An issue with the s-pen pointer's location in landscape mode - Galaxy Note 3 Neo Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I'm facing a truly irritating issue with my s-pen since I installed the latest CM12.1 ROM.
The s-pen works completely fine in portrait mode as in the following picture

"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
When the phone turns into landscape mode the s-pen shows a different touch location than the original one as in the following picture
I tested my sensors and they were all working well, I tried to discover what was happening I figured out that the s-pen when I move it horizontally, it moves vertically and when I move it vertically it moves horizontally (i.e. the screen turns but the s-pen touch doesn't turn accordingly), thus it moves only in the left half of the screen as in this photo
Can anyone help me solve this issue?! it's so irritating and I can't figure out what's wrong with the settings.
Note: I tried many Tuneup applications, but it didn't work. Is there anything I can edit manually or change?!
I would really appreciate any help

Call screen in landscape mode

When I've got my phone on the dock everything is properly landscape until I take a call and then the call screen goes back to portrait so everything is stuck on it's side until I hang up. Thought it was just Sony's oversight not producing a landscape call screen and have seen a post in the Galaxy S2 forum that has the same problem and an amended phone app was produced to get over this.
However, when I was using the gamepad today and answered a call without sliding it away, the call screen was properly landscape along with everything else so it does actually exist in the software already.
Anyone any bright ideas how it can be persuaded to work on the dock too? Many thanks for any suggestions.
Here's the proper landscape view with the pad open...

[APP][ROOT]Keyboard Manager, use different keyboards for landscape and portrait.

I thought I'd share this brilliant little app, yesterday I was searching around for a way to load two keyboards, I web browse in fullscreen and there is no way to change keyboard on-the-fly which was annoying me immensely as Swype is crap in landscape.
I stumbled upon this little app called Keyboard Manager designed by ne0fhyk it automatically changes from one keyboard to another as your phone auto-rotates from portrait to landscape.
I now use Swype in portrait and Thumb Keyboard for landscape, it requires root and is a simple interface that requires you to enable the app, then to choose from any combination of installed keyboards to use in landscape or portrait. You can set it to start on boot and even have a persistent notification icon.
I hope this is as much use to some of you guys as it is for me.

Clock disappearing and physical buttons unresponsive

I recently started noticing my Tab S 8.4 was dropping the clock from the status bar, leaving a much smaller empty space. Whenever the clock disappears, my Home, Back, and Recent Apps buttons also disappear.

In order to rid myself of the problem, I went as far as to reset my tablet and then format my SD card (twice; first I formatted it on my desktop and again upon reinserting it into my tablet). But the problem hasn't gone away.

Wow. The problem was due to a magnet. A magnet on the back of my case.
I guess this means the case that's awesome when I need a keyboard also kinda sucks when I want to use the tablet without the keyboard, since there's no way to fold it where the tablet still works properly. Bummer for me.

Weird wallpaper behavior

I'm using CM12, but I guess this is relevant for lollipop as a whole.
Here's a weird thing that I noticed.
I tried to set a wall paper like this :

"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
But when I applied it, it appeared like this :
I got that problem with other pics too.
What is going on here ?

Depending on the launcher/number of home screens wallpapers can be stretched to accommodate two/three home screens for example. When using a wallpaper which has a "single-screen" resolution, like 1440x2560, it will be zoomed in to cover two or three home screens.
What you can do is use a 2880x2560 for testing purposes. If this wallpaper shows correctly (not zoomed in vertically but able to scroll horizontally) the above assumption is correct

touch screen (digitizer) troubleshoot, help please

heeyy everybody
I don't know if I am posting in the right place or not please don't mind if I am mistaken
recently I changed my Asus Fonepad 7 (FE-170CG) touch screen and display screen by myself, after changing, lower one third part of the screen is not stable when I want to touch (this place is always for on screen keyboard and it does not function properly in consequence), I did reset factory and searched a lot for this issue but neither of them worked unfortunately, I turned on developer mode and turned on pointer on screen so I could show you about this issue in attached photos, it seems some vertical (Y) elements are not working properly
if anybody knows about it please let me know
many thanks all
