is there any way to flash rom via fastboot..?
like title.
or anybody have?
You don't really need a backup recovery.img for OTA.
Just grab the OTA and use the recovery.img inside the OTA to proceed.
Means don't install first, copy out the OTA.zip extract recovery.img, install recovery.img then install OTA.

I have flash latest asus stock firmware with adb sideload, but twrp still remain. How can I restore stock recovery?
I found only old version of Asus's recovery.
thanks for the answers!

In your asus stock firmware zip there is recovery.img for you
can I install official ota uptade with twrp?
No, you need to be on stock recovery for proper OTA installation. If you still want to install an update you'll have to use fastboot method which will overwrite custom recovery (you can always flash twrp back regardless).
of course you can via twp, download latest recovery and flash it in twrp!
