Does anyone know how to enable this feature if at all possible on OOS 4.0.?
EDIT: Not so much enable since Im sure its probably a tweak in custom roms. But it this possible? Build prop edit maybe?
Actually, it's enabled by default. I figured it out just my playing around, but what you have to do is only pull it down partially, and then you'll have quick toggle. This is what it looks like:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
Now of course there is a problem with this because it doesn't show all of your icons and so maybe you have one that doesn't appear here. But this is all I have found so far.

Yeah, sorry...you're right. I'm on stock - it works as a quick toggle for Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and auto-rotate, but not mobile data...apparently. I have unlimited so that isn't something I normally bother with.

I turn on and off just due to battery consumption. Oh well, guess I'll have to deal with it of just go to a custom rom.
Thanks!

what weather widget is that on the drop down menu?
I've seen that with Beautiful Widgets, when you turn on Weather Notifications.
Looks like AOKP M4. That widget is included in the ROM.
It looks like "1Weather"

Yep. I wish there was a way to get rid of the degrees at the top of the screen. Just the notification bar is fine for me.
I'm pretty sure its Beautiful widgets.. you enable the notification bar view to get it in the widget settings

Unfortunately I think that's just how it is. In order to have something in the drop-down, they have to have an icon in the bar too.

It's the look of stock ICS with AOKP running secretly under it
What are you using to keep the screen on during some aps. I have tried a few but haven't had much luck.
Hope others have had success
If charging, you could always enable the option (I think under Developer Options) to keep screen on during charging. Otherwise, you can also adjust screen timeout to something really high or Never.
I use Caffeine
I'm quite satisfied with KeepScreen
I tried IntelliScreen but it can do more than I actually need and so found it a bit too complex
If you already own Tasker, use it to do it.

Do you have a "script?" for tasker?
Have you tried Screebl?
Works perfectly for my tablet, has lots of settings you can play with if you need, but haven't need to at all myself though. try it out! Free version before v
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.keyes.screebl.lite
Don't forget to hit thanks if that helps! Or if you just feel like it, that would be okay too

No need, create a Profile for a context when said app is running, make the Task change the Screen On time. Nothing complicated.

Try Notification Toggle. There's a toggle for this and many more, so you don't have to use for every setting a separate app.

I am not sure if anybody else noticed this or posted this somewhere else, but here I go.
I am currently running ARHD 18.4 with xm kernel. I was just wiping out some dirt out of my screen and for some reason the screen turned on. After a while of investigation, I found out that if you swipe across the navigation bar (from back button to recent app button or the other way around), you can turn screen on/off !!! I was so amused to find this because from time to time I cannot be bothered to reach up to the top to press the home button
I am not sure if you guys knew about this, but for those of you who didn't know here's your tip. Please have a shot and report back. Thanks
LOL. It's called sweep2wake.
A common feature of custom kernels.

And just to add to TT's info for you, this isn't a ROM Feature.
It is a Kernel feature !!
Alex S2W is the most well known, aswell as NCX I think has this feature.

Turn off Proximity Sensor. Most likely in Phone Settings... Haven't been on AOSP in a minute, but it used to be an option.

Couldn't find phone settings. I checked every section of the options menu and there was nothing about proximity sensors. I guess I'll just have to deal with it. Thank.

I meant that I couldn't find it anywhere in the options xD. I'd go back to touchWiz but I always get terrible battery life. So each rom has a different drawback for me xD
Is there any way to forcefully enable 180° rotation (reverse portrait mode) in our device without using any extra apps? By editing build.prop or something similar?

I'm using RROS and have a direct option for this in the settings under "rotation control".
I think stock android has this feature and its availability depends on your ROM

There's an option in the RICE Tweaks to force enable the rotation in all ways, and I'm using it too. I think there isn't any way to do this with default stock ROM.

Hmm. But as far as I know, RICE tweaks are only for OnePlus devices right?
Please correct me if I'm wrong.(I'm still a noob ).
And maybe stock ones doesn't have this feature too..
