I finally got my Voia CleanUP case from Voia.
Was really looking forward to this case, with the quick-open cover and the slick looks that were offered on the website: http://www.voia.co.kr/goods/view?no=362
However after using it for a while I'm extremely disappointed with it, and I feel the quick cover/quick open feature isn't all that useful and somewhat gimmicky. Here's a quick review.
General Notes:
- The transaction was quick and easy, even from Korea. Very nice job by Voia here.

Pros:
- Very nice looking case, really like the "brushed metal" look on the front of it.
- Fairly slim, keeps the bulk of the phone down
- The Quick-Open feature is somewhat nice, but also a con. The case doesn't seem to utilize the second screen function any differently than without it, but turning the phone on and off with the flip of the cover is pretty cool. I guess.
- Phone fits snugly and easily in the case
Cons
- The quick-open flap doesn't stay closed, flush with the phone (see photos). This was the most frustrating part for me because it actually makes the phone kind of a pain to just pick up and use since you'll be fumbling with the partially opened cover.
- The Quick-cover feature to turn the phone off and on is pretty poorly implemented. Flipping the case closed to turn off the phone is actually quite nice. However turning it on, especially if you use fingerprints, is a pain. When I open the case I flip the cover all the way back behind the phone. However this completely blocks the fingerprint sensor. So instead you have to flip the case open half way with one hand and use your other hand to put in your fingerprint. I'm not too sure there is much Voia could have done here, but this makes the phone fairly inconvenient to use
- The corner bumpers are just hard plastic. While it offers better than no protection at all, any fall from even a marginally significant height will not be cushioned by the hard plastic. If you drop the phone on the left side where the spine of the cover is, there is absolutely no protection at all. If you're looking for good drop protection for your new V20, I wouldn't go with this
- The volume buttons.... this one doesn't make sense to me. When the case is closed the volume buttons are covered by the spine of the cover. You can still use them, but you have to sort of guess where they are. When the case is open they're, oddly enough, even harder to get to as the folded spine of the cover blocks your thumb from getting right to them. You'll see in the photos.
Overall for about $25 this case was a huge let down. It does more to make the phone inconvenient to use than convenient. I'm going to get in touch with Voia to see about getting a refund. Maybe somebody else will have a different experience.
I've got this case as well & have never been a huge fan of this style of case as it is,at least not for a daily driver:
All cases such as this seem to get in the way of usability one way or the other.
I use mine for those times when I leave the house & know I won't be using the phone much at all,the main benefit being while in-pocket,the front flap serves to protect the phone from other items in my pocket (keys/etc...).
It's a well-crafted case & I don't have the problem with the front flap staying partially open as you do (perhaps check that the phone is fully seated in the case,I had this problem at 1st).However,those looking for bullet-proof protection a la Otterbox should look elsewhere,as this style of case isn't built to withstand anything more than minor bumps/drops/etc....
I recommend this case for those that use this type of case,but,with reservations,as you noted regarding using the fingerprint scanner.

Agree with all your remarks. I've emailed Korea to see if they are changing the design at all. For me the biggest drawback is the cover not closing. If I put the phone down face down all the time to keep the case closed there's no point in having the window for the second screen. Will post if I get any satisfaction.

I also have the case.
The pros are the fact that the color actually matches (Titan in my case), It protects more than 80% of the screen when the door is closed and recesses the rear camera so putting it on a table will not scratch it.
I don't have an issue at all with the case door opening. As a matter of fact, I've had a spigen quick view case for my S4 which clipped close and it was a slight pain in the ass.
I like how the view hole doesn't block the camera. I at times wonder if they should have put a hole for the finger print as it is really annoying to open the phone and slip your right hand behind to access the fingerprint scanner. I also don't like how the volume buttons are blocked.
I'm happy with it over any of those worthless cases that only protect the back of the phone.
Also bought this case and is my favorite so far.
I found the following:
Although the cover didn't close all the way initially it now does. The binder side seems to stretch slightly with use until it's flush. Enough time in the pocket and it will become flush.
I wish it had a felt lined inside cover instead of just hard plastic
This case matches the contours really well and you can still enjoy the phone's design.
I really like having all the port side exposed so that cable and headphone blockage isn't an issue.

I have had the case about a week. Mine stays closed... perhaps a screen protector binding?
Very well made but yes you need to remember to use the fingerprint sensor with your right hand while opening. I find myself using the dot password more like I did on my g3 with the same type case. About ready to take a gromit hole punch and make a hole for my finger sensor : )
The materials are very slippery both closed and open. the one on my g3 was not nearly as slippery. Thinking of ideas to solve this that are clean.
I do like the protection for the front as I am hard on screens and dont like protectors.
It is also very thin which i like but as others mentioned not much protection. i dropped my g3 with a similar case several times. Some damage on the corners but the screen always survived. The case cracked on 3 corners : )
I switched to a tpu type case for a trip to Disneyland in case of dropping it but the thickness was a real pain. Jury is still out ...
Thanks to the OP for the review on this case (and for the heads up since I didn't know about this one yet) because I think I'll have to check it out, but I just a couple quick questions for anyone who might know.
How long did shipping take for you guys who have yours already? Also I bought a cheap flip case the day I got mine from Amazon and it's actually not as bad as I thought it would be, but does anyone know it it's possible to have the screen unlock when you flip it open but still be able to use your fingerprint everywhere else? Everytime I flip it open I have to put my pin number in (which I'd rather have it go straight to the screen) but if I want to disable it it also disables my fingerprint, does it anyone know if there's a way around that?

Important update. Due to the hard plastic around the viewing window, it can cause scratches on your screen. I have a rectangular mark on the screen that can't be removed. This is a VERY STUPID move on the maker's part. How idiotic can a designer be?

Ok now damn that would certainly be one hell of a deal breaker imo! Sorry to hear about that with your phone and I hope you don't take this the wrong way because I'm definitely not trying to say you're mistaken or anything (I don't even have the case so I couldn't argue without what you're saying even if I could to), but I'm just wondering can anyone else who has this case also confirm this?

1. Unable to hold and operate it with the thumb of the hand that is holding it, must use two hand;
2. Yes you can fold the cover back to use your thumb, but this will eventually make the edge worn off easily, and also create ugly lines along the edge surface

Yes, this is the problem of all horizontally-opened covers like Zenus, not just the Samsung flip-cover.
Same here. I used another flip cover case (from another third-party vendor that I shall not name). Very elegant and beautiful case, but the flip cover always stands in the way of me operating the phone. I got tired of it after a few days, and switched back to my slim case (which only covers the back).
After all, this device is phone first, tablet second. I need to be able to quickly access it to take phone calls, send messages, etc., without the hassle of constantly opening the flip cover.
But to give the flip-cover case some credit, it is very nice for reading an ebook on the Note. It makes the device feel like a real paperback. You can actually hold on to the flip cover with your left hand and read.

I am coming from a Samsung Galaxy SIII and the first and only case I have ever used for it was the flip cover, which I absolutely loved, perhaps more than the phone itself. I just realized that there's an official HTC flip cover called the Double Dip Flip. I read some reviews about it on XDA and other websites and as usual some are good and some are bad. There seemed to be a lot of issues with the early units of those covers, like blocking the microphone, which were fixed in the latter units. The one thing that concerns me the most is whether or not it actually scratches the device? My device is silver and I absolutely love its brushed aluminum body and wouldn't want any scratches on it, even though I know that sooner or later I'll get some but I'd rather delay that as much as I can. I might opt for a ZAGG Invisible Shield so I can protect the back and the sides, but I am really interested in the flip cover because it seems very ideal.
What are your experiences with it? Did it ever scratch your device? I am not the type of people who keep removing covers and cleaning, except maybe once every week or two, so I am looking for something that's durable and doesn't need constant care and cleaning.
I have a rubber back at the moment which is actually the only case I have seen for the HTC One in Egypt, or at least in the stores I have been to - it's just not as popular as the Galaxy over here.

The flip cover is cloth on the inside, and does not scratch the device at all. As long as you keep it clean inside (As you need to with any cover), there's no reason for any scratching. The only issue I have with mine is the corners are a bit flimsy. The phone absolutely will NOT fall out of the case no matter how hard you try, but they do have some movement in the corners. Otherwise it works fine and looks good.
I really like the cover overall, especially since I use it as a iPad-style smart cover, turning the phone on and off using Tasker + proximity sensor.
Thanks, the cloth on the inside is definitely reassuring. Ah, so from what I understand the corners don't tightly grip the device and therefore it moves a little bit? Well, I suppose that's okay although it can get a bit annoying if you'll be using it as your daily driver. There is a thread on here in which members posted several cases, and there's a Speck case I really liked for it; there are also some ultra thin ones which seem awesome, but of course they don't seem protective at all but rather just for looks, and this time, unlike when I had iPhones, I am looking for protection rather than beauty - to be honest, a naked HTC One is more beautiful than any device I've ever seen before, so the cover is just for protection, nothing can make it look better. I personally love it, and I've had this case since it's launch, protects the phone solidly I guess, the one thing I don't really like is that it doesn't cover the sides but other than that, it makes my One look really sophisticated and sexy haha
I just got back from the HTC store and I got it. It looks and feels solid, as you said, and I love the leather-like material which seems to be durable. I thought it would cover the sides as well but I guess it's better than nothing; plus, it'll make it easier for me to clean the sides every day because white gets dirty rather quickly. I also love the landscape feature which wasn't available the Galaxy SIII's flip cover, it really makes it much easier to watch videos on YouTube and such.
I like it, but it's kind of a pain in the ass when taking pictures.

There are some things I dislike about this case but I bought anyways knowing the negatives but in general I love this case it's easy to snap on and off because I enjoy having my phone bare at home and the stand is really cool and useful so I'm gonna keep but I do hope they redesign this case as the back looks like a crease mess and camera cut out being a little too big exposing the phone while closed

I purchased one of these a week ago and came in today, it's the official AT&T / LG flip cover with wireless charging and NFC.
Came in today, in a plastic bag inside a padded envelope. Works great, feels great, definitely the real thing.
Don't mean to sound like an ad, it's not my listing, but I've seen people getting replacement back covers without Wireless charging for $30+shipping, so this at $20 is a steal!

One question, if I hold the phone or sit the phone on the table, back side down, the front flip cover part doesn't stay all the way shut. The right side is about 1/4th inch up off the screen. The auto screen on/off still works but it'd be nice if the cover stayed "tight" on the screen. Though I understand there is no magnet or anything on the far side so it may not be possible, is it... possible?

I just bought 2 from the same seller (extra one by accident, hope this seller a4c will let me return it for refund. He didn't even responded to any of my email telling him to just send one). I want to know what do you think of this flip case overall, since you've been using it for a while by now. Does it protect the phone from accidental drops well? I'm thinking I'll have to bind the cover with a large rubber band or something to keep it from opening up when it drops. Right now I'm using am Abecus flip case. It works okay, but holding it in my hand is kind of awkward and tiring. I'm hoping to do better with this lg flip case.

The cover itself may protect the screen from scratches in the pocket or bag, but I already have a screen protector for that. It's really just a lg e980 back cover with a screen cover flap attach to it. There is no protection to the four corners of the device if the phone falls. The battery most likely to come out if the fall is a hard one. The flap itself doesn't attach to anything, there isn't a magnet or a button to keep the flap close. The overall appearance of the phone with this case, is just like the original phone with a black plastic screen cover, but it does give a smart look. Earlier the op mentioned that the cover won't stay tight. On mine it works fine, may be it's not staying tight due to that the synthetic leather needs be worn before it will fit right, but it's really not an issue. The plus side of this case is that when you close the flap, it does make the device sleeps, and open the cover wakes the device. This feature alone is worth the price of the case. Using the cover to wake and puts it to sleep beats the gestures and the button any day. I'm not sure about other features I have heard about, such as the NFC and the wireless charging because I haven't tested them. I may return this case because it doesn't protect my Phone, but my other cheap wallet case is already showing signs of wearing, and this case does look sharp. So I don't know. I may have to shop for another case soon. I will post in a few days after using this case for a while.

What's fancy about a piece card board like screen cover attach to the back cover? I figure since they call it a case, it suppose to protect the phone. My cheap wallet case offers some protection when I drop it. They really should call it 'screen cover' because there is really not a case anywhere. But like I said, the best part of this 'case' is the screen sleep/wake function. I may grow to like this special back cover after all.

I've spent hours looking at threads and product pages, and only found one goofy-looking thing shipping from China -- and even that one doesn't explicitly say "no magnets", but at least doesn't mention magnets or auto-wake/sleep. Minimum requirements:
-- non-magnetic secure closure / clasp (for example. button-snap, or velcro, or the kind of self-locking metal closure used on attache- or brief-cases -- or even a zipper)
-- bumper-style surround (vs. corner straps -- looking for secure attachment *and* shock protection)
-- sufficient excess border material to protect corners and edges
-- able to fold the front cover all the way back (even though that blocks the camera), so that the whole thing can be held in a grippy stand / holder, without the front cover flapping around (BTW, this guy does a fantastic job of making stands / mounts to *custom* requirements, *inexpensively* -- he's already made two for my S8+ in Spigen Wallet case, and is about to make another to hold the same + wireless charger: SlipGripCarMounts.com)
Nice to have but not essential (could mod these features myself):
-- pen holder
-- elastic strap inside the front cover, to slip your hand through when cover is folded back
-- a carrying handle on the spine, as on artists' portfolio cases
-- able to fold back the closure so that it also holds in place the folded-back front cover

The bad news...
Examining the evidence offered by @Ronin475, I think it's probably true.
The good news...
I FOUND THE CASE. Before I started this thread, I had actually already ordered a case on Amazon, purely on the basis that:
(a) although the Amazon page doesn't explicitly say "no magnets", it does't mention magnets or sleep / wake;
(b) it was going to take 3+ weeks to deliver (from China), and I had no idea how much longer I might be searching; and,
(c) it's cheap ($14 US including shipping) and therefore low-risk.
Well, it arrived today, much sooner (11 days) than expected. I had been expecting to be disappointed in one or more
respects, considering the low price and the shipping location -- not because it's *made* in China, but because no one
thought it worth *warehousing* in a major market like the U.S.
I've been pleasantly surprised.
(a) I confirmed there are no magnets. I ran a small "horse-shoe" magnet all over the case, and detected no metal.
Then I passed all parts of the front cover over the right side of the powered-on S3, and it had no effect.
(b) Given the price, it seems to be better build-quality than I expected. And it "ticks" the essential boxes...
(c) It has rubber bumpers all around, with properly located openings for everything, except that there's no opening for the
microSD card tray. (Oddly, though, it appears to have an opening for the ejection pin.). I guess it's not unreasonable to think
that users wouldn't be opening the tray very often; and having to remove this case to access the tray isn't difficult. And the
Spigen Wallet folio case on my S8+ also blocks the combination SD / SIM tray.
(c) I'd prefer to have the surround be a *tiny* bit thicker and project a couple of mm higher above the screen than it does,
but I'd say it's roughly proportional to what the Spigen does.
(d) The edges of the case do extend visibly beyond the bumper, providing side and corner protection.
(e) The front cover does fold all the way back, lying completely flat against the back.
(f) This wasn't part of the "essentials" in my OP, but the outer surfaces are moderately textured, making it less likely to

if you don't mind seeing a flash of Shocking Pink whenever you open the case.
If you're the "handy" type, you could probably find something at a crafts-supply store which you could trim to fit
and then glue over the outside.

The Forefront case mentioned by @swagatsourav certainly looks nicer, and I like the swivel and the multi-position

excellent review mate, my finte case arrived (the reviews said no probs with magnets, i contacted finite they said they were unaware of any problems )
but unfortunatly it does affect the pen once you know what to look for sadly.
It was less than £10 ,so i took a scalpel to it and removed the magnetic strips without any major damage. (this version has the pen holder BTW)
It still acts as a stand but not as secure as with magnetic strips and doesnt clip closed , but until i can get a better version this may do

Examining the evidence offered by @Ronin475, I think it's probably true.

I FOUND THE CASE. Before I started this thread, I had actually already ordered a case on Amazon, purely on the basis that:
(a) although the Amazon page doesn't explicitly say "no magnets", it does't mention magnets or sleep / wake;
(b) it was going to take 3+ weeks to deliver (from China), and I had no idea how much longer I might be searching; and,
(c) it's cheap ($14 US including shipping) and therefore low-risk.
Well, it arrived today, much sooner (11 days) than expected. I had been expecting to be disappointed in one or more
respects, considering the low price and the shipping location -- not because it's *made* in China, but because no one
thought it worth *warehousing* in a major market like the U.S.
I've been pleasantly surprised.
(a) I confirmed there are no magnets. I ran a small "horse-shoe" magnet all over the case, and detected no metal.
Then I passed all parts of the front cover over the right side of the powered-on S3, and it had no effect.
(b) Given the price, it seems to be better build-quality than I expected. And it "ticks" the essential boxes...
(c) It has rubber bumpers all around, with properly located openings for everything, except that there's no opening for the
microSD card tray. (Oddly, though, it appears to have an opening for the ejection pin.). I guess it's not unreasonable to think
that users wouldn't be opening the tray very often; and having to remove this case to access the tray isn't difficult. And the
Spigen Wallet folio case on my S8+ also blocks the combination SD / SIM tray.
(c) I'd prefer to have the surround be a *tiny* bit thicker and project a couple of mm higher above the screen than it does,
but I'd say it's roughly proportional to what the Spigen does.
(d) The edges of the case do extend visibly beyond the bumper, providing side and corner protection.
(e) The front cover does fold all the way back, lying completely flat against the back.
(f) This wasn't part of the "essentials" in my OP, but the outer surfaces are moderately textured, making it less likely to
slip out of your hand.

I've handled Fintie products before, and I like them. And although their cases offer some of the same garish patterns as mine, they at least also do offer some which are more staid. And even their version of the "Plum Blossom" pattern is lined in subdued grey (vs. bright pink).
More importantly... can you post some close-up pics to show what the "post-surgical" sites look like?
And... not to be intrusively personal, but why do you happen to have scalpels lying around?
Do you by any chance frequent the Whitechapel area, or do occasional barbering on Fleet Street?

A friend of my is a Doctor so she knows i like gadgets etc so gave me the small light pen scapel etc , they have come in handy on occasion

So finally he did confirm it does HAVE magnets when i asked specifically about sleep wake.
Unfortunately the case mentioned by @nusratt is no longer available on amazon UK and neither does the seller on amazon USA ships it to UK.
I am still contemplating about going for
MoKo Galaxy Tab S3 9.7 Slim-Fit Multi-angle Folio Cover Case but need confirmation from any members that it would not affect the spen use.

On xda and elsewhere, I've read several posts saying about various cases, "I didn't see the problem until I had been using the case for a while." That's why I decided not to pursue any case which mentioned having *either* a magnet *or* a sleep / wake function.
Somewhere recently, maybe on xda or even in this very thread, I saw this one ("kwmobile Elegant") on Amazon: B07233PKL8
Maybe you could ask that one's seller about magnets, sleep, and shipping.
I've been using a magnet case on my Tab S3 since August of last year with zero issues. It is on every day 24/7. I only take about 2 hours of notes a day on average Monday-Friday and the rest of the time is spent with magnets engaged and case cover closed. No issues.
I used a bit of glue under the flaps of the case i have cut open the sealed them down.
I then added some electrician's tape just to cover it ( the tape makes it look a bit rougher than the cuts )
I have marked where the magnetic strips were removed in yellow.
It does fold into the stand option but isnt as secure as i would like it as magentics dont hold it in place.
I may use something to sort that out later

1. Looking at the pic, I wondered, did you use the electrician's tape to smooth over the rough feel of the cut edges on the hand? And / or because the opposite sides of the cut couldn't be brought back together in a gap-less seam?
2. Also, from which side did you initiate the cutting? Superficially it looks like the inner and outer covers are two separate pieces of different materials, the inside matte and fabric-like, and the outside shiny plastic / TPU; but maybe the inner matte surface is merely a coating. Was there an inner core between them, maybe cardboard? I'm asking because I'm wondering if it would be possible to remove the magnets by cutting only from the inside, so that the outside never shows any sign of the alteration. I imagine that the magnets were held in place by some kind of adhesive.
3. Looking at the pic again, it occurs to me to ask: do the rubber bumpers on that case completely surround the tablet, or are they only on the corners? The pic makes it appear that either it's corners-only, or the corners project higher above the tablet edge than the bumper sides do.

I understand completely -- there are many people who report fortunate experiences like yours. It's just that there are so many who've had the opposite experience, that a lot of shoppers, in this forum and elsewhere, are bending over backwards to be "better safe than sorry".
btw, what case are you using?
To make the longest cut on the "outside" of the case i had to split it (like splitting a piece of cardbord) ,
the split is fairly easy , it gets a bit messy pulling out the magnetic strips that are glued in place so in some spots its a little rough depending how lucky you are. ( i would recomend breaking the magnetic into smaller bits as its easier to remove)
It doesnt feel rough to the touch or any thing and its mainly the central bit that was slightly rough you can see that in the pic.
For the magnetic strip closer to the screen i cut away from the smooth grey side of the case , this was slightly more tricky as i didnt want to poke thru to other side of case.
The central bit of the case is indeed carboard but as the magnets are glued in place there will be a little damage removing them.
The magnets in the plastic part of the case i used a metal spudger to pry them out
I added the tape as a layer of protection to stop any further splits etc
The bumpers are only on the edges are a hard plastic type of material.
The overall build of the case is "ok" not amazing but its a decent case for unde £10.

also forgot to mention the sleep wake function still works without the magnets in the case.
there is a stong magnet in the tablet where the spine of the case is.
So i think the small square of metal i left in the case is registered by the fluctuation in the device field and when the light sensor is covered/uncovered it sleeps/wakes.

2. Damn. This is depressing news. I can't begin to tell you how many otherwise very desirable-seeming cases I looked at and ruled out simply on the assumption that "sleep/wake = magnet".
it appears the magnets mainly held the case closed an the other strip was used to secure the stand bit.
I double checked with a magnetic field app on my phone , not high tech but does pick up fields.
and magnets are gone and there is a small reading where that small metal or maybe chip is.
i have attached a small elastic ribbon so the stand works perfect now, may work on something for keeping the case closed .

Took Exactly 20 days to arrive, As Jeff said in his email to me (co-founder of ArmadilloTek), I had an option to either buy from Amazon or get sent from manufacturer. I chose the manufacturer (Amazon was out of stock)
Arrived bang on schedule! - If i had ordered from Amazon, had they been in stock, it would have most likely been next/same day.
This is my review after a few days of use, replacing my OnePlus Case
Pros:
- It's very thick. It doesn't make my phone feel too big, but it does make it very pleasant to hold
- Feels very nice to hold - unlike my OnePlus Case that came in the box, it doesn't feel like it is going to fall out of my hand at any point
- Retains clicky buttons on the phone, some cases make the buttons feel mushy - this one does not!
- Very, very clear! Get a nice view of my totally black phone through the case!
- Works better than my OnePlus case for NFC (I'm a diabetic with NFC monitoring sensors) - This one is IMPORTANT to me.
- NO STUPID SANDED CORNERS. So many TPU cases have textured corners. It annoys me - this case doesn't!
Cons:
- Bit of a fingerprint magnet. For someone like me that likes a clean look, I have to pretty frequently wipe the case down - I know it's a clear case, so fingerprints are not as visible, but I still see them!
- Occasionally a corner of my phone slips out of the case. One example I threw my phone (lightly) onto my bed. When I picked it back up, a corner had come out of the case. The case does feel snug though, so that shouldn't be happening but it isn't the first time I've spotted it. I wouldn't want that to happen if I do actually drop my phone somewhere a case matters.
- Doesn't stick well with the set of pop sockets I have - I feel it's a requirement for large phones to make them useable. Mine doesn't seem to stick super well to this case. Could be isolated to me though.

- Arrived in good condition

- Easy to Open
-Cons
- Could use less plastic. You could get away with a paper bag or something. It's already in a box, and the case is thick plastic, I highly doubt it's getting damaged in shipping when the box didn't even have a dent - and I live in the UK, getting it shipped from America.
- It wouldn't hurt to include a free, decent glass screen protector. I see a bunch of cases doing this on Amazon. Not saying it's a requirement, would just be nice.

actually the clear case i had for my OP8 Pro wasn't anywhere near as noticeable for fingerprints, but it did have a textured back - just personal opinion! - Fair enough for the packaging though, i don't sell on amazon so i don't know their requirements Love it so far though
Hi guys, I was also asked by Jeff Lin (ArmadilloTek's co-founder) to try the brand new CaseBorn ArmadilloTek S for One+ 9 Pro.
As for me phone protection is very important (my friends call me paranoiac !) I am always very interested in cases but often disappointed.
When I unboxed it, apart that the packaging is perfect and graphically totally my taste, I was a bit disappointed because this case looks really not strong nor special at first glance. And that is the amazing point! This case is greaaaaaaaat but does not let it be seen immediately.
The material is rigid, except in the upper corner of the camera window where it is completely flexible, but being rigid it keeps a certain flexibility as you can see on the pics.
It is not that thick but it is definitely strong, and to break it you'll need to really want it. So I don't feel my phone is bigger but I feel it is protected and very pleasant to touch and to hold in my hand.
I can hold it quite better than without case or with the OnePlus case, and it won't slide off my hand as it might happen with the one+ case coming with the phone or without case.
It is totally clear and transparent and works perfectly with NFC. Not too much fingerprint smudging.
The buttons work perfectly and are totally protected.
The edges of the screen are very well protected without disturbing the touch.
So for me guys no doubt, this is THE case. I threw in the trash can the oneplus case and I think they should work together with Armadillo Tek because even if it was nice from oneplus to provide a case for free, after 3 minutes using the Amadillo's one I don't consider anymore the oneplus case as an effective protection.
Sorry guys I tried my best but I did not find any drawbacks or bad points to this product, not even it soft price ...
Just one thing more to add: Thanks and bravo Armadillo Tek for this case that make my phone and I HAPPY!
I have this case as well and the only negative I'd the gigantic logo on the back. It might not be gigantic to some but it's my opinion. I'd prefer a small, matte company logo over "Caseborne ArmadilloTek". It just seems like a lot for a case.
Other than the branding I really like the case. Provides a great grip for a slick phone and still let's you see the phone itself.
Buttons are still clicky and it has a solid lip around the display to protect it from debris if it's dropped. Has good cut outs for the USB-C port and mics around the phone
