Boot into download mode,verify the model number, flash stock rom from sammobile.com with Odin.

1) IF you BOTH still need the help, do they go into download mode if so use odin 3.11 from windows
2) update them to the latest stock firmware on sammobile.com

Did you look at www.sammobile.com ? There you will get all stock roms for samsung devices. You need to register first and thats free.
