps included, and vendor image doesn't match June. Weird though because I flashed gapps and the image after I noticed those issues...but problem is still there.

Yeah I've tried carbon over the years but found it was always missing some tweaks.
There is an updated crdroid build on Android file host that the dev says should work well besides the vendor mismatch message at boot (you do need to flash rom then reboot to recovery and flash gapps before booting up). There's also a new RR build but odds are that the saturation option is still broken.

I tried that crdroid build and gapps didn't work. I flashed the correct way but they didn't "stick."

Just an FYI. The validus build works well and has most of the features. I always used it on my shamu.

I tried a couple days ago. If there's a new build I'm not sure.
Dirty Unicorns has been the best rom I've used and I think I've tried them all in this past week. Validus is maybe second, followed by Nitrogen.

Read only as in because we don't have a proper TWRP? Or read only as in, yeah it'll boot, but can't write anything to storage after? I'm unclear there. I don't have a 9 Pro to test this myself, but I'm in this part of XDA because I'm heavily considering getting one lol
