how add dolby atimos for 7.1 on n7100?

hi bro, any one help me install dolby audio for my note 2 n7100 noigat 7.1?
i use nuclear rom

Best Sound Mod For K5 Plus

After flashing lineage os the sound of phone is decreased in compassion to stock rom dolby atmos. So guys do u know any sound mod which works in k5 plus. I tried to flash dolby atmos from collective mods post but doesnt worked for me.

Dolby Atmos working mod for Mi6?

Anyone managed to install and make it work?

You install in magisk manager but its dolby atmos only for nougat :/

frontal flash does not work with custom rom

I am currently using crDroid rom ([ROM] ** UNOFFICIAL | MONTANA | G5S | 9.0.0 | CrDroid Android 5.1 | ARM64 **)
But unfortunately I'm having bad luck, all the custom versions I get, none works the front flash
i alredy try
Resurrection Remix, ViperOS, Pixel Experience
I read somewhere to change the /system/build.prop, but no success.
Could someone help me fix it?
unfortunately the video recording also does not work, and I already tried Google Camera Port with HDR+ (arm64)

Disable HAL3 and use Footej for Video recording, It will work, and front flash fix is still not available

Camcorder is working out of the box on lineage (latest version as of march 15) though picture is bit dark using its camera app (all others i've tried are working just fine).
I am still waiting for a front flash fix, too
