root mtk6589t (One MAX / h801+)

Hello i brought a china phone (h801+) it has a mtk6589t. i only wonna root this phone. are there any easy ways, like droid tools?

Hello, today I also bought this phone.
Root've done over eRoot and everything works smoothly to 100%.
May I suggest, perhaps it helps.

do u find some tweeks or custom roms? its very hard to find support for this phone

easiest method is framaroot. search framaroot apk, download, install, run and root. easy. I got this phone a few days ago and I have a hardware issue. menu button phantom pressing. hoping a custom Rom or firmware update will do the trick or else going to have to send it back. cool phone tho

Hopefully it will. Can't imagine getting a G4 and have it locked down forever!

agree it will come but the few weeks thingy (for ALL the goodies ) is quite optimistic considering how long it took for the 3 be able to be unlocked which for me is the main goody. from there anything is possible, without too many limitations are enforced IMO.

Mine is rooted now. Just waiting for a bright spark to produce a fab de-odexed ROM so I can use G4's hotspot without getting blocked by the ISP !

I'm pretty sure he's not your colleague... And check out the development section for a guide on installing TWRP. FYI It's only for the H815 model.

what to do next

hello friends, I'm David and am new to this thread,I just bought an unlocked AT&T LGG3 D85010d phone but discovered that some functions like mobile hotspot and mobile internet was also locked,so i had to root the phone my self from the help i got from this site but the phone is still running on 4.4.2 android version, how do i update to the latest version without damaging the phone? the rooting was good and the phone is running perfectly well. thanks

If ure still on kk i used stump root to root it then get on play and get a app called flashify get your recovery im pretty sure twrp is bumped which is a workaround for a unlockable bootloader so technicly bootloader is still locked were just slipping through a hole in the fence to say

Once ure twrped u need to make a backup of whole sys on ext sd

Root hiding issue!!

I unlocked my bootloader , flashed magisk 1.6 and rooted my device. I tried to open my federal bank app, they denied access since I was rooted. Then I masked the federal bank app with magisk manager, now when I open the app it mentions "root hider app found, please uninstall to use the app". Somebody please help me, I don't want to unroot my device. Thanks in advance!!

Unlock bootloader
Flash twrp
Flash magisk 17.1
Press safetynet check option
Then hide bank app using magisk
It usually happens because Google updated it's safety net api
Or maybe problem in the ROM

No he can't unlock due to his updated bootloader bro so he must downgrade to 6.0 using qfil and then unlock bootloader

I have tried but i guess
U just have to flash twrp using ODIN and flash magisk if anything goes wrong u have backup in twrp
