Try rebooting the phone and see whether that helps, otherwise you may have to do a factory reset (back-up your data in internal storage first as it will wipe your phone).

Reboot doesnt change anything..unfortunately.
Also it is on factory reset because I bought it, put twrp on it, wiped it, flashed the ROM and here I am.
What is Android System in detail / how can I find the cause? I have a smartwatch and the Mi band always connected but I had the 32G Mi Max before with same apps and circumstances (but with 8.0.3 global stable) and the battery lasted nearly 1.5x the time.

If your phone is rooted, install BetterBatteryStats and you can check out the details of the Android System wakelocks.

Install Xposed and the module Amplify. That solved my wakelock issues that I had whenever I ran MIUI.

I think the real question here is; what was your overall battery drop after 48mins SOT?
Correct me if I'm wrong, but it sounds like you read those percentages from battery stats. So, your Screen used 14% of TOTAL power consumed and Android Syetem used 27%. But if your battery is still at 95% (hypothetically), you don't have a problem.
I.e. my battery is currently at 95%. In battery stats I can see Android System has used 20.7% and the Screen has used 27.9%, but those are percentages of the total 5% used. Therefore, no problem
Android System 20.7% = 1.035% actual battery capacity used
Screen 27.9% = 1.395% actual battery capacity used
Also, what were you doing with the phone at the time? Installing apps? Streaming videos? Rebuilding Google photos cache from your online backup?.. (That one's always a killer, hah)

Put it from the charger two hours ago with 100% and now i'm at 91% with 9% (9 Min) SOT and 31% Androidsystem.
The screen really don't uses that much power. I could achieve 7 hours SOT time i think if i would constantly use the phone for browsing or whatever, but if i don't use the phone often i only achieve 3 hours SOT because Androidsystem is consuming SO MUCH power. And i was doing nothing, i was driving to work and streaming about 15 minutes music over bluetooth.
I installed wakelock detector but that didn't really help because i don't see anything suspicious.
I don't know anything about xposed.

Install RR rom, get rid of MIUI....

Ah, man! That really does sound like a problem! I'm not rooted at the moment, and it's been a long time since I've used Xposed so I can't offer much help there.
I'm sure wakelock detector would have shown up any sync issues, but have you checked your Google account settings to make sure you don't have any sync loops?
Sorry I can't be of any more help

Huge battery drain

.Hello everyone,
Just got my G3 about 3 days ago, and so far the battery is going really bad for me.THis phone would consume the whole battery in just 6.5 hrs!!
I used to have Xiaomi Mi4 before it and it would easily make it the whole day -some times +18hr- on the same usage connections.
I've tried different roms and kernels, limited the CPU to 1.9GHz, set governor to powersave, set brightness to auto and then to 30% manual, and still all the same, nothing better! I don't play games or use huge apps, just facebook, whatsapp, 9chat, calls, and FaucClock.
On average, I lose +10% of the battery per hour, Is this normal for this device? The battery says it's 3000mAh but it's acting like it's 1450mAh!
UPDATE:
Yesterday I tried to drain the battery to 0% to charge it again by watching a Full HD movie. It consumed about 30% of the battery leaving me with 30%, that was on 02:48AM. Today I woke up at 9:00AM and there was 29% left, meaning it only consumed 1% in about 6hrs. using the phone would consume more than 5%/hr but the standby is getting really good and very stable. I'll be draining the battery and try to recharge it later hopefully it can get better than this.

I have the same, if not worse, battery drainage. I got my phone(new) yesterday. Just 40 minute ago o was charging it and after i plugged out o saw immediately how the battery was draining more like a % per minute . I looked in the the battery section to see that it'll stay on for 3 hours and 40 minutes. Now i'm letting it play on YouTube till the battery is empty-empty , do a recharge and if that is not the case, maybe i just have a faulty battery and hopefully not a faulty phone. Although i looked at the apps that were used in stand-by(over night) and i sow that Google services was using 16% battery in stand-by , something that i never had like that. Yesterday when my phone arrived it had already pre installed Lollipop 5.0 . After connecting to wi-fi the software updated once more with a small file, something like 120-160 mb, i'm not sure exactly. Now it says that it has the latest update - 20h . I'l do a few full discharge/charge cycles and if that doesn't solve the issue it must be the battery or the phone. Either way i hope i'll not end up returning the phone for testing , the though is already infuriating me a little.

I just hope it's the first few days of the battery life and it would get better by time, but tbh this is the first time I see something like this!
I don't know if it helps but I had similar battery drain after I install a new update of Android. It happened after every update.
For me the solution was a full wipe.
After it I can reach ~2days with ~4hours SOT.

Use greenify messenger and whats up are causing all those wakelocks....
At the time i posted here(post #4) my battery was at around 60 percent playing YouTube for the first real drainage of battery science i've got my phone. Now it's at 12 % with 26 minutes estimated till complete drain. I mention i have the speaker on mute. If i had it on the drainage would've been a little faster. Anyway, after the drain i'll recharge the battery and let it overnight in stand by with the wi-fi on. Also the location will be enabled so the data connection even though it's somewhat deactivated by the wi-fi on status. I enabled also bluetooth and NFC although those are more dormant than active. It'll be setted just as i'm using it daily . Now it's 12:14 AM Eastern Europe time. I'll post here the finishing time of charging/letting it in stand by. In the morning (my morning time ) I'll post again the battery percent. I'll use the phone normally with a little bit of everything . Wi-fi will be on all the time, so the voice network and from time to time i'll "simulate" a carrier 4g/LTE data only usage(YouTube, FaceBook and Mail). I'll post againt the time when the battery will be depleted completely.
It's now 01:12 and the battery is empty. I'll charge it and talk to you in the morning.
Check the SD card. do you still have a battry drain if the sd card is in the Phone?
i had the same problem. i toke the sd card out and my Phone was normal again and no overheated Phone.
i formatted my card to NTFS and it worked.

I don't have an SD card.
You have stock firmware?? And try to install os monitor and it tells you witch program is using the most!
On stock rooted firmware
I also don't have an sd card, and of course i did a phone reset before recharging. I'm getting a little worried dough. Last night it finished charging after 1 hour and 50 minutes. I immediately started tu setup the phone with the google account , did a google restore . Also i forgot to tell that i'm on Orange Romania and i do have some bloatware but i disabled all of it just to make sure that those apps won't interfere with my test. Already my battery was at 85% before going to sleep. I mention that my google restore does not take to much time . When i woke up 10.45 AM my time( now is 11.23 AM) the battery was at 75 percent. I stayed a little on YouTube and just answered a 30 second call and it's down to 67 % now. I am getting aggravated. I'll call Orange support to tell the about the situation and i'll ask them if i can firstly try to fix my problem alone by rooting the phone. If they don't like the idea of rooting my phone i'll try a few more charges/discharges .
Install OS monitor!
I'll try it. Thanks! By the way now the time is 15:56 and the battery is at 66%. So it lost 2 percent in 4 and a half hours(stand-by).
Ps: now that i woke it up for writing this post, it's at 63%.

You're going to have to do some further diagnosing using a wakelock detector to figure out what exactly is causing the drain. That is an unusual drain by Android System.
I've had no issues with battery drain on OB9, mind you, I never do a restore (ie. titanium) and always clean flash.

I tried doing a clean flash. I wiped data, system, cache, dalvik and then flashed ob9, flashed twrp again, flashhed sr5 then when i press reboot system, it says no os installed. :/ Also, im not draining battery during sleep. It's when the screen is on. Im losing 1 percent for like every 3-5mins.

1 percent every 5 minutes is 500 minutes for 100% which is 8.3 hours of screen on time.
worst case scenario, 300 minutes = 3 minutes per 1% - 5 hours screen on time.

SoT is really a hit and miss and vulnerable to too many factors to be used as a quantitative measure of battery life/performance.
My day to day activities include text messaging (a lot of it), reading on my phone, minimal social apps (facebook and twitter), and non hardware intensive games and I can push out 4-6 hours of SoT (adaptive brightness on). If I put the phone into airplane mode and watch movies stored on my phone, I can easily hit 8-11 hours of SoT.
No matter which way I look at it, this phone gets me through my entire work day and then some on a full charge.
I'm used to charging my phone once a day and this phone does the job well for my use. And Dash Charge is phenomenal if you need a quick boost.

Huge standby battery drain

Hi everyone,
I am really helpless and do not know what to do anymore. My S9+ is draining battery overnight, in 6 and a half hours it drains 10%, even if always on displey is set to be turned of between 23h - 06h.
I am on the latest BTU firmware, I have tryied every tip and solution which I found on xda in order to get it better but it is still the same. I turned of almost all features like sync, location and also set all apps to be power saving.
If I use the phone a lot, I will get 4-5 maybe even 6 hours of SOT, but if I do not use it a lot, I will have 2-3 hours of SOT in total of 16 hours usage.
Any help or tips? I do not have any battery draining apps installed.
When I go to check in the battery stats I do not see anything suspicius, it says AOD 2 %, Device Idle 2%, Android OS 1%, Android System 1%, Screen 1%, Device is passive 1%.
Now I am trying it with a all black theme but still no improvement

[HELP] LG G4 battery percentage jumps

Title. H810 no root.
I'm aware the battery life on this one is not really good. That in mind.
-Example, (nothing running on background, everything but wifi off) using it normally until 14%. Pushed sleep button.
-Turn screen on like 5 mins after and it was 15%, used it a bit then again screen off.
-Turned screen on about 6 minutes later and it was 5%.
-Drained it to supposedly 1% then phone turned itself off.
-Turned phone on again and it was 2% and stayed like that for 10 mins while scrolling twitter with 30% brightness, until it turned itself off again and this time battery is to low to turn on.
Tried factory reset, draining till absolute 0% then 100% multiple times but so far nothing works.
Battery's health is good and factory original, no water, no heavy drops.
Let's say i root it (as far as i know its possible in all models), question:
Is there a way to push battery stats to make battery readings accurate?
Or what do you suggest? thanks.

Hi,
What you have is normal.
My owen device jumps frpn 12% to 15% after heavy and log use, thats normal, cause battery is cooling down/pre-ucomputed Energy is not consumed and Battery is calculated new.
The other Jump from 15 to 5 thats somthing you should watch closer. did that happen often?
all in all I have a sugestion but answer this first.
How old is Battery and usage time? (heavy or Soft? SOT? and so one)
Battery readings denpend on the Kernel. You are Stock i think?
Titan Kernel gave me awesome Display Sdreen on Times but battery is jumping too.

Thanks for replying!
Well thats one solved, it wasnt a sudden jump but rather a few minutes discharge doing nothing at all.
Battery is as old as the phone, 2015 and usage, i dont know for sure since it's an import US carrier phone sold to me locally, seems like it was a test phone like the ones you can try at stores. I would say battery use isnt any different than it would be in a daily usage and even if not, would be very rare for a li-ion battery to degrade in such a small amount of time. Gonna ask the seller.
Another thing i notice is very fast battery drain while playing music. I listen to music from home to work, like a 1 hour trip and when i got of home with 81% when i get to my job im at 68%.
And yeah stock everything with android 6.0, as i said currently not even rooted.

Sounds as if the Battery has some Altered Issues. How Often do you charge?
with Music You meen Mp3 or stream? (stream drain battery much faster)
Try custom Rom and titan kernel if u dont need stock services, otherwise rootand use greenify or other.
on Stock i Had SoT of 2 hours max. now i am back to 3 Hoeurs (i´m heavy user some days...)

Already using greenify. Charging 2 times a day, 1 before going to work, 1 when i come back, plugged while using it.
MP3 from stock music app, since i read somewhere a 3rd party music app caused an user a battery drain-
H810 has locked bootloader, do you know any flash tool?

Greenify is much better with Root
first you must unlock your Bootloader.
there are 2 Otions at the moment. Official (don´t know if possible for H810) and USU by @steadfasterX
for second:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/g4/general/unlock-unlock-lg-g4-device-usu-t3760451
read and choose for yourself if that is what you want
Just by a new battery. Original battery can be found for about 8$ at least here in Sweden..
I believe this is normal.
My H815 had it with both the original and a new battery. It used to be really bad when you charged it to 100%, restarted and it would drop immediately to 80%.
Also, especially on stock LG stuff (the graph on custom ROMs seems to be smoothed out), the battery graph was a mess of random spikes and dips

Question Poco F3 Battery Issues

For the last 2 days my phone has completely lost its mind in term of battery.
Contant 1% per 10 minutes drain no matter the load.
Charging doesnt affect this at all.
Once my phone drops below 1% and turns off rebooting instantly brings it back to an exact 74% each time.
Factory reset doesnt fix it.
Most 3rd party apps show the same stats, Accubattery says that there is no usage information for proper calibration.
Thankfully its still under warranty, but it would take more than a week.
Is there any chance this is a software issue or should i just ship it back for repairs?
That looks very wrong and looks like a hardware problem. Did this occur over time, or right after you got your device?
Poco F3 easily holds 2 days on light usage, or 1,5 days with mid-heavy usage. Your graph looks very bad.
If AccuBattery isn't able to show information about your battery, that's also bad. Really looks like battery-failure or something related to it.
In terms of software, you'd have the possibility to flash the ROM (Android) again. However I don't think this would do anything. I don't think anything from the system could be corrupted in any way.
I think you should return it.

I don't have anything in my mind that could potentially help you, other than reflashing the ROM. Reflashing would get rid of any potentially corrupt system files or configs and refresh the whole OS. But I don't know if this would help you.
I wish I could give you another tip but I can't think of anything. Did your phone fall maybe?

I've already done a factory reset. I dont recall anything happening to it recently. I removed my case to inspect for any bulging or cracks but everything looks pristine.
Well i guess its back to my oneplus 5 for a week.

Is there any chance this is a software issue or should i just ship it back for repairs?

hi, i have same problem. Is it solved? if yes, how you solved it?
Hello everyone, This is battery percentage graph of my 5 days old POCO F3. I believe screen is consuming way too much power in my device. Can you check it please? What do you think? Is it normal?
My display refresh rate is 120 Hz and auto brightness is enabled. MIUI 12.5.5, RKHMIXM

I couldn't tell you by looking at that how long do you think you get with video games on screen for 100 to 0 and how long browsing the web or light activities for screen on time?
It should be about 5 hours or so for games - I don't game so I can't confirm
8 hours or so for light activities. I can confirm 8 to 10 hours on light activities from personal experience
Also I use custom Android 12 aosp roms like evolution x
I do think stock does about the same.

The screen alone is consuming 1183.22 mAh for 5 hr 44 mins, while PUBG consumed 502.89 mAh for 45 mins of gameplay. I did play PES for 1 hour also. But the data shows exactly which app consumes how much. Here the screen is consuming 1183 mAh alone and the phone's battery is 4520 mAh.

Even if you are led to believe that these values are exact, they are not. Not at all. Android can only estimate the consumption.
Usually, Android can only read the voltage of the battery and then knows something like 4.2 volts = 100% = 4520 mAh, 3.7 volts = 0% = 0 mAh. All consumption values are then calculated from voltage drop and usage time.
It is not possible to determine the consumption of a single component or a single application exactly, since they never consume separately, but always together. Maybe there are a few inbuilt constants (like WiFi takes between -0.05 and -0.2 volts per hour or something), but the moment you play 3D games, so many components are demanded simultaneously and very differently that an exact determination is not possible.
TLDR: Don't care about the mAh.
As @Techguy777 said, 5 to 6 hours SOT while heavy gaming is quite reasonable.

Thanks for the explanation
I'm having the same problem with the battery. It charges to 31% e drains fast and when the phone reboots, it goes back to 31%.
Any infos on how to fix this? Maybe replacing the battery? If it's not the battery, what else could it be?
It's not the rom, the problem persist event on recovery and I already tried to flash different roms.
This issue already happened to my poco F3 three times. For first and second times i went to xioami service center to claim warranty repair. Its took a week or two to get back my device. For the third time happened recently and its too hassle for to claim warranty again coz the service center is too far. Read on other thread that the problem actually can be fix by reseating battery connector. But to do that will have me to open and put back the back cover. Its happened to remind me the old way, hard reboot. For the first time, i try press and hold power button for 15 sec an the device will rebooted couple of times but nothing change. Second try, i press and hold power button for 30, this time after finish booting the battery percentage info has changed but the charging and disharging info still problem. Then tried for third time press and hold power button for 45 second, this time all the battery issue for my phone have fixed. I suspected this happens when device in my pocket. The device accidently pressed some combination of key and when it reboot the issue happened.
