U. S. Moto g 4 plus in Spain - Moto G4 Plus Themes, Apps, and Mods

Hi! I am traveling to the USA and was thinking of buying a moto g 4 plus on Amazon while I am there... My question is if I will be able to get 4g network here in Spain... I am using Jazztel network. Also any reason not to do this and buy it in Amazon Spain? Thanks

Can someone please confirm: is the GN sold in Europe pentaband or triband UMTS?
Different sites say different things...
Sent from my GT-I9000 using XDA App
GSM: 850, 900, 1800, 1900 MHz
UMTS: 850, 900, 1700/2100, 1900, 2100 MHz (that's pentaband)
HSDPA+ (4G) 21.1 Mbit/s
http://www.phonearena.com/phones/Samsung-GALAXY-Nexus_id5595
I've seen the gsmarena site info. But on amazon.de and German wikipedia it says umts 900/1900/2100...
That's why I if anybody who already has the phone can tell which info is right...

The GNEX will universally work on 3G anywhere in the world.
No more "I9020A vs. I9020T vs. I9023" jazz.
It's about time.

If The LTE Bands of the Note II are the 4 and 17 works with AT&T
As for us Canadians, the international willl use the 2600mhz. If so, then that's possible (with possible limited coverage and building penetration) for Canadian users.
I'm waiting to see how this goes. I can't get a Note II that can't do LTE.
The International version works on the LTE 700 MHz Class 17 / 2100 bands.
It needs 800, 900, 1800 and 2600mhz for Europe. Unless it has those, it won't work.

Does AT&T require both 4 and 17 or something?
Or what's up with this article:

Cool this its my carrier LTE xDD
Damn, I need 2600mhz for LTE maybe next year there's gonna be a phone with LTE for me too.
Woww. If that's the case then what makes the AT&T version different then the international version? (besides the bloatware)
I could have been wrong. GSMArena is the only one with any specs up and it has the International Note with those frequencies. However, they could be wrong.

Hi My galaxy note 2 work in Poland without problems.

Lg optimus g international version?

hey guys was wondering if their is a international version of this phone? i know there is a korean version but i heard the korean version doesnt have the radio frequencies to pick h+ or 3g here in USA att or tmo.. i think i read it on engadget
The E973 is pentaband and will pickup almost all 3G frequencies anywhere, including the USA. The problem is not with 3G, but rather LTE.
Sent from my LG-E973 using xda app-developers app
Ok thanks. I've been wanting to get this phone but wasnt sure and don't want to get the USA version... so u think the best bet for me is that one?
Sent from my MI 2 using Tapatalk 2
Yeah you should be fine for 3G pretty much everywhere, the E973 supports these frequencies:
3G Network UMTS/HSPA 850 / 900 / 1800/ 1900/ 2100
4G Network AWS 700 / 1700
For a full list of frequencies world wide with all the carriers: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mobile_country_code

Optimus G Pro versions

Anyone know what the key differences between the models E985, E980, L-04E and F240 are?
Or is it just the freq bands but everything else is the same? In that case I would get the E980 if I want to use it on Telus in Canada?
Looks like: F240 is the international (Korean) version, E985 is for India, and E980 is AT+T (US).
No TV in AT+T version is the main difference afaik.

Thanks, yeah that makes sense. So I'd go for the AT&T version for Telus.

Which version would you say is suitable for Europe? F240? I want it to work with 1800mhz LTE.

I found this about the supported bands depend on the versions;
2G Network GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 - all versions
3G Network HSDPA 900 / 2100 - E985
HSDPA 850 / 1900 / 2100 - for AT&T
4G Network
LTE LTE 700 MHz Class 17 / 1700 / 2100 - for AT&T
http://www.gsmarena.com/lg_optimus_g_pro-5254.php
So looks like any of the versions will support 1800MHZ, not sure if that's LTE? Look up your carrier and see what their bands are.

According to wiki, the Koreans have 1800 MHz LTE .
http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_LTE_networks
Here's the only reference to L-04E I could find, for NTT Docomo. Looks like a different phone, with different display, processor, etc. What's up with that?
http://www.theverge.com/products/optimus-g-pro-l-04e/6787
Also, F240 has sub variants... F240S, F240K and F240L
http://japphone4sg.blogspot.com/2013/04/docomo-l-04e-korean-f240-lg-optimus-g.html?m=1
I guess S, K and L are the three Korean carriers, so only the radio is different.

New T-Mobile bands supported?

Does anyone know if the T-Mobile version will support the new 700mhz band?
Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk
Everything I've read is that it supports Band 17 of the 700mhz & Tmobile has Band 12 of the 700mhz spectrum. There's speculation that a software update could provide support down the road, but that's not a guarantee.
