Will xposed work on CM14.1 on the OnePlus 3? - OnePlus 3 Questions & Answers

I really want to install cyanogenmod 14on my OP3 but xposed is incompatible with it right? Currently running xposed with OOS 3.2.7

Yes. AFAIK Xposed is not today compatible with Android 7/Nougat or CM14.x but rovo89 is working on it.

Yes xposed is actually compatible with API level 23 = Android 6.x. It recently got updated to be compatible with the November 1st security patch on Android 6.x .
You will have to wait a while until its ready for Nougat.

Xposed Framework Results to Bootloop on Asus Zenfone 2 ZE550ML

After updating Zenfone 2 ZE550ML to the latest firmware version Z008_WW_2.20.40.130 I rooted my phone and everything went fine with normal boot.. But after that I tried installing xposed framework.bat file which rebooted my phone and then resulting in a bootloop..Tried to remove xposed framework but still stuck in the bootloop. So had to flash an older firmware and recovery and then updated to th latest version via OTA update..It used to work perfectly on firmware version Z008_WW_2.20.40.88 without any bootloop. I enabled usb debugging and everything that needs to be done but no luck.
Is there any other way to install xposed framework on my current firmware 2.20.40.130 without bootloop ?? Please assist.

Which version works? I've tried xposed-v78-sdk23-x86.zip with no luck, still getting bootloop, and I've reflashed firmware 3 times.
Nevermind, this morning I tried install xposed-v78-sdk21-x86.zip and it works, so I think rovo89 makes 3 variants for different OS. I assume:
- [5.0 only] Bootloop on ROMs where the vendor has merged a recent security fix from 5.1 (sdk21)
- [5.0/5.1 only] Backports of a few changes on Xposed that I had initially done for 6.0 (sdk22)
- [6.0 only] Fix XModuleResources.createInstance() API method (sdk23)

G5 running 32Bit Android?

Hey Guys,
i have one question:
The Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 is a 64Bit CPU, but tools (specifically Xposed) says the system is ARM not ARM64 and the app AIDA64 says the command set is "64-bit ARMv8-A (32-bit Mode)".
So is the G5 running a 32Bit Android?
And could this be the reason why Xposed don't work?
(Only tested the arm zip file, not the arm64, rooted wit Magisk)
The g5 runs 32bit android
Xposed works fine - I used the Unofficial build from
https://forum.xda-developers.com/xposed/xposed-android-nougat-sdk-25-arm64-t3639221
However since I tested this a while ago the official nougat xposed has been released - according to one post Iv seen AICP rom thread that also works fine
Make sure you choose the correct sdk
Android 7.0 is sdk 24
Android 7.1 is sdk 25

First of all: thank you for your answer.
I only tested the official Xposed and I took the correct sdk, but I got a bootloop on my Stock rom, so I don't know why it fails, probably because of Magisk?

Xposed doesn't always work with stock roms - you may need a custom rom - I only tested on lineageos

Any working Xposed module for Redmi Note 5 (China) MIUI 9.5.12 (Oreo 8.1) ?

Did anyone tried xposed module in Redmi Note 5 (China) MIUI 9.5.12 (Oreo 8.1). I flashed Magisk successfully but I can't make xposed work, everytime I tried it gave me bootloop. I tried systemless magisk xposed module and also direct flashing xposed sdk27 zip but none worked for me.

It might need some device-specific modification, btw, why do you want to use xposed, maybe you could find some alternative to the modules you use...

Because I want to use GarvityBox like module or a module which will allow me to unlock MIUI rom with fingerprint after first bootup , now I have to use pin unlock first after everytime I restart MUI Rom and I am also using RR rom side by side so can't put any kind of lock in RR rom.

This worked for me, not too much gain tho, but if you want to install exposed anyways, this way you can do it.
Thank you very much, man. Installed and working!! Just got to be careful about which xposed version to download.

You are welcome! If you find something useful, let us know please, I installed xposed only for adblocking, but none of the modules really helped me, I found the better solution outside xposed framework.
Well, I was looking to add more steps to change multimedia audio more smoothly. With VolumeSteps+ I was able to do it.
I also installed Gravity Box, and found that I can launch different apps using different fingers on the fingerprint sensor. (First you have to register the fingerprint of various fingers in the system settings)
Gravity Box is filled of options, although not all of them work.

It depends on what android are you using.
You choose the correct sdk version according to your android version from here:
SDK21 is Android 5.0 (Lollipop), SDK22 is Android 5.1 (also Lollipop) and SDK23 is Android 6.0 (Marshmallow).
For Nougat, SDK24 is Android 7.0 and SDK25 is Android 7.1.
For Oreo, SDK26 is Android 8.0 and SDK27 is Android 8.1.
Then download it from here:
https://dl-xda.xposed.info/framework/
For example if you are on 7.1.2 then you will download SDK25.
Thank you so much...
Xuimod causing black screen issue.
May it possible to use xuimod.
