Had the November Security Update Available 2 days ago, since I wasn't on WIFI I ignored it.
Now that I am on WIFI I checked for it and it is no longer offering it to me.
Did I accidentally Decline it forever somehow? If so where would I clear that?
Same issue here, actually downloaded it but didn't install. now it's not showing.
i wonder if the 8.1 Dev Preview will get the November Security Patch?

Just download / sideload the OTA. Not sure how critical the November security update is anyways....the KRACK fix missed it. December security update will be more critical from a security perspective. But the November update did have some other bug fixes. Downloading and sideloading the OTA is very easy and straightforward.

Thanks, I've done that before no issues, I just found it odd for the OTA to disappear. similar to the OP
I havent even received notification for Nov patch. Anyone else havent received?

Me too. I haven't received the OTA yet. Have been checking for updates every day but no luck so far.

Downgrade to an official release...and it will give you sn update shortly after

This morning, December 2018 OTA update notification came on my phone (Slovakia, reteu, XT1676 DualSIM). I'll capture it and upload it to the GDrive as soon as I get home from school.
Running OPPS28.85-13-2, got OPPS28.85-13-4 update.

I found these 3 updates on this link https://mirrors.lolinet.com/ar/downloads/
Here they mention that both OPPS28-85-13-4 and OPPS28-85-16-4 correspond to the builds with the December security patch, but the build marked which is OPQS28-85-13-4 to which corresponds?
This link only contains installable firmware through fastboot, here another link from previous builds https://mirrors.lolinet.com/firmware/moto/cedric/official/
