OTA not working with Default rom but CWM reocvery

Good day, hope someone can explain or help me get the HTC default OTA working, without anything to drastic
So my problem as title states I cant do any OTA on the stock with CWM as recovery, I get an error. which I will try paste some screen shots.
the phone downloads the update
phone restarts, then boots into CWM and i get this error:

Flash stock recovery and you are ok to go.

Where can I find stock recovery ? Searched everywhere and.... Found only RUU.

Is the same process as flashing cwm? are there any guides to get stock recovery back on?
is there anything I'll lose when flashing the new recovery?
Will i lose root? if so will rootkeeper work?

Big problem! my phone bootloop on the logo "galaxy note 2 N7100"

hello I don't speak English very well , but I 'll make it short ! I made a bad flash of the rom on my phone with command -line ADB , because my "HOME" button is out of order ! my phone start on the logo galaxy note 2 N7100 (see picture) , and don't stop to boottloop over and over again !
How can I fix this and make another correct flash to make my phone work again .?? i will appreciate any help to get me out of it

turn it off and get your self a USB JIG, try searching on google on how to make one and on how to use it. flash it back to stock rom, once u are done and u want to either flash using CWM, install terminal app and type SU, then reboot recovery if you want to get to bootloader, then type reboot bootloader

i've already used a jig usb , 5 or 6 years ago
it will solve my problem without my "HOME" button .?

Did you install the correct firmware? Sounds like no.

flashed on sm-s901n and i get a weird combo of odin mode and normal boot even with usb cable out.
it relocked the bootloader

i flashed everything stock and it wont boot how tf do you make something that can do that?

Which csc did you use?
Also it does say above only for s901B and not tested on any other then the ultra

I didn't use home

Getting vbeta.img error, seems bootloader been updated. Is there an newer twrp/vbmeta out?
My mistake, needed to disable : fastboot --disable-verity

Mi 9 SE - locked bootloader after flashing the wrong ROM

Hello.
I have a problem with the purchased used Xiaomi Mi 9 SE.
I bought the phone and it had an unlocked Bootloader, it was not possible to pay with it using NFC.
The phone was probably ROM 12.0.XXX I think Global.
I downloaded the Fastboot 12.5.1 EU ROM and flashed it using MiFlash.
When uploading, I checked the option - clean all and lock
The upload went smoothly and was successful.
Unfortunately, after rebooting the phone enters recovery mode and it is looped like this, it displays the message:
This MIUI version can't be installed on this device :-(
I can enter fastboot and try to flash another Rom but then I get an error that the phone is locked.
Please, help me with this issue, I don't know what to do, is it possible to fix it? ? ?
I know there are people here with really great knowledge, please help. :-(

I tried to flash the ROM Global 12.0.1 again but I get the error as above
I have Miflash pro 7.3.706

Try to enter fastboot mode and flash the ROM using the flash_all script that's insideof the compressed rom by way of windows cmd or linux terminal.
Just extract the rom file until you see the folder structure there with all images and then look for a how to flash roms using fastboot. It way easier than that miui flash thing
