Many problems started in my Canvas a1 phone after I updated it to Android marshmallow. The phone started lagging a lot, one of the most annoying problems was it was not getting switched on after I rebooted it, and only got on after trying for many times, it happened many times but one day it was not getting on in anyway after trying for many times. So I took it to Micromax service centre and they said "if I will be successful in installing a software then it's okay otherwise the phone is no more as it is two yrs old" and unfortunately they were unsuccessful. So, can anything be done to it to bring it to life? Please help!!
First of all. There was absolutely no need for you to take your phone to the service centre. Don't go to service centre unless it's a hardware related problem.
As for the fix- flash using sp flash tools. There must be a thread about this in canvas a1 section.

Hi Everyone! I have a very annoying problem with Reboots.
I have Xperia ZL 6506, Bought a week ago.
I have Jelly Bean 4.2.2 (with latest firmware) - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2459497
. But it makes no difference, because I tried 4.3. too and it didn't make any difference.
Tried Full Wipe! Tried ,422 and 2.67 firmware versions.
I had an Xperia arc S, and it went well with that, so I tried to install Custom Rom on Xperia ZL too.
Made my phone Root.
I tried everything, till I flashed the ROM and it gave me Random reboots.
Now I am on Stock Firmware, ROOTED, Bootloader Locked and having Random reboots (with no link to why it happens).
Wi-fi isn't guilty, because it happens with on and off Wi-fi Too.
One more, I tried repairing it with Sony PC studio, but it gives me "Sony Update Engine Failure (Error 1601). "
Please help me. I am sitting about 7hours and have found no solutions for me! I have an SD Card 16 GB (Came with the phone) - Tried to format it many times and nothing changed maybe Internal card is the problem?

Many have had this problem with the ZL and mine also to have this problem...the problem maybe lies with the internal battery...you need to send to Sony service center for replacement...cause nothing in this forum can solve that issue...just if you brave enough, you could change the internal battery yourselves to test if that's the problem...

Thanks for the reply. I sended my problem to them. Waiting for response.
They changed you're battery? I bought that phone from Ebay.
Is there some tips while they answer?
i rooted my phone ( micromax canvas 4) with framaroot.apk app ( i downloaded from xda).
after that i wanted to change my phone's fonts so i installed "ifont" app from play store. n when i was changing font, it asked to reboot which i granted by pressing ok....n after doing that my phone starts n only shows canvas 4 name ...it doesnt proceed....only that name...n nothing happens on it. i tried many times by removing battery n start it again but all failed.
now i m so tense that i got this phone with many difficulties ( financial problems) n it shows nothing except that name ( canvas 4)..please help me. i'll be so thankful to you.
thank you.
Hello,
I have an I9195 S4 mini that's relatively new, about 3-4 months, but the problem has been there from the beginning. I have sent it to repairs under warranty 3 times now but nothing's changed, so I decided it was time I took the things into my own hands.
The phone reboots while using WhatsApp. I have tried uninstalling all the other apps and nothing changed. So, only when using WhatsApp it restarts, but that's a huge problem for me since i want to use WhatsApp regularly, all day long sometimes.
What's there to do? Flashing a custom ROM?
Thanks in advance.

Well, if u still have warranty on it, you should go there and explain them very well what is happening, that their service did nothing to help you, and that you want this problem solved, you should be taking advantage of your warranty, if it does reboot on a stock rom, then the rom isn't the problem, anyway, if you really want to flash something , try flashing a newer version(if it is available in your country) trought Samsung KIES, you can get the firmware from sammobile.com
The warranty won't help sadly. I've tried it but they can't help. I'd rather have something done myself than them keeping the phone for 20 days and doing nothing.
The version on the phone is xxucnj6. I've found the same one on sammobile, it says it's Russian Black addition 4.4.2.
Do you have any suggestions to what else I should flash ( there's no new updates for S4 mini).
Thanks.
Hello everyone,
I am new to all this stuff. I got a replaced htc one m8 from htc. It worked fine for 7 months and after that i got an official update of marshmallow. I have updated my phone to Marshmallow, it worked fine for 7 days. Suddenly I started getting a error message like com.android.systemui had stopped working unexpectedly. So I just rushed to service center and gave my phone there. He tried to flash the rom and immediately called me and said that your phone is rooted since there was S-off sign showing in your device. Then when they tried to install os, it was not successfull and it was restarting again and again on its own. Then he confirmed me that its motherboard issue and we cannot do anything.
My Question is whether this problem be solved by rooting and all that stuff or just throw my phone? If we can do anything then wat is the procedure? What is flashing? Will that solve?
Please help me to solve this problem
Hello everyone.
A few days ago i was just normally using my Xperia Z5 Premium then all of a sudden my phone started lagging. No button was responding, screen became totally unresponsive as well. I had to hard shutdown the phone and restart it. It worked but then after about an hour it started to happen again. I just flashed the latest 32.4.a.1.54 firmware (clean install) and started all over again. It worked for a day or two and then back to the same ****ty lag. I am unable to figure out what exactly is the problem. At first i thought that maybe the ta_po+Magisk 14.5 is causing the problem. To clear the doubt i tried to use old drm fix from tobias's tool but it is also happening after it. I have flashed my phone over 10 times to solve the issue by trying to know if a magisk module is causing the problem or not but nothing. I cannot find any error in magisk log nor did this happen on installing any thing. It all started out of nowhere and now i'm pissed. Please someone help me troubleshoot this issue.
I am using stock rom stock kernel for modifications and not the available custom kernels or roms.
P.S: while doing all that drm + root thing i have always followed the exact instructions in doing so. My method worked well with the past firmwares. It also worked with this latest S.H.I.T but now it's bothering me. I have tried searching the web and tried using the available solutions (So called Movie Creator app problem and Blah Blah Blah) but S.H.I.T happended.....:crying::crying::crying:
