Installation Instructions

- Take a nandroid backup
- Recommended - Full wipe and factory reset
- Flash ROM using latest TWRP 3.x Recovery

Great.... Thank You... I have tried Skypol0's ROM... It is awsome but still doesn't have the camera and fingerprints working... what about this ROM? Does it include all features?....

Thanks for the support, can anyone confirm that the brightness slider is not working as well as sensors. This was something I didn't check last night. I will sort out if the issue and recompile.

Good news! I love RR, I didn't longer believe that will be possible on the Mate 8.

Thanks for this awesome rom, it's highly customizable and I like it a lot. But, The Sleep of Death bug still there and it's not in cm anymore.

Well, I just installed it few hours ago, so far, battery and performance are good.
Of course this rom is not for daily use, after all, it's alpha, but I like it a lot, added many features than cm did, and I'm still testing it.

I sold my S7, so I'm keeping my eye on Mate 8. Will this ROM have support for Dual SIM variant?

Yes it does have support for 2 SIM cards

UPDATE: Deep Sleep bug has been fixed, currently working on brightness and sensors. So far not sure on what is causing the issue, if i cant figure it out over the weekend i will release a new build with just deep sleep fixed.

Google play services wouldn't work with the gapps zip file in OPs 1st post, but works fine after flashing Slim gapps zip.http://slimroms.net/index.php/downloads/dlsearch/viewcategory/1251-addons/downloads
Still getting use to LP, after using JB for such a long time, it'll take me some time to get use to it, but the dark theme helps.

Yes, for the moment it work nice. i'll install my usuals apps, in some days i'll report how to working it.

Tempting to install but I'm on safestrap.

great rom will report back if theres any more issues as long as i had it on my gnex for 5mins i did accure some freezes in browser but nothing more than that fast and responsive

try the gapps in op and slim gapps but there is no google play store ??

Awesome, a new lollipop build

Same camera issues as the other 5.0.x Roms? Just curious. I'm trying this one as soon as I get home regardless.
And it says klte, is this for sure for S3? Klte is the S5.

From what I know, there's a missing lib(?) for the camera in regards to Samsung phones that can only be fixed when there's a Lollipop version of TouchWiz for Galaxy devices. I'm assuming that there's a way to grab it from, for example, the S5, but that's all I've heard so far. So unless you get a ROM where something like Open Camera will work, the stock camera, as of now, will never work.

My power button acts up so I have to use terminal to reboot or a reboot tile.

There are apps for that. ?

Is there any way to remove the on-screen buttons? (Back, home, and the 3rd one)
Great rom to use, but turning it on takes a really long time. (even after the inital launch)

I love trying out new roms; I have a feeling this one will be my favorite out of all I have tried (as long as there are no random reboots)

How is this one with bluetooth performance? Also, is the volume issue resolved? I hate having to re-toggle it every time i go into a call.
In general, how is it in comparison to others like AICP?

Should not be. Are you restoring apps with titanium? That can be a problem. Try to only restore ones you have to (like games). Also check your md5, it may be a bad download.

Void your warranty? It's a nexus, just flash a clean factory image and relock the bootloader.... Warranty intact.

It batterybar, a small error, why it is disabled in the settings does not appear on the tablet. You can turn it off in Settings - Configure - StatusBar - BatteryBar - Battery Bar location - Top of navbar

but i can build for Flounder_lte, if anyone is interested.

There is only one file in the Link 01/08 build. Cannot find 01/10. Just about to take the plunge too. eek

I know I remove it away and made a new build. Now Loading 11/01 done!

Nice ROM, but no finger-sensor, national-roaming for some provider (ePlus/O2) in Germany, bluetooth without ANT+ support (Stock-ROM has this feature)....so I am back to Stock, sorry

It uses blueflame's device tree, so it works everything that works with CM, except fingerprint, but in on it to fix it.

As far as i can see, i think it is. But why should we do it if, even if we got it running, maybe we can't get fingerprint/smart cover/ other things working and elephone promised it in july?

Suggestion:
Some of them said they have come up with bugs!.
So make clean flash before installing.
Data, cache, dalvik cache , internal storage should be wiped to Enjoy bugless!

If Anyone Facing Bugs Like No internal storage, Camera 8mp ,
It's not problem of ROM. I have verified, Everything is fine.
I recommend to flash with same recovery, which I have given twrp link above.
If you have Flashed with any other recoveries and Encountered bugs.
I can't help anymore.

Sounds too great, I think this is the first highly modified rom for k4 note I've seen. Will try as soon as I can.
Btw can you confirm VoLTE support?

I have not yet planned for Volte. I have my exams Now.
After finishing off my exams I will try to volte.

Everything is working fine...smooth like butter:silly: ..no bugs founded..Its better than cm13 v2.3 and other RR rom ....

Please make a volte patch ASAP.

By screenshot and features this rom looks very promising. Thanks for start the development sir but please add volte feature as early as u can.. I want to use the rom so pls accept the request.
