So far the new version only works correctly on devices with Android 5.0 (Lollipop), previous versions misfiring and closures. You have to be root and replace a system file. We have to install 4.0 and Google Google Launcher 1.1.1 Now, make a copy of libgooglehotwordjni.so file (/ system / lib) and replace it with the version that you can download here:

Note that at the moment is an application that is fully functional but is not a final version, so that may not work properly on some devices or some specific Android versions.

Tutorial:
-Delete your current GMail app or rename.
-Move new Gmail App /System/app changing permissions rw-r-r.
-Edit build.prop, edit the following line:

-Reboot.

have you seen before in your /system/app that contain file Velvet.odex or /data/app com.google.quicksearchbox.odex? if you see that you must delete that file and reboot your system before install that app, ok try it first ya

No need to copy them in system...install like normal apps ....

there is no intention to spam the board bro when i had made this thread this apk's are not available on playstore as per the lolipop sources are fully released i seen it that all apks are now available on playstore now

i need help getting the google play store working on fireTV. I followed the guide here but doesnt seem to work for me. I go to load play store but screen just flashes and nothing opens.

I had a similar issue and was told by someone who loads a lot of these that the apks for the store have to be installed in proper order. I believe if I remember correctly that it was just one of them that had to be installed first and the others didn't matter, but cannot remember which one. I think it might have been the framework, but am not positive about that. If I am incorrect about this I'm sure someone will chime in and answer! You could always try it and if it didn't work remove them and instal in a different order.

You do not have to uninstall any of the 4 google related apks. Simply reinstall them from adb with -r option.
Also, there are later versions of Google Play Services and Google Play Store apps.
Google Play Services = Latest is 6.1.83
Google Play Store = Latest is 5.0.31
I can confirm they both work on FTVs (with the latest firmware)

In settings enable unknown source, its next to a adb. Install google account, google play service, framework and google play store. After that I deleted youtube, and installed youtube google tv from the play store. This worked for me.

1. may you install google installer
2. better you convert your bs3 to global. i tried, CN joyui12.5 then convert to global. and global rom just fine for google services

-Root w Magisk
-install Magisk hide props (to configure the fingerprint props via terminal)
-install Gapps core by Wacko1805
-enjoy everything workin (remember to set all permission 4 every app)

How to set the permission? My phone always showing notification that the Play Services need permission
