Speech to text, but how?

Ok, there are roms that includes files for several languages for text -> speech , but non are my native language.
What files are needed and how to install (just copy with root explorer?) and are there even such files for my language (Finnish) ?
Any help is appreciated.
If this can be solved, I think there are people needing same for their language.
BTW. I need files for ICS 4.0.4

Are there any ROM/patch/mod or app that enables specific language speech to text ability ?
Or can some ROM developer add more languages to speech to text support to the ROM that he/she is developing ?

How to add language & keyboard to custom firmware

Hi guys, currently i m using the Elite v4 rom. i have tried the Thailand firmware but it has alot of unnecessary files like wallpapers, ringtones, alert tones, games & etc... Can anyone post a tutorial on how to add the Chinese_Simplified language & keyboard to this Elite v4 rom? Thanks you so much in advance.....

Hi guys, can flash a CSC file with the chinese language & keyboard to Elite v4 rom just to get the language & keyboard i need? Hope someone can help me on this thanks.

I don't think it will work since the CSC version might be different and not compatible. If you want Chinese you need to modify the firmware and add Chinese in it.

language and modem Q

hi guys
i have 2 questions:
1. is it possible to add hebrew language to the i747 model? i know ICS includes hebrew but i can't find it.
2.can i use a modem from the international model (i9300) on my AT&T sgs3?

As for the Modem, I wouldn't try it, The I9300 has different hardware then the I747, so the modem hardware is not the same i figure.
for the Language, that i'm not sure about that one.

Just if you have S3 AT&T download please "MoreLocale2" from Market. It should enable all languages if they are stored in firmware. Please check!

May be you may change the language of system and menus, if it is stored in framework, but apps (most of native AT&T apps) will not be translated, simply because they was made only for US market. So any one did try MoreLocale?

i want the system language to be in hebrew, i dont mind about att apps.
i guess it is not stored in framework. is there any way to add it??
i did try morelocale but it didnt changed the system language

I bought a galaxy s3 sgh i747 AT&T is unlocked and it usually works here in Brazil.
more I would like to change his language to Portuguese.

You need to root out first. Then change language .xml which located in csc folder as far as I know

Just download the app in the Google play store called "locale setting".
It works great ! Changes the entire phone to whatever languages it has hidden in it.
You won't need root and you won't need to edit any files. It just by using the app.

I think is similar to the example ...
