[Q] Battery life issue

Hey guys,
Just got a wfs as a temporary phone while my desire x is being fixed. However, i can drain the battery in 1 hour. I'm running stock 2.3.5. Is this a bug in stock rom? Or is it normal for wildfire?

Standby, display brigthness 3g signal. Surfing via 3g with low signal ? I can't tell you. Tell me little bit more about usage ? Normally Wirth normal Zusage it lasts 7-20 hours.

3g on, automatic brightness outside on a sunny day, was whapping with my gf when after 47 minutes the phone shutdown on me. Completely dead.

That's too fast. I would flash new Rom and/or replace battery to see diferrents.

After 16 hours and still 100% battery i rebootet. In the 16 hours i used the tab. After reboot the batery drain is "normal" (10 min using 2%)

PayPal not compatible?

Has anyone else ran into this? I went to download PayPal on my Nexus 7 32GB (2013) and it's saying PayPal is not compatible. What is the deal?

Yep. Got the same issue here on my 2013 Nexus 7...

I wonder why this is? Other devices running 4.4.2 are still able to get it.

Cool. Working for me on my Nexus 7 fhd (2013) how did u managed to find the apk file?

I downloaded with my HTC One M8 and copy the apk file from */data/app with my root Explorer.
This is the Easiest way to get the PayPal app at the moment..

The vodafone shop i preordered in told me they gotta get the device either tomorrow or they will inform me if not.. so annoyed actually.

Congratulations, don't get me wrong, the device is awesome, if it didn't had the scrolling issue, it would never think about returning it.
Will check MediaMarkt / Saturn for scrolling on other devices.

Thanks Mine works like a charm. No issues at all. Scrolling is smooth in all my apps and the device is kinda full already Sound is a bit less than I expected but I think I can live with that. After all its not a high end 10K € sound system
My only issue right now is that I ordered a damaged SD and have to wait for the replacement

Lol no actually I ordered a working SD :laugh:
And I really don't have any lags in scrolling. Nowhere. Not inside apps not the screen, nowhere. Don't use the launcher that came with it though.

I just went to Saturn and tested a few devices including a Galaxy Tab A, guess it was the old version.
I wasnt able to reproduce it on any device. Then I got my hands on the Galaxy Tab S4 and it took me less the a second to spot it.
I've just made a video of it. Don't watch it if you are not interested in returning your device!

I also realized it's visible in the app Launcher too. In the video it's not as bad as in reality I must add.
When watching the video, check the left side of the screen when scrolling.

Edit: I've just watched the video on my PC and can't see the issue at all... funny So If you don't see it, your dive is ok

Can't see a problem is landscape and your scrolling in a way you would never scroll
