Which is the procedure to update from LP?
I suppose that is a virgin update of Alcatel with some addons and root access, isn't it?

If you have twrp, just flash it and wipe all. Warning, it's only for 6045Y.
Of course it's based on virgin updated rom, but with a big cooking of system part.

I have a little question. I'm worried because I've had some problems with some rom, about the my modem configurations. I´ve lost 4g, 3g, with other rooms. When I gonna put your room, Is there any way to keep that partition where the modem is stored? how many partitions i must to" check" in twrp to do the correct flashing?. the mine its 6045Y.

2. The cam looks great, we cant save the photos in the sd? always do it in internal storage.

- Open contact, open your contact, select the small pen on up-right, select 3 dots on up-right and select change ringtone.
- For global ringtone, open parameters, ringtone and select your ringtone.

I tried that my friend, but dont work, just dont open nothing when I do that. could be a fail flashing the rom?
Another question, there are anyway to in "contacts" only show the phone contacts, because its showing phone, whastap, google... and i cant to check only phone, its only show whstapp and google.
i tell you, looks really really great, the most beautiful rom that I´ve see for idol3. good job!

You'd better conduct factory reset and wipe cache partition first . Back up your phone before factory reset. If there are some errors during flashing, you can flash official rom first and then try again.

I posted it wrongly, I was thinking about Vibe 2.9 in which the bluetoot h was not working at all
Sorry for the disturbance
Anyway the hands free mode of bluetooth was also not working in Flyme 4.5.2, that by pressing the dial button of bluetooth head set , we can not launch any voice dialer application, so that by saying the name , we can not make a call.
If this function can be added to this rom , it will be great.

So far, the fingerprint scanner doesn't work, and flashlight from dropdown menu doesn't work. I had to install app from the market. The former can't be solved on Flyme OS, the latter will be solved in the next update. Hope this will help you, also after you try it, any bug found, you can leave message here.

Dear @Elephone1 yes fingerprint doesn't work + just one option to lock device unfortunately, Flashlight doesn't matter, Notification light doesn't work either (No blinks, fully off), overall i love the rom looks so beautiful on Elpehone P8000. Today i will try to install Xposed Framework on it and lets see what happens. Any ETA for next update? :fingers-crossed:

Happy for the source code to be updated by 1st Nov-2015, i am not a fan of MIUI honestly if you could port Cyanogenmod 12 that would be awesome, when Android M will be ported to our sweet P8000 :silly: :victory:

I'm using TWRP 3.0.2 and coming from Cyanogen OS 13.

Hi,
First of all, the mi account is part of the setup wizard and halfway through the setup when you get to mi account, it gets stuck and you can't get past it. But if you still want to install it even if you can't use it, I used twrp 3.0.2-3 by beroid and just took a backup of my current rom, wiped all of the partitions except internal storage and sd card and installed it!

dude, i can give you link with 100% working miui 8 from russian devs. There are miui 8 with weekly updates and other roms based on LL, MM.

Thanks dude, but unless Google Translate is failing me, the newest version on there is 6.6, making the version on this thread more up to date.
Also it's listed under Lollipop ROMs.. I thought MIUI 8 was Marshmallow only??

2.Root Magisk 1.5.3
3.2api for GoogleCam
4.Fix dialer problem
5.Adaway apk
6.Changed phone name to improve compatible with Play Store (GalaxySamsung7EDGE)
7.I have also added scripts to decrease CPU cores in beta Test - It can be activated in the kernelAdiutor settings(Activation at your risk -Unstable-)
(if you see problems turn it off)
Rom works very well no problem with Google applications.

You can try but I did a clean installation as I described. I recommend installing from OTG:good:
So my friend the correct is to install the twrp that you made available, format data, system, date, davilk cache and also I will format the internal to stay a clean installation, then copy back the rom files and install miui global zip and then the zip pixel, because in your tutorial this is a little confusing the installation process please clarify please thank you.

Then I'll write to you as I did
1. I installed the TWRP Patched
2. Format data
3. wipe cache data, date, system, cust e (internal memory because I have a flash drive)
4. Using OTG with a flash drive I installed PixelExperienceMod_deiwid63
If you do not have the flash drive after formatted internal memory move ROM to internal memory and install, or do not format the internal memory.
Nice to see this. I love the pixel experience, but the last build is really buggy with the darkness kernel. You have added priima kernel again. This one has resolved the Google app FC which occurs in the original pixel experience rom?

This ROM is excellent. I've been using LOS15.1 for a while and your mod of PE with Priima kernel simply destroys LOS in battery life. No FC of the Google app as far as I can see.

I wrote because I changed build.prop to Samsung S7 Edge on the first page - You can download and install Mi5 stock build.prop.

I have never had this problem with the normal ROM using always the Gcam, but i will use your solution, thank you!

Unfortunately problem of the kernel not Rom - Just deactivate HDR + in the front GoogleCamera and return colors.

Most of the apps containing words "backup", "logging", "monitor", "smart" and other that may leak your personal data have been removed.
This ROM converts your G8141 to G8142, buy yourself a microSD slot for G8142 and use your XZP with 2 simcards.

You gonna need:
TWRP
Rom base from here
TomaHawk Rom, GDrive mirror
NanoDroid, NanoDroid-Pather, Nanodroid-SetupWizard from here
Magisk 19.3
Installation:
Install base with NewFlasher (your phone will be formatted)
Boot right into TWRP, flash Tomahawk_Project and Magisk 19.3
Reboot and run the wizard
Boot back to TWRP , run NanoDroid SetupWizard, then NanoDroid, then patching
You may update magisk now
Bugs:Sony Messenger gives FC for less than a second, but works.
Use QKSMS for example and disable it.
All the questions regarded installation of NanoDroid or working of apps related to Google should be asked in Nanodroid topic! If you installed other addons such as ExistenZ don't report bugs here either.

I get error in flash. My device is G8188(not daul) and i flash the CE Oreo unlock the bl . Then i flash this (i got G8142)my device lost imei and baseband. so i cant use sim
And also i wanna got pie. Hope your reply.

Not sure about the details for G8188 (which I think is the Japanese variant). If your device is not the dual-SIM variant, you need to flash G8141 firmware.
And I'm not really sure about how to deal with a device that's lost its IMEI and baseband.

Try to flash only system image from this rom. use modem and the rest from your latest stock like modem and etc. Sorry for long reply

Well, I experimented with oreo,because I like it more than pie, but it's not that stable yet. There are some mystical bugs and bootloops, that doesn't make any sense at all to me.
If there will be demand for Oreo version, I will consider making it.

Nice. I was using NanoDroid with the China ROM but it wasn't fully compatible, especially that the contacts sync adapter wasn't working. I'll give this a try once I'm back in the house. Thanks.

First you download the MSM Tool of Hydrogen OS

First things first: Thanks for your work.
Everything is working fine but its too much beta to test it as a daily driver.
What i have to say is, i like the new ui overall BUT the OOS11 UI is so much cleaner an i prefer it over any other ui.
-On first boot the numbers to enter my sim code where to big and i couldnt reach the enter key, a reboot fixed it.
No playstore preinstalled.
-Root is working fine
-USB debugging, pc connection has some problems
-Overall it feels good
-It looks and feels clean but i prefer oos look and feel
-Fingerprint animation is awesome
Going back to OOS11 in 10 minutes, you might have some questions first?

Yeah thanks didnt saw the number there.
Didnt checked safetynet but gpay was working fine. Fingerprint was working as good as in oos11.

Chance more than colorOS 11. Open beta will staring Q1'22.
I'm currently on OOS 11.0.9.9 and directly flashed the CBT through local upgrade. Everything is working fine except fingerprint. All my apps are retained no issues like data loss, no chinese bloatware.

Did you backuped your persist before flashing? If you didn't do it, I have bad news for you, you will have great difficulty in restoring it! Try to load backup.

Same problem here. I have the persist.img backed up from OOS but replacing data and engineermode folders didn't seem to help
The region are Chinese,, ( on settings, or Europe ?).

Did you unblock your Bootloader? Sometimes it's happening when you unblock it.

1. Change to Hydrogen OS via MSM, check fingerprint, if it broken resolve via backup persist. Then update Hydrogen.
2. Flashing via MSM Color OS 12 again
