Try flashing cfautoroot with Odin: https://autoroot.chainfire.eu/
Alternatively, you can flash twrp and flash supersu from twrp.

Hi, thanks for replying. I'll check it out now
Ok so I checked the site .... it say "press the PDA button" but I only see the AP button is that fine?
If I did install .tar.md5 thing will this wipe my data?
Thanks for ur time @audit13 appreciated really^
No, it should not wipe data but, before flashing, I recommend that everyone back up their data before flashing anything.
PDA option is present in Odin 3.07 found here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=1168421
Just saying I only need root so I can use Link2SD app and I wanted to use that Framaroot cause I can unroot easily, so please if u can to provide me a way to unroot as well. ig I should change the topic.

WOW! that's really super fast reply thanks.
After flashing with cfautoroot, boot the phone and allow supersu to update to make sure you retain root when the phone is rebooted.
To remove root, just choose full unroot from the supersu settings.

Man u r amazing thanks a bunch :fingers-crossed:
To do a full backup, flash twrp to the phone, boot into twrp, and create a full backup. Copy the backup to the computer and the phone's micro SD card to be safe.
You can then just flash supersu from twrp without using cfautoroot.
Thanks @audit13 I'll look for that now but, btw can I backed it up to the SD card directly? I don't have enough space in internal storage.
Yes, you can select the sd card as the backup location.
Twrp (tar version) can be flashed using Odin 3.07 in the pda slot: https://dl.twrp.me/t03g/
Wow @audit13 man u r really super helpful and amazing damn this site is actually amazing as always. Thanks @audit13 really appreciate the help^^.

You must flash thru recovery.
Here the installation steps, but first you must flash a custom recovery like this or other, its up to you.
Installation instructions
- Copy f4ktion_1.4.0-xxx.zip to your SDCARD
- Reboot into CWM recovery
- Choose "Install zip from sdcard"
- Select f4ktion_1.4.0-xxx.zip kernel and confirm installation.

Thank you so much So all i have to do is flash the recovery in Odin.. But since my s4 mini is rooted, do i have to install the S4Mini_RootKit_V2.zip?? i mean if I do, will it conflict with the SuperSU i have previously installed on my device? Or just overwrite it and work like a charm? Sorry I'm asking like too many questions, but since i'm new here i need some guidance
Btw, how do i know if my bootloader is unlocked? Before I buy this s4 mini i owned an Xperia go and to install a kernel i had to unlock the BL.. I don't know if the same thing applies for sammy devices, just asking:angel:

No, we have bootloader unlocked, so you don't need to unlock anything.
No, try with this recovery if you afraid to not doing some conflicts:
[i919x][CWM Advanced Edition] PhilZ Touch
Download philz_touch_6.07.9-serranoltexx.tar.md5
boot into download mode
connect phone in download mode to PC via USB
press start to flash the tar.md5 package
normally, phone should auto-reboot into recovery.
If it reboots into main system and your recovery remains stock, repeat above steps and untick "autoreboot" in odin. Once flash is done, keep pressing the 3 buttons combo to for a reboot into recovery. You should see the new CWM
when in recovery, if you choose option "reboot system now" and you get "yes - disable flash recovery", select that option to avoid stock recovery overwriting cwm

Really, i don't know for sure, BUT in my previous phone (S Advance I9070) i have some errors when i flashed different baseband deodexed.
Make a nandroid backup after you have custom recovery, and you can try it. If something going wrong, restore your backup and all will just like before.

Hi Guys!
I switched to TWRP and did not backup the original recovery. Is there any way to get the original file and install over twrp to go back to stock? I use the Tab S-10.5 LTE if that does matter?
Thanks a lot!

Easiest way is to flash cf-autroot, it will replace recovery with stock. It will also root your device. To remove root just open the Super su app and select Full unroot from the settings.
Thanks a lot!
I will try it tomorrow
Hi Guys!
I still havent solved the problem! I cant install cf Autoroot! I have no idea why. I'd like to go back to a full stock device. Please do not argue with me about it.. i just like to do so
I'd really appriciate it if someone can provide me the original recovery (or is it the bootloader that twrp is?! - I dont know...). But the original file so I can go back to stock. I really tried to search for it on the web, but i really can´
t find it.
Thanks a lot! :fingers-crossed:
What do you mean you can't flash cfautoroot? Did you use the right one for your device?
You can pull the recovery image from any stock Rom. Just flash it with twrp using the image flash option or just flash the whole Rom.
Thanks!
I will try it!
I really dont know! I defnitly used the right cf autoroot file. But when i try to flash it, odin gets stuck in "setup connection"... It's stuck there until odin stops and shows the "fail" error massage?!
I use Windows and startet odin as administrator.

Yes..Odin shows added..AND I extracted the tar file.
Really i have no idea what the problem is. I also made shure to use the right cf autoroot file...I don't know...
Since i can flash nearly everything else with success i dont think that i make a mistake
Do you have reactivation lock enabled?
I have absolutly no idea what you mean...could be a step forward

Hello I tried rooting my device using Kingo Root, well it was rooted successfully. Now, I messed up in deleting some bloatware apps from a list I saw before making a backup . Then when I click the settings>about device, it crashes. Then when I try to factory reset, the apps I uninstalled didn't came back. Please let me know what to do, I just want to make the phone the way I got it then root it.
ps: I googled and some say flash the stock room, I'm scared to flash it because I don't know the firmware version of my phone since I can't access the About device of my phone. I'm in the Philippines btw.
pps: I don't know if it might help but, I installed Kies and the fimware was the latest and it was: PDA:NC2 / PHONE:NA3 / CSC:NC2 (AFR); I don't know how to read that, no google result so far. I'm planning to download firmware from this site: //samsung-updates.com/device/?id=GT-I9082
Please help me Thank you!

Put SuperSU in your SDcard
Just Flash this recovery with Odin
Make Sure "Auto-Reboot is not ticked Because Stock Android Restores Stock Recovery
When You get "RESET" in odin
Remove the battery from the and boot to recovery directly
And then flash SuperSU

You can use Partition Backup app. Nandroid backup will backup most of the main partition, but i prefer third party app which will show some unseen partition.
As for the memory thing, i believe @Yousef Mohamed have better knowledge, he even made a flashable zip for expanding the internal memory size.

Gonna try it out thanks. I'm going to do what I learned from here to my future devices Yeah, I hope Yousef does reply.
EFS is most important "recoverable" partition
Bootloader partitions are the most important because without them you can't even boot the phone ( you can't boot to download mode , recovery mode or even the OS )
So you can't recover it
