Can someone port the AOSP Launcher from OMNI ROM or another device to Nexus 5X? I tried from Moto g5 or Omni not modified to work with stock ROM but without any result.

Hey guys, I have a Galaxy E500H, with RR 5.8.5 based on android 7.1.2.
I want to port a custom rom of Galaxy J5 whose specs are identical to my phone. The rom i want to port to is RR 6.2.1.
I have the original kernel file. The only difference between the two phones in a different camera sensor. everything else is just the same. Will you help me?
