Phone is restarting itself automatically after installing agni kernel

I was using Crdroid 5.0.2 before and every thing was working fine for me
one of friend refer me to install Resurrection remix 5.4.4
after installing CM PURE AGNI KERNEL my phone
is restarts automatically
while installing new rom getting error :
but get successful install
but after installing gapps phone starts restarting
" warning: no file_contexts detected filesystem ext4 for /dev/block/mmcblk0p13 "
please help me to resolve this issue.

When tried to install PA Gapps I've received an error „Incompatible Android ROM detected“. I tried several times with the same result, until finally installation of PA Gapps passed after formatting /system, /cache, and /data (through CWM).[/FONT][FONT=&quot]

Then I started the phone normally, and received after Samsung logos, an „Encryption unsuccessful“ notification with Reset button which lead to endless restarting loop - the phone is bricked.

[/FONT][FONT=&quot]On Rebooting from CWM there is always a message that "Root access is missing. Root device?" Previously there was notice of an error, something like "cannot write to E: ...", right now after formatting system, cache and data the screen just turns black, and the phone is restarted.[/FONT][FONT=&quot]
[/FONT][FONT=&quot]The phone is originally from O2 network, have had O2 logo during booting.[/FONT]

If I were you I would try flashing another ROM ?

Twrp error in installing rom>>>

I Tried to install aicp 7.1.1 06/02/2017 release but twrp keeps on giving me error and i tried the other CITRUS-CAF 7.1.1 rom but still gives me the error .
could not detect filesystem for /dev/block/bootdevice/by-name/system , assuming ext4

You need twrp 3.0.2-1. to use latest builds

mount system partition and flash latest TWRP Build

errors installing GAPPS...

Hi, I've been trying to install OpenGAPPS for weeks. I've tried using both Lineage Recovery and TWRP but while both LineageOS and SuperSU seem to install smoothly, I still can't install GAPPS (v9 on ARM64; tried both Pico and Nano) using either method without getting zip errors.
Anyone have any thoughts?

Forgot to mention, TWRP gives me "Error Code: 64" when I try to install Gapps....

Unable to flash LineageOS Error: 255

No matter what i do im unable to install lineageOS on my razer phone, constantly getting "update error: 255".
All the guides just say click install and select the zip and it never works.

What recovery are you using?

Can also confirm this is a current issue. Using TWRP 3.2.2-0

I had the same problem with TWRP. Switched to Lineage recovery instead and everything went smooth.
