The rom can still be stripped tho. Got some useless smartfren app. Also the googleplus, gmail, gmaps and youtube can also be remove as it can be install manually from market.

Step 1) Flash Speruser SU through CWM
Step 2) Flash the Null Kernel 20140609
Step 3) Copy the wifi_supplicant_wapi file from miniromS5 from /system/bin and paste it in Semi AOSP rom's /system/bin folder with similar permissions that of bin folder. usage of Root explorer is highly preferred.
Please Note: the file "wifi_supplicant_wapi" is available for download in facebook Nokia X Devlopment group by AngSanley.
Credits: Bayu and another guy from fb. dnt remember his name. will update later. Big Thanks to u guys

guys i can't get this rom working on my nokia xl because even if i flashed the rom and than the xl patch the back button, lockscreen and camera doesn't work.

Introduction​
This is the first ROM I build for an android device.It is based on CyanogenMod 11 and ported from Redmi 1S.
I want your help to test it because at the moment i do not have access to an S3 Neo.
I believe that There is no chance of causing a hard brick while flashing it.​
Installation instructions​
1.Make a nandroid backup first.
2.Download the ROM from the link below.
3.Download GApps.
4.Tranfer rom,gapps zip to SD card.
5. Reboot to recovery mode ( Vol UP + Home + Power ).
6. Wipe data / Factory Reset(Note: It will NOT wipe your internal storage(photos,music etc).
7. Flash MIUI zip and GApps zip.
8.Reboot.​
Wait for 15 minutes to boot up(The screen will dim before entering Setup Wizard)

I have not tested this ROM yet because i do not have access to an S3 Neo right now.You can test it using the above installation instructions.

I can't download the ROM, dropbox error 429 "This account's links are generating too much traffic and have been temporarily disabled!". How can I do?

How is weight of the zip file? if more then 1,4GB maybe see this error 7 - it's too large.
Too much apps in app and priv-app folder.
or error in script file - was copied from another rom and changed ex. add some words, ect. - give error.

this question has been answered already only countless occasions, https://t.me/motoe4woods/7178 .
if you doubt, I will say try it yourself because it seems the most devs working on woods have XT1762 and AFAIK, XT1762 files works on other Moto E4 variants too unless/except its Qualcomm.

not my question is because I have used custom ROMs of xt1762 but this ROM and the stock of xt1762 I thought there would be some conflict for stock of the 62 in the 63 only that

Moto e4 (xt1762) TWRP installation
@iykeDEOID can you explain me the procedure to install the TWRP recovery. Yesterday I messed up my whole day trying to flash TWRP but I couldn't do so today when I saw your thread it gave me hope and I think I should try again. I have the exact same model as mentioned above , also has anyone installed this recovery ? If yes then how?

Just flash it using the TWRP 3.2.2.0 and can't boot the OS. Every boot load the TWRP ? I also try with previous version of TWRP. Also can't restore a backup...it loads a TWRP again. Help please.

I managed to flash stock ROM using some flash tool.
Can you advise me which custom ROM is most stable. I try dotOS, but couldn't install gapps (maybe due to the TWRP) and then reboot to recovery and never boot system again.

Can you fix the fingerprint? This ROM would be perfect!

If you mean Unofficial twrp 3.2.3-0, no.
Because It has some bugs on this twrp version.
Ex: It can't install Oxygen Kernel v4.0

Here are some screenshots of the rom attached!
Also, I don't think any specific firmware is needed, I was on pie 061 when i flashed!
Do not try to enable automatic nightlight, it will make the device boot loop. Nightlight doesn't work anyway.
Even though the dev said flash rom and gapps together for contact sync, it did not sync for me. Only when I flashed rom, booted in and then flashed gapps, contacts was syncing.
You can change the icon shape using a third-party launcher like nova/ lawnchair. Don't worry, gesture navigation is supported.

Do not try to enable automatic nightlight, it will make the device boot loop. Nightlight doesn't work anyway.

Any suggestions to alternative of default night light until it's fixed?

Does Google pay and other banking apps work?

Wish we could get future ota of this aosp based rom I mean only security based would be best so I won't need any other custom rom

Anyone having issue flashing GApps? I tried to flash the zip attached but it doesnt work

There are some apps on the play store that u can use for nightlight.

gpay works once u hide magisk properly and use a safety net spoofer.

unable to flash Magisk... so not able to restore app from migrate backup

zip is probably corrupt, download again. if that's not the case u need to tell us what the error was.

use latest canary build, works fine, use google to find it.

I downloaded it again and tried to flash it but it said "script succeeded: result was [- Done ]
