Double Tap Screen On/Off

Hi, in your opinion which is the best app Double Tap Screen On/Off for our swift!? I had an lg phone with this features comfortable for me.

Double tap to wake

Hello,
Double tap to wake is enabled in motion gestures but it's not working for me.
I'm on Viper 10 3.2.0
with elementalx 0.22
and pnp and thermals tweaks
Can someone help me please ?

Try changing the lock screen to HTC lockscreen. As I read in that rom thread that it only works for that lockscreen. I dont know if they meant for that lock screen on stock rom or viper. Report back and let us know!

It only works on the stock HTC lock screen. And only when the phone is landscape

That's strange, I already use the HTC Lockscreen. When I wake up the phone using the power button and see the lockscreen, double tap let me put it in sleep mode.
Double tap to sleep is working but not Double tap to Wake...

Recalibrate gravity sensor. That might help. Also you need to be holding the phone in portrait mode for it to work. It also generally needs a bit more forceful tap to wake.

I agree that the tap has to be a little more forceful than what you would regularly do. My phone is completely stock and it works to wake or sleep while it is laying in the table ir I have it in my hands. I don't have to hold it any special way for it to work.

Don't you have to use the pull motion to activate the double tap to wake.
Eg: pick up phone, double tap, screen comes on.

Hi Mew,
I'm having the same issue with my brand new HTC 10 that just came in today. Or the opposite? I can Double Tap to Wake but not Sleep.
Why does DT to Sleep ONLY work on the lockscreen? Did you ever get this figured out??

Lol, I didn't know it had that feature, but now it explains a lot of accidental wakeups on my part. I miss capacitive buttons and a home button fingerprint scanner combo. Though I do like that they do allow you to hide the onscreen buttons and activate them with a gesture. I'm just waiting for this to get rooted.

Double tap to wake up not working

Samsung Galaxy M30 double tap to wake up/off screen not working . Motion and gestures double tap to wake up is enabled

Try a hard reboot and clear system cache.
Any new apps added?
