Can it be changed? Afects the funcionality of the screen? Like on samsung galaxy screens?(this one cant be removed ...)

Does anyone have an idea what 10127 is? This seems to be draining my battery since a day or two.
It looks like ut had something to do with the gps, but this is turned off.
Any help would be appriciated.
