Google play services has stopped - OnePlus 3 Questions & Answers

Hello I'm trying to install resurrection rom(5.8.0) for the oneplus 3 at the android nougat and i have a problem
I'm booting to twrp I make a clean install (factory reset and wipe system-cache,data and dalvik) and then I'm installing the rom, gapps(i have tried everything pico-nano-micro-full and stock) and the super-su SR5
After that im wiping cache and data and I reboot the device
But then I'm facing an error at the setup wizard after the wifi installation and I'm trying to backup my apps from another device
I have used different roms at android nougat (aokp, tesla etc) and I'm getting the same issue
Google play services has stopped open app again
And with this way i cant access my phone
What I can do to resolve the problem
Thank you!!!

I have that happen some times. I dont exactly know the reasoning but it seems like a overload of the server or your account when trying to re-add everything. Try to do a complete clean flash and put a rom on with the latest official gapps which are from the 1st of march and not June. When you load everything up, as soon as you click finish and it goes into the phone, go to the play store and stop all updates and downloads of apps so it will just have whatever you have pre-installed from the rom and gapps. You may need to watch the phone for a minute or two since it will update the playstore and then try to update/download apps again which you need to stop. Once this happens, try to install any one singular app and see if its successful.
turns out I use a proxy in my wifi settings. after I'd turned it to none, it's working like before now... but the only problem now: my device is undetected at google play website on PC

Google Play Services has stopped [Resurrection REMIX 5.7.4]

I've just intalled the new ROM - Resurrection Remix -M-v5.7.4 and after stock Oxygen 3.2.7 I like it very much.
However I'm having troubles with Google Play Services. I use Google sync in variety of apps and in most of them, when I tried to restore my data - I got a 'Unfortunately, Google Play services has stopped' message.
I have 3.2.4 firmware installed and pico package of Gapps. I've tried to install full package, but on the full-wipe install there're lot of bugs and some of the apps do crash on the boot, so I went back to pico package, that causes no problems, except mentioned one.
Some recommend to uninstall Google Play Services and install them back, but as far as I noticed, I can't do that in my current ROM.
I've tried to wipe all possible caches and data from Google Play Services, Google Play Market, etc, as well as wiping cache/dalvik cache, but nothing helped.
Does anyone encountered same issue and are there any ways to overcome it?

Clean flash resurrection remix, latest files; Gapps force closing on boot

Hi all,
Detailing my issue;
Oneplus 3, running custom Rom Resurrenction Remix, ElementalX kernel, all running well. Had previously installed roms a few times on the device without issues
Phone froze after using an app made by my company for a yearly event - must not have been compatible with my device. Restarting phone, bootloop.
Clearing cache/Dalvik - boot, data lost...
Trying to reinstall my Resurrection Remix rom. Tried all the old files I had from my last install, they all were still in my storage folder (OnePlus 3 firmware, the rom, the Gapps package, Elementalx... which worked on my past install)
Upon first boot (setting up the phone), all the google apps close one after the other constantly.
I re-try a full clean install (Cache, Dalvik, Data, System), latest Resurrenction official (5.8.3), latest firmware (Oneplus3_4.1.1Firmware+Modem), tried the suggested Gapps (BeanGapps Mini 7.1) but tried also nano, stock (always ARM64 for 7.1). Of course a new clean wipe between each test. Don't even bother with ElementalX until issue resolved...
And I am still getting my Google apps crashing upon phone setup, or in case of minimum gapps packs as soon as I finish installing them, incapable of opening...
Spent a few hours yesterday trying to get this right - what am I missing? Anything that is not deleted from my Clean wipe? What changed? For now my phone runs on a backup I still had running OOS nougat... but really want to get back to custom Rom.
Any lead? Many thanks for any help.
in twrp select mount and pick system
go back to the main screen then select advanced then file manager go to root/system/etc/setupmanager/setupmanager.apk
delete the file or rename it then reboot the phone

installation of Mokee Os

can any tell the procedure of installing the mokee os
i tried all the possible procedures but in the end i got google framework stop working and phone reboot consistantly
wipe everything plus format data before installing firmware and rom but be aware Gaaps etc doesnt play nice with this rom i couldnt get google stuff to work at all when i tried it.

Problems with installing "Resurrection Remix"

SOLVED
The solution was to not use "Wipe" but "Format Data" instead.
After that i did a normal flash of the rom & gapps and now it works perfectly!

Hello guys,
Today i got my OnePlus 5T delivered and after trying out the stock firmware for a while, i wanted to switch to a custom OS. I tried to install Resurrection Remix ( https://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-5t/development/op5t-resurrection-remix-t3752158 ) but on every boot I just get a "Trebuchet has stopped"-error and with Gapps installed I get a "google services framework has stopped" -error.
Here's what I've tried after unlocking the bootloader:
I flashed the newest version of the TWRP Recovery. ( https://twrp.me/oneplus/oneplus5t.html ).
Flashing TWRP was successful. I got into the TWRP Recovery.
I made a backup of the whole system and moved the backup to my pc.
I wiped my data/system/cache/dalvik partitions and used sideload to install the newest firmware provided in the thread of the RR-Rom. ( http://luis-builds.de/downloads/lineageos/rr/oneplus5t/Firmware/ ).
Everything went fine, no error messages. After that I've wiped cache & dalvik and used sideload again to install the newest base ROM. (http://luis-builds.de/downloads/lineageos/rr/oneplus5t/). Successful, no error messages.
(so at this point i also tried to install gapps before rebooting but that only led to even more error messages)
I reboot the device, it boots, i get to the lock screen and as soon as I unlock the screen I get the error message "Trebuchet has stopped." and I can't close that message because it will appear again immediately. It's also blocking my notification bar so I can't get into the settings.
Did i do anything wrong or did i miss out something?
I'm very grateful for any help I can get here.
Thank you & have a nice day!
EDIT:
Also tried with this RR-Rom (https://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-5t/development/rom-resurrection-remix-os-6-0-0-t3747038) and Codeworx TWRP (https://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-5t/development/recovery-twrp-3-2-1-0-oreo-8-0-8-1-t3729673). Same result, still experimenting
