Some Games have a very small screen resolution

Hey
I have played no games for about 2 weeks. I just wanted to play solitare and i realized that the screen resolution is very small... alle the cards are smaller than before. I tested some other games and there are also small screen resolutions
In some games there are three-quarter black and only in one corner you can see the small game...
My Desire is rooted with Leedroid 2.3e.
what could i do against it?
Thanks!
No one has an idea how to fix it?
Have you changed the lcd density in the build prop or use a app to change it?
Did you mess with any settings in spare parts?
On oxygen the lcd density is 240, I assume it's the same for leedroid. If you messed with some apps regarding this, you have to find out for yourself what setting messed it up.

Hiding the soft navigation bar, on W10M phones with only soft navbar

Hi, is it any way to do it?
It would be cool getting a little more space on the screen.
The phone I am using right now is a lumia 630, rs1
Thank You, Sznabi
Same Here 635 lumia 512 ram
soft navbar can't be hidded, this option is available just for phone with 5 inch. screens, btw somes apps seems to cut off some navbar apps buttons, so wait and stay on production ring and you'll get the fix for that, maybe this or the other week.
Screen inches? No. Resolution? Yes. 63x series have 480x854 resolution. Apps are made for 480x800 res. and 54 pixels are for navigation bar.
I was able to change resolution on th2 and when I made it 480x800 I got nav bar hiding but since it wasn't native resolution, everything became a little blurry.
On rs1 I couldn't try that even if I change those keys, resolution doesn't change. I think they added some new keys at somewhere.
OK, I found something but 8.1 apps went crazy after this and store just stopped working. Can't update apps, can't (re)install apps.
8.1 apps start crashing randomly and some of them even crash instantly. I changed values to default but it didn't fix. I'm gonna hard reset, again
How do you do this?
Well, I'm so sorry to hear that

screen resolution

Is there any way to change the resolution of the screen from Full HD to just HD to decrease battery drain?
Please test :
from PC with adb.exe
adb shell wm size 720х1520
and next command
adb shell wm density 320
To revert :
adb shell wm size 1080х2280
adb shell wm density 480

Click to collapse
Try with resolution 840x1600 and density 320, you will have a less tall screen (it hides notch)

I've tried 787x1661...it's fully functional and don't give any problem with notification bar
Hi all,
Is there a real autonomy benefit using lower screen resolution ?
I understand that it's easier/faster/less energizing to render less pixels, but I guess there should be an extra work to adapt high resolution screens to lower display.
So, can someone confirm (and maybe quantify...) the gain in batterie life using lower resolution ?
Thanks in advance :good:

Touch screen not working after Resolution change

Hello, I have a unit with 800x480 screen which I used to operate in a higher resolution set with Easy DPI. I was on Android 8 with the Hal9k mod. I upgraded to Android 9 (a stock HA rom) and rooted so Easy DPI can operate. Now I can change the resolution (1024x600 and 1280x720 both work) but the touch screen does not work after that (actually the bottom half is not working; I can only work on the upper half of the screen). Has anyone seen this before? Should I change anything else? I let the DPI to the default (240).
Thank you in advance,
A.

Wrong display size after flashing

I have a Redmi Note 6 pro and downloaded the rom from download.lineageos.org/twolip (build date) 2020-10-19.
The rom has 1080x2380 and PPI of 440. It should be 1080x2280 and PPI of 403.
If anyone sees this can you please help?
Even though this should be the correct rom it turns out the phone has the wrong screen size. The phone thinks it has a 6.3 inch screen with 1080x2340, ppi of 440 and aspect ratio of 13:6.
In reality it should be 1080x2280, 19:9 6.2 inch screen with 403 ppi.
At first I thought it is an easy fix using wm size, wm density and wm overscan to rearrange things but it isn't.
If I try to change things using wm to fix it the screen moves down. So the bottom 30px or so are beneath the useable screen and there is a missing bit at the top. I don't mind the missing bit at the top. I hate the notch anyway but my problem is the touch is off.
When touching the bottom part of the screen where the keyboard is, touches are registered around 3-5mm lower than where I actually press. I am making so many mistakes while typing now.
As stated earlier I downloaded what should be the correct rom from the site so I don't know. At this point I have set everything back up from backups which took a lot of time because I didn't realise this was the issue until it was too late. I just thought I was being especially bad at typing.
I don't want to reflash if possible. I am rooted so I can edit any file I need. Is there a way to fix this please?
Thanks.
