Bit gutted it's "not compatible" with my Galaxy tab, but thanks for the heads-up. I'll rip the apk and try it on the tab later anyways
Work very smooth on SGS2 dont got any issues
Didn't like that game at all, much worse than asphalt series or NSF.
Graphics is worse as well, grainy and blobby.
best game in ssgs2
Says incompatible and won't let me install. How are you guys doing it?
Hey Everyone,
I wanted to ask for some good game recommendations you have for this phone. I don't play games too often on my phone, but sometimes I like to indulge.
If you have any favorites please share and describe. Although tame, I enjoy Andoku Sudoku 2, haha. I'd love to find a free (not currently rooted), turn based RPG style that is worthwhile as well.
Thanks in advance!
Dead Trigger.
Blood and Gory
Dead trigger and Asphalt 7

Setup some good emulators, download a ton of roms and iso's... Bluetooth sync a ps3 sixaxis controller to use wirelessly then watch your friends drool as you play all the old classics like Zelda, chronotrigger, street fighter, mortal kombat, super Mario's, castlevanias...then laugh maniacally as you hook up the mhl hdmi adapter to your 32 inch tv and play them on the big screen lol..

Air Penguin is cute, but fun.
If you like the old school gaming systems, Robert Broglia makes some fantastic emulators. Click here and his SNES one is free from his site here
Dead trigger tegra version. Need for speed hot pursuit. Nba jams. Modern combat 3. Resident evil 4 it's not in English but still fun.

Dungeon Defenders doesn't work with the GS3 either. It's not even on the Play Store at all anymore.

It's there. Although, yes, it does seem to not work with the S3. It goes on the splash screen then crashes.
And there seems to be no plans for them to update it anytime soon. Shame too. I was excited to finally play this on a better phone than my Epic 4G.

Thanks so much for the recommendations. I'll start to look into these. If you all can also label what's free versus paid going forward that'd be great as well.
It sucks that Jetpack Joyride is iOS only atm...
There's a clone called "Run Run Bear" in the Android App Store I think... I hear it isn't the same though
I seen NBA jam and dead space listed here and I'm not able to get either of them to work. I have paid for both so if someone could point in the direction of how to get them to work it would be appreciated.
Oh and I'm running the latest cm10 if that matters
i'm now planning to buy a new phone i'm confused between galaxy nexus/galaxy s2/galaxy s3 mini
right now i'm using galaxy s plus
i will be playing games like amazing spiderman, dark knight, real racing 3 etc
please help me will this nexus run all this games nicely because my first preference is this phone
Well i'm thinking to buy a Galaxy Note 8 but can someone tell me how good is the compatibility with games? like Order and Chaos online, Need for Speed Most wanted, Asphalt 7 and hope 8 too etc... can someone tell me please? thanks!
if you've played with a note 2, you will get basically the same results here. just about plays every game you throw at it without a hitch
Hi. I recently bought a Galaxy Nexus off of Ebay, because my old phone broke. It was only $50, and I saw it as a great deal.
I'm curious about how it will be able to handle today's games, specifically:
-Dead Trigger 2
-Asphalt 8: Airborne
-Modern Combat 4 or 5
-Call of Duty Black Ops Zombies
-Riptide GP2
-Grand Theft Auto San Andreas
-Mortal Kombat X
If you have any first-hand experiences or predictions on how smooth the games will run, please post them below. Thanks

San Andreas and dead trigger 2 run, not perfectly but good enough. That is all I got to try on mine.

Real Racing 3 running really nice and smooth on latest stable CM9 with cmplus kernel, and overclocked to 1420ghz runs even better, and dont heat up like CM11.
On CM11 , Real Racing 3 runs very laggy!
From that game list I tried Modern Combat 4 and 5 and Riptide GP 2. Modern Combat 4 runs at a decent framerate with occasionally hiccups but rarely and Riptide GP 2 runs smooth. I tried Modern Combat 5 but the graphics where somehow downgraded ans it looked a bit awful. It was running pretty good with hiccups for a bit and laggy in intensive scenes. Im running Lollipop 5.1 overclocked at 1.5Ghz but sometimes it overheats around the camera. Might be the software too but not sure. I think GNex is a great device even though its pretty old
