My Pixel just rebooted twice the the weather info at the lock screen was replaced by a clock. Is this an update or something rise happened?

he didn't, there is no widgets on lock screen

I have tried screen lock on the watch, but the watch still stays on for a while. Is there anyway or apps to lock the watch properly... And quickly

My Pixel 2 XL was sitting on the driver's seat of my car as I got back into it this morning. A few seconds later, the display woke up from the ambient display and I get what you see in the attached image. It's happened on a few other occasions but I'm not sure what's triggering it. Ideas?
This screen continues to come up and I can't figure out the rhyme or reason. I don't see any kind of wallpaper settings. It seems to just come up randomly.
Maybe lock screen set up as this wallpaper and you usually don't see your lock screen bc of the fingerprint? But it doesn't have all the other stuff the lock screen is supposed to have, so idk for sure.
I have a completely different wallpaper for my lockscreen. that is the wallpaper for my home screen though. i thought it might come up if i let it sleep on its own but that isn't always the case. really inconsistent.

I really hate that initial lock screen when you hold your phone and it wakes up (color clock with small notification icons). Is it impossible to remove/bypass?
I wish it could wake up in the notification screen like the 5 does. What was OP point to add that stuff, and worst, making it impossilbe to remove ? (if you choose to wake your phone when you hold it)
You can turn off "lift up display" in the settongs>display. Doing that will not turn on the screen when you lift it.
I have an issue with lock screen of google pixel 2 xl. My issue is, suppose my home screen image is while color and my lock screen color is black color. whenever I lock a phone. it does work properly but when I turn on the screen at that time my screen is showing some kind of flashing color of the home screen(white color) and after it turns to black color. So it is showing the tiny delay of real color in lock screen.!
I hope, it does not hardware issue.!
