I need to change my Start button to open another start menu app that I have. And how stupid is it that the IE button only opens up one web page instead of just the app? :x
Hi all,
Somehow after a hard reset and installing all my fav apps and tweaks I cannot re-arrange the TF3D tabs anymore.
Normally I would go to settings > re-arrange tabs (don't know the exact phrase in English as my TP2 is Dutch) and I could move the tabs order up/down and deselect tabs. Now it just shows a blank screen.
AFAIK the link to this screen just launches a separate executable, so I would like to know where it is located so I can launch it separately through Explorer.

OK, so I managed to add a separate launcher to the start menu for this page. But still I get the same page as the picture above.... so this must be some kind of background color issue perhaps?
I would really hate to hard reset my TP2 again as I have just about everything the way I like it.....
If anoyone knows which files are responsible for this page could someone post these filenames and perhaps upload the default stock ROM files?

Every time I select the internet on my HTX one X it automatically goes to another website. I have to keep selecting the home page from the menu.
How do I make it start on the home page I have set (Google) ?

Help - cannot move app icons or create folders on Home Screen.
I have had my Tab S 10.5 for 2 weeks now and realised that I cannot seem to move icons on the home screen or create folders on the home screen. When I hold-drag an icon on the home screen it says 'Tap Edit to rearrange widgets, shortcuts, or create folders' but I cannot find where the menu is for Edit etc. When I hold-drag on an empty part of the home screen I get the home screen highlighted with Wallpapers and Widgests at the bottom.
I can create folders in the app list and move to the home screen but get the same message when I hold-drag an icon to move into the folder.
Please can someone help me with this?

out of curiosity have you checked for software updates under the About tab un General? i unboxed mine and there were 3 updates waiting and said addresses issues and maybe this is one of them?
i can not replicate your problem and if it were me i would reset it

Yes I have checked for updates and it's up to date, I tried resetting it last night but still get the same issue.

well without spending time with ODIN and flashing things maybe you should return it for a replacement? is that easy for you to do?

Yes I will be returning it this week to the JB Hifi I purchased it from. I will make sure I test for this issue before installing any updates.
Issue Resolved!
I have just found out how to create folders for the Home Screen and rearrange app icons on the Home Screen.
I was searching videos on YouTube and came across video tutorials for the S5 which helped me, to create folders you go to the apps screen then hold down an icon and drag it to the top left where 'create folder' should be and let go, then a folder will appear which you can name and after you save it the folder appears on the Home Screen, before you save you can also press on a + symbolto add more apps to the new folder.
To rearrange icons I don't know how I missed this, press the Home button to make sure you are on the Home Screen, then down the bottom right corner next to the Apps icon there is a pencil icon for Edit Page from here you can move app icons around and into existing folders.
I contacted Samsung live chat twice about this issue and they did not know how to resolve it and I was about to take my Tabs S back for a replacement!

This is my first app for any platform.
This simple app will help you to read any pdf book page by page. It remembers the page when you leave the app, and opens the same page whenever you re-open the app. It also includes a bookmark for lines, which will help you in remember the line to continue reading from, whenever you open the app.
Tutorial:-
- swipe down or press down arrow key (in pc), to open a menu with options like opening a new book, changing app background, setting page rendering quality.
- swipe up or press up arrow key (in pc), to open a menu with information and options for the current page.
- swipe right and left or press right or left arrow key to go to next or previous page.
- click on the right edge of the screen to set bookmark for line.
This app is tested on windows 10 desktop and windows 10 mobile.
