The problem is, i dont have Wifi, everytime an error occurs (Failed to load drivers). With SunShine i need a working internet connection, which i dont have. And at the Android 5 Stock ROM i dont even have Mobile internet.

Hboot 3.18
i believe your wifi issue is because you have an outdated firmware ( kitkat ) i think
so you need to flash the latest firmware ( marshmallow ) then flash the latest twrp ( 3.0.2-0 ) and flash your rom or restore stock backup ( 6.12.114.4 )
then you can achieve s-off ( if you need it for something else )
Here is the links
signed firmware 6.12.114.4
https://mega.nz/#!7YxCib7b!DqW43XSROE7ZlpTykZP8mItSe8MyrFCI969TVtkpeIs
stock backup 6.12.114.4

stock recovery in case you need it 6.12.114.4

and all the thanks goes to @ckpv5 for his awesome thread all you need is there and the links i grabbed it from there

Yep, was thinking bout that too, looked at my gfs firmware and hboot and saw that she had 3.19hboot und 1.29 Firmware. So updated the firmware and it worked!
Thank you

Why are you using a 3.28 if you're still on 2.xx
Restore the correct ROM then you won't have Radio Firmware issues.
I think you need to have stock recovery img to revert to stock ROM as stated in this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2744194
how do you know?

But how can you tell he's on version 2.xx - sorry for my ignorance of this - I'm in a similar boat, and it's not clear to me how to work out what's the correct stock rom to use?

Hboot version 3.16 was for 1.12.xxx.x and 1.54.xxx.x, hboot 3.18 was for android 4.4.3 i.e version 2.22.xxx.x and hboot 3.19 is for latest android 4.4.4 version 3.28.xxx.x going by international version numbers. Other carriers will be in similiar range, 2.23.502.3 for AT&T for example.
So I'm trying to upgrade my phone to the new 4.4.4 firmware so that I can flash the new venom rom 3.x (currently on Paranoid Android Beta 4) but whenever I use fastboot getvar all, the main version is missing as shown below. So I have no clue which stock backup to flash (found in http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2701376). I tried flashing 1.54.401.5 based on my CID and boot but TWRP gives me an error every time I flash. Would appreciate some help in regards to which stock backup to flash.

Nvm, misread what you said. I don't know how to fix it, sorry.
Try one of the 1.12 backups too. 3.16 HBoot was for either the 1.12 or the 1.54 both fell in that HBoot. What error does TWRP give you? It doesn't help you saying it gives an error but you don't say what the error is, how do you expect us to help you then? Should we get out our glass ball and look for the answer in there?
After I Unlocked my Bootloader and obtained the root access, I recently S-Offd my M8 (By using Sunshine), and today I finally get the "SuperCid" as you can see in the following strings:

My question is: Is it possible to Downgrade my Marshmallow Rom (Original with Sense7) to an Older version [HTC_M8_UL_K44_SENSE60_SECURITY_HTC_Europe_1.12.401.17_Radio_1.14.2133156.UA24G_20.18h.4096.03L_release_356030_signed] (in my opinion if older it is better!), I tried to flash the 4.4 KK, but both with Ruu.exe and Ruu.zip gave me many errors (Error 41 when .zip and The process is stopped at step 0/7 when .exe), can someone suggest me something please? :'(
P.S.: Sorry because I'm a Noob and not so good at English...
Thanks in Advance Guys!!!
"Older is better" is not really a reason. Missing numerous critical security updates, performance improvement, and a lot of other reasons would say you are incorrect with that statement. Unless you have a very specific reason to install a 2-year old OS version, its most likely a bad idea.
Error 41 is wrong MID. My guess is you got that error flashing an RUU different from the one you stated.
In any case, you need to flash the matching (KK) firmware before you can downgrade by RUU from anything before MM (that goes for LP as well).
So, I got an HTC One M8 of a friend of mine. I tried to repair the phone as it was in a bootloop. However, even after installing several different roms it wouldn't start. I noticed another strange thing; Whenever I want to go from the bootloader to recovery, it takes absolutely ages (read: 10-15 minutes) to actually get to this. I tried it with a custom recovery as well as the stock recovery. This makes me think it has something to do with the CPU?
So far I've tried different ROMs, a nandroid backup, updating my firmware and (unsuccesfully) finding a RUU file for my HTC M8. I have included the getvar information for further possible details:
Code:
(bootloader) version: 0.5

I posted the getvar in another thread in which other people also posted theirs, so I accidentally copied someone else's info!
And I was afraid of that as I have been looking for it as well... Is there maybe a generic RUU file that works for most m8 devices?

no every device variant have it's own RUU ( available or not )
your best solution ( i'm afraid it's the only ) is to restore a stock backup then flash the signed firmware
all you need in this thread at the first 5 posts

yea, just tried this again, didn't work, was stuck again on the o1ne screen after the vodafone logo. after installing a custom rom (android revolution HD 53.1) it was also stuck on the same screen. the last time it was stuck on this screen, it didn't get any further after a full 8+ hours of waiting. I waited for an hour on both flashings, but nothing at all...
Thanks for assisting me so far anyway
bump!
I really would want to use this phone...
htc one m8 rooted and s off also super cid but cant install custom rom always back to boot menu. cant load rom please help try different rom but always getting same error. please help me.
If this is your device details - https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=72464696&postcount=1
Your device is not regular M8 but M8 EYE. There is no custom ROM that work on it (AFAIK) .. so get back to stock to have a working phone.
You should ask in the same thread in Q&A when you have questions, not here in General section
I have the same issue. I can install the custom ROM but I can't make the WiFi work.

How can it be same issue ? His problem cannot install custom ROM but you can.
Your problem is outdated firmware. You updated only hboot but not the firmware.
Download and install FW_MMSD_6.12.1540.4_DevEd.zip from here - https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=64471713&postcount=10519
This will fix your wifi problem
Thanks ckpv5!
I've also download another Firmware but forgot to follow instructions.
I got the following error:
"FAILED (remote: 90 hboot pre-update! please flush image again immediately)"
So I run it again and in the second time it completed the whole process.
Thank you!!!
