Unless I have VoLTE checked, my OnePlus 3 won't make or receive phone calls. If it's unchecked and I try to make a call, there is only silence then the phone hangs uo after 15 seconds. If someone tries to call me, the ringer rings twice and then it hangs up. If VoLTE is checked, the phone makes and receives calls fine. I'm running stock everything, and first I flashed Oxygen OS Beta 7, then flashed Oxygen OS 3.2.6 then updated to 3.2.7 via OTA. Anyone got a fix?

Ok I flashed the new ota radio n kernel, and now o can't receive texts unless I place a call and I can't receive phone calls at all. No matter if I flash roms its still the same
Recently, I got my S4 mini (Sprint version -SPH-L520). It is on a Stock KitKat 4.4.2 rom. After few hours of usage, the phone does not receive any messages. The outgoing messages, voice calls (both incoming and outgoing), and data works well.
I tried using Go SMS Pro. Did not help. I did a factory reset. It worked for few hours, and the problem surfaced. Now it is over a week and no incoming messages.
When I put the sim card in another phone, the incoming messages are fine. There seems to be no problem from the carrier side.
Note: The phone is rooted. The KNOX is intact - no custom recovery installed. When I used system update, the update is downloaded but, the update fails.

I programmed with stock ROM, no messages. Did OS update - did not help. Did factory reset - no messages again.
Is there something else I could do to get the incoming messages (except for going back to my old phone).

I try to make calls they end right away. I tried changing network mode from global to cdma/lte but it did not help.
Calls show as "Canceled" in call log.
Any suggestions?
Note: I have not rooted or anything on 4.4.4
Update: rebooting seems to have resolved issue - hope it does not come back
I haven't had any issues really aside from my camera not working until i reboot, but now I'm unable to call or receive calls until I reboot my phone occasionally. Anyone have any idea what I should do? I can post any information needed
Also I noticed from going from unrooted to slimkat I went from full bars of service to 1-3.
Does the phone the most recent bootloader and modem installed?
Whenever i receive a call my phone get hang on the calling screen, i won't be able to attend the call, i have to restart my device to get the phone working. What may be the issue and how to fix it??? I'm having this problem with stock marshmallow rom and all the cm13.1 based roms.
