Try all of root method (kingroot, ioroot, purpledrake, lg one click tool, vroot, stump etc.)
seems not work on this phone
Ma Questions are :
1. Is there any root method will work on this phone ?
2. Is there any PreRooted .kdz to flash with ?

You need to downgrade to a version lower than 30b_08(from august). Maybe a 30f,j,c to root with kingroot and then flash a bumped zip(which can be rooted) to use custom kernel. I dont think there is a prerooted .kdz

Stump root was the one that worked for me
but there are a few options to pick from on these forums
purpledrake, stump, towel etc

Can I upgrade it with the OTA V10n proposed, without losing the root ?
Anyone here have already did it ?

No OTA will remove root or brick your phone if you have twrp installed
Flash 10n kdz and reroot using purpledrake

Or flash any other version (V10A,B,C ...), then OTA to V10n and root.
just got my replacement phone and its has marshmallow installed on it. I have searched and can't find anyway to root it or downgrade it so I can root it. Any help will be great. I used Kingroot. it gives me root until I restart my phone. I tried to install twrp while rooted and doesn't work.
Hii... Just go to verizon( general) thread ..... There u will find a sub thread regarding how to downgrade 35b roms to 10b and install marshmallow .
First you have to downgrade it to 10b rom so that you can instal twrp.. After that flash marshmallow rom by xdabeb.... Which is rooted
I don't know why I can't use the lg flash tools to flash kdz, always error. Any methods recommended to get root for me? I don't have custom recovery.
I recently Installed Marshmallow 30b for my D858HK, I tried alot to root this and also tried to install TWRP but no luck, is there any way available to root this?
