[mod apps] transparent 4.4.4 dialer & contacts

hey guys!
I want to share with you my personal changes made on DIALER and CONTACTS ,
originally taken from Fireworks rom (Uzumaki's modified version of Liquid rom).
I was tired of all that white ..... and I don't like to install complete themes!
