Pixel Launcher is possibly the best launcher for this phone at the moment. It may not have the configurability of Nova, but it's a perfect fit for the phone.

The software and skin is very nice. For once, you get a very stock android experience while adding some extra features. One very nice feature is if you go all the way to the left of your home screen, you will get a news feed that you can personalize.
