hello guys,Its Yash Manwani and Im back with google pixel ui for grand prime (only for LOS 13 and LOS 14 OR LOS 14.1 users )
only few changes are made....
LOS 13 OR 6.0 ONLY SUPPORTED TILL V1.O (MARSHMALLOW USERS)
will not get google assistant and have to flash xposed module and then Android N-ify...
LOS 14 OR LOS 14.1 OR 7.1.1 (NOUGAT USERS)
will get Google Assistant only if they flash google assistant build.prop zip after flashing MY zip
(you can get it from FAQ of the threads of LOS 14 and LOS 14.1)

Just install it AND
if your Incall UI doesn't works THEN
JUST Go to Settings>Apps>Then click the settings icon>Default Apps>Then click Phone>Set another Phone app as Default
YOUR PROBLEM IS NOW SOLVED....!!!!!

yes, this will enable google assistant on cm14 devices only
u have to edit ur build.prop something like this
ro.opa.eligible_device=true
ro.product.model=Pixel XL
and then flash my zip if it doesn't work then clear data and cache of google app

I am on cm13 and xposed method was working fine but in this method i have to downgrade Google app and stick on that version if Google app updates it will not work

I flash all the zips and change the build prop and I still can't get the assistant working I just got the reguler Google now

It's ok, I just reflash Gapps that include Face Unlock (All the Open Gapps packages do except Pico, unless you manually deselected it.)

Try on next update it might be a bug in it.

This works with xiaomi.eu 9.5.3 stable?

In Lineage OS:
Settings -> Security -> Smart Lock -> Face Unlock

Can I flash this zip using flashify apk without using custom recovery?
Edit: working fine on mi max hydrogen miui 9. 8.1.4 beta . Its a bit inaccurate but it works

is a bit slower for mi max prime but something is better than nothing

Codename for the device.

I'm on. Miui 10 developer rom 27th update on vince. I have flashed region fix with twrp treble, eventhough default region appears China, I have to manually select India after each reboot. Any solution?

I've done the installation through orange fox and that issue didn't persisted anymore so, you could try that too.

redmi note 5 china (redmi note 5 pro global) has the codename 'whyred'.

Just got this phone after some years off android and I find myself being confused by so many terms. Would love to start flashing roms like I did 5yrs ago.

you can use xiaomi tool kit (search on google) to flash any custom recovery. then flash a good rom (currently miui 10 is best for me.) flash magisk if you want root stuffs or go with flashing lazy flasher after miui rom. reboot, done!

Need some advices from you. I am interested in installing Custom Rom on my Redmi 5 Plus. The one I am referring to is Android P Vince (already got hold of the step by step instructions). My concerns :-
1. Waiting to unlock my bootloader in the next few days (Redmi 5 Plus) with root too and to install Red Wolf Recovery (fastboot to install the standard twrp). The default is OrangeFox-R6-Beta-vince.zip recovery
2. From standard twrp to flash Red Wolf Recovery instead of OrangeFox recovery. Can I do that?
3. Going to install Android P Vince custom rom in Redmi 5 Plus (serial of steps instruction from the devs). Done and reboot as my daily driver.
4. Can this Red Wolf Recovery be used like normal twrp recovery for other custom rom or backup and/or restore not only Redmi 5 Plus?
5. Through fastboot I can also install Red Wolf Recovery, right! Do I have to rename the file like recover.img rather the actual name RedWolf-Unofficial-vince-2.img? Another method to install recovery.

orange Fox is a custom recovery based on twrp and with some features added, here´s the link https://forum.xda-developers.com/re.../official-orangefox-recovery-project-t3807479

Thanks. Everything settled. Rooted + twrp + Google Camera + MIUI 10 Bloatware removed + Lean Launcher with Double Tap to Sleep.
Any substratum theme to change the 4 Row Quick Toggle to 5 or 6?

I've installed MIUI 10 via updater app today, following a factory reset from MIUI 9.6.4. I didn't use fastboot method bcs I'm just lazy lol.
Today i tried installing Sony Music App apk which I had on my previous MIUI.
After finished installing, the screen says "App not installed"
Any idea how to work around this? The install permission setting of unknown sources is confusing as you need to allow each app you would like to open apk from. And no, this is not because screen filter app which restricts you from pressing the install button, I don't use such app and i get to press the install button.
Then i tried enabling it from all my file explorer app, even manually enabling the PackageInstaller system app to install from unknown sources. The problem persisted so i try downloading other apk from another mirror site, and nothing is working.
I'm currently on the 8.8 update of MIUI 10.
Help appreciated.

someone port the super wallpaper in xda, just search, install the apk yourself.
the official super wallpaper in miui 12 is for specific devices only, redmi note 8 pro is not one of them.
therefore, you will not get the super wallpaper by updating to miui 12.

Super wallpapers are available on MIUI since MIUI 20.7.16 Chinesse Beta. You should wait for update.

It has been stated on the official site. It's basically only devices with amoled are getting super wallpapers.
P.S. using the Google theme app could break your camera orientation.you'll know when it happens.

Use the GetApps app to get latest themes and wallpaper app. Saturn will be there then. The original mars and earth ones and some others are available on XDA. Then the official ones will be updated
properly and you can use Google Wallpaper to apply them. You must have a live wallpaper from the regular app first though.

You mean the Android 9 Pie / 10 Recents.
I think it's not available in MIUI. I you want, you can switch to Custom ROM. Many are stable.
