i have tried to build a nougat version with success but i cant make it boot..also im not a developer but i think some1 will release it soon

I only found ONE but that is for the T705.
yes there are some developper who are working on a nougat Rom. In fact, many of them are quitting the dev of MM6 to put their efforts toward Nougat. Check this out ; deadman's work on CM 14.1 ... CM14.1 is Android 7.1 https://github.com/exynos5420/android_device_samsung_klimtlte/tree/cm-14.1

So guys as we all know our device has few nougat roms getting updates so wanted to share in case you all want roms with updates
These roms may or may not get update in future (as i am not the developer)
Just install these roms and please report back which of them is best...I dont have anything to do with the rom all credit goes to the developers

Resurrection Remix
Glaze OS
AOSP-CAF for Xperia M
Just google if you dont find any rom

Since I used CM14.1 for one month it was good but had some random reboot, So i Upgraded to LineageOS it is running perfectly on my Phone.

i have unblocked the device and installed TRWP
I can't find the stable rom do upgrade android to the 7.0 nougat
anyone can help me?

You should download and flash Xiaomi.eu for now. I think the stable Nougat build isn't available right now.

But the eu rom is also Very stable
I see that there are weekly release on xiaomi.eu. I will try this.
I come from android 6, official miui 8.2.0.1 . Do I to wype if I go to android 7?

Regular wipe from TWRP then you can flash Xiaomi.eu ROM.
I found alot of updates for my lineage os rom and i dont konw sould i update all the updates or just the latest one

just the last one (assuming you are updating from the same base version ie 14.1 to 14.1 If you are on older ver eg 12 or a early unofficial ver you need to wipe & do a clean install like for a new ROM, also only need the latest one in this case)
