Hy y'all
Just opened a new threat to get some help with my Problem with H7.
It looks like that I cannot apply any new Theme after rooted and flashed Custom recovery TWRP.
Why I'm sure that cause is from rooting? I'm not 100% sure but I found another threat from Huawei Mate 8 with the same problem. So just assuming it might be with this device as well
Keep this threat short and looking forward to get help from devs and guys from xda.

U should maybe just check if your build.prop got a line that says something like "hwtheme.engine enabled" and it should be set to 'true'

Jrummys build.prop editor on playstore works just fine if you're rooted

Just curious @HonorCasper.. I'm not a developer so where i can find this build.prop to look for that enabled theme thing? Would you post a screen shot or a easy understanding instructions for me please.

Btw i flashed Pure Rom from DigiGoon and in New ROM actually it's working again.

The easy way as I see it is to download an build prop editor, in as before mentioned build prop editor u can search for the different lines it's real easy, find the line, edit and reboot u can also change lcd density, icon size and a lot of other stuff

yes you can update. there will be no issue with system apps only icons will change and some customizations.

lite version will only patch some existing system apks leaving your apps untouched while full version will delete existing system folder and reinstall whole system.

yes, you can. Make a nandroid backup first. If there were bugs please report here and I will sort it out for my V2 release. thanks to all who have tried and liked it.

Smaller icons
Can you make a version with smaller icons? Or give instructions how to make them smaller? The edges of the icons are cropped on my Y300. I unzipped the .hwt file, but found no icon image files (which was my guess how to make them smaller).

The file itself is a .hwt file. Just move file to hwtheme folder of sdcard or internal memory.

Not for me. But anyway you can just rename the zip file and add the ".hwt" at the end. It will work fine.

You need uninstall the driver, then reboot.
After reboot install the driver and reboot again.

Why wouldn't it work? I been using apk alone as user app sense KitKat on GPE and Sense Lollipop as well, stock ROM and several custom roms.
Besides your talking about KitKat, which has full support already

I'm not arguing, just try the apk? There's no reason it wouldn't work, there's only a slight chance it wouldn't work because of the material design language but material design apps work on KitKat so yeah, I bet you it will work just fine man lol

You mean its still Holo themed? That's strange, or do you mean the UI is missing options?
The ui isn't the same, the latest doesn't have the slide to other tabs in it, I don't like this one

The V4A reads the styles and backgrounds from framework, for material design needs to be 5.0 framework.
So if you want material designed ViPER4Android on KK, needs to be rewritten completely the V4A app.

Don't bother with it. I got it on auto , didn't installed it just opened playstore and boom the new interface.

Just figured I'd share this here. The Xposed Module is called LeEco EUI Moder.
Thanks for that, the quicksetting button isn´t very comfortable for me. Now I can change it back to the "normal" android thing.
I am using it with Systemless root and Systemless xposed along with Gravity Box.
Everything is working well without a single conflict.
My company email doesn't run if phone is rooted. What is this systemless root? Can I install it to get no root?

Can't tell unless you try it. It may detect root or not.
I also read somewhere that you could delete certain system services or apk files to get rid of EUI look.
If so, that would be the best and cleanest way to get the stock look.

I might give this mod a shot. I dunno. I'm honestly starting to actually like the depth of customizations and nitpicking battery options eui offers. I still would love to see CM on this hardware though. Would scream I think.
It runs fine for me on .19s (bl unlocked & rooted). I just can't use the lockscreen/notifications option or I get nothing but blank wallpaper and have to restore from backup. Apparently that bit doesn't work past .16s yet. Recents works fine though. I found a great app to get quick toggles back in the notification panel like vanilla. I posted it in the LP3 apps section. Combined with Nova launcher, software keys, and a few tweaks with Gravitybox... It's getting pretty close to vanilla Android!!!
