Msm8610 not support LTE
How can say fix signal problem in any problem
Before your this work many people work on sim offline
1st imei restore of both sim very hard . @symbuzzer make advanced x2 tool for imei generate and restore but not work for dual sim. Only 1st sim imei restore possible
And x2 tree has lots of problem or bug
In other device 1 sim imei generate to 1 sim signal receive but in x2 not possible and both sim imei generate to not possible ril
So discontinued
And work on cm14.1

I knew msm8610 does not support LTE but for some reasons mine Nokia X2 has msm8610v2(may be a binned chip) and after digging in my phone hardware using JTAG serial I found that our phone Modem is QDSPv6 which supports LTE Networks but at slow speed...
Since, I don't have the modem source code of Nokia X2 so, I was just trying to HeXEdit it to enable LTE. Maybe it can work???[emoji41] [emoji41] [emoji11] [emoji11]
If you won't believe than I will not post the updates regarding LTE even after success!!![emoji12] [emoji12] [emoji12]

This is neither a ROM or Kernel it is your device Firmware which contains your device Custom Modem Partition (yes made by me[emoji11] [emoji11] ) and Bootloader Update and etc, etc...[emoji41] [emoji41]

bro you're using single simply baseband with dual sim rom.. flash the whole single sim ftf, boot into system to register and stuff for your baseband and then flash this rom

Thanks you all!!! I fixed the problem! Just flash the single sim rom ftf 4.3 and turn on phone for register the network. After few minutes, reboot again and flash this awesome rom!!! So now, I fly with AICP Rom!!! Specially, thanks Frozen about this rom <3 <3 <3

location and gps is working fine when used from browsers.
opening maps app will reboot the device even if location is set to on or off

you are missing some modem and firmware files for ril and that why baseband is getting registered to -15 instead of -31

I don't think thats the case. The thing is msm8226 common blobs are from yukon aosp blobs released by sony and tianchi_dsds ones are from stock so these are incompatible with the common blobs causing the problem.

The best thing is the kernel overclock upto 1.4ghz
i tried this rom.. it's very fluid and fast.. i find that i can search for sim1 network, and device find it networks but it cant register on network..i also tried boot.img with pacman rom and it does not boot, stays on boot animation..

Pacman is based on kitkat, and this one is based on lolipop..remember that difference dude..

i found the source of the horrible battery drain
The frequency table messed up
minimum freq wont go below 787MHZ and even if it goes it constantly tries to shoot up to max freq
even in deep sleep it never goes down to 300MHZ
The min and max freq reset itself to max without any reboot (Tried it with trickster and the freq lock button turns off itself)
The fluctuation in frequencies is crazy
yes correct the battery drains so fast and the proc is not locking on set. any fix on this?

You didn't flash the correct build or you flashed some custom ROM that would have modified this or you flashed some taiwanese firmware or ota. You probably have the taiwanese variant (eyetuhl) which isn't supported because no one is able to send me the correct file list (the one tester who contacted me was rude and unhelpful, and wasn't experienced with android/didn't know what he was doing).
It is REALLY REALLY frustrating when users can't/won't read simple instructions.

One question, though - when will the European version be available for download?
In recovery, when attempting to install the zip, error pops up stating the rom is for the eye, my devices reads as an m8.
im on the taiwanese 5.0.2, which i assume is the root of the issue, since the device is an att variant. my question is would i have to revert back to stock att and install cm zip in order for it to read as an eye?

Um, I clearly have put this on XDA. You must use my recovery (which is originally here. Revert back to stock then flash that recovery, I have clearly stated that eye_tuhl firmware is not supported YET.
There is a new build coming with fixes and eye_tuhl support coming in the next couple of days.

Unfortunately I have same problem as guy before. I installed european rom on internatoinal device (bought in europe) and have no simcard issue ("no signal" icon).
If you need any tests or any information from me, just tell me what to do.
I'm having SIM card issues as well.
I've flashed the provided recovery with WinDroid (over an existing TWRP), then flashed CM + GAPPS; everything is working fine apart from the SIM card.
how can I understand wheather my desire eye is either an european version or an taiwanese ... ????

after going to the euro software version, i get an error in installing stating, this package is for device htc_eyeul_att, eyeul; this device is m8.
If you have ever flashed a modified stock rom or a rom from a different region than yours then you will not receive any support as it is a headache to deal with your crap. This includes random zip files floating around the internet.

This is really frustrating, I spend many many hours a weeek on CM (30+ hours) and then you don't read. So PLEASE PLEASE READ. I clearly said you need the correct twrp, this is not negotiable. you could brick if you don't read.

tried to get your rom to work, wiped system, data, caches (as usual) flashed the rom and after a surprisingly short booting time ... there we go, CM13 booted up!
wifi was good but no sim detected. ui feels nice and fluid, no glitches at all. then i decided to install open gapps 6.0 but it killed it completely. "setup has stopped working" alternated with "google play service has stopped working". it was not possible to get any access to the phone from there.
i reflashed rom and did a logcat (i hope) (without open gapps of course, screenshot shows exact gapps version i tried).

It works fine except the bugs listed

i dont think so, it must be possible to use cm13 without gapps. and when i deceide to use gapps i flash them at any time i want without reflashing the whole rom ...
and i tried that method you mentioned but still got the same problem, open gapps 6.0 just don't work for me.

i think its ok to let the community beeing part in the development. more testers can find more possible bugs.
and bricking a device by flashing a rom? how? worst could be a softbrick and testers should know about fixing things like that.
so please, let the users decide for themselves if they wanna give it a try.

We have plenty of testers we need developers who have time Rox and Nikola don't
Users are left to test after having a stable release from the developers so they can find minor bug not major ones

Very simple yet crucial issue here. The SIM card is not being detected. I have tried re-inserting it and resetting the settings but that didn't help. Could you please fix this?

You first complain about sim not working and I need to fix it. But when we ask you to help you don't want to and say "maybe its only on some". Please return to stock and never flash a custom rom again.

I have switch quite fast to last validus yesterday, but i will be able to retry to flash this one and logcat tomorrow => i guess you need logcat of the initial setup (first boot) ?
Otherwise, The symptom is very close to the AOSIP first official build if you remember.
I have had also the same behavior when i was trying DU single sim rom on my dual sim model, by mistake.
