Just curious, if anyone has seen any random reboots since upgrading to 5.0 or 5.0.1?
I've played around with lollipop for week or so now, and I haven't experienced one single reboot... Unless, I've initiated it myself that is.. How about you?
Not that but bad battery life is affecting my tablet dramatically.
No reboots to speak of for me, and battery life has been about the same if not slightly better.
I got one on 5.0 (kernel panic). Haven't had any yet on 5.0.1.

Weird. My battery's been the best it's ever been.
All location, syncing, wifi etc left on I'll get 7 hours screen time over two days no problem, with no gaming 8 hours. Idle drain is like nothing compared to all previous versions.
Find out what app is draining it or what wakelock is keeping it up. If you haven't already, flash the factory image without keeping data.
5.0.1 is ****ing NICE.
guys I need your help.. after lollipop update , "kernel" with 20% and "android system" with 15% are always topping my app sucker list. while in my mother nexus 5 (android 5.0, not 5.0.1 ), these 2 are always stalking aroud 7% each one. I have done factory reset, every sinking is off, always scanning in wifi is off,gps set on battery saving mode,on 2g (not 3g lte),internet just on wifi
in kitkat I had a far superior battery life. I am s-on and unrooted. every thing is stock
please help me.I want my m8 battery life to be as impressive as it was on kitkat times
hey guys, i installed marshmallow with twrp and root.. debloated. battery on standby is great but i get average time of max 3 hours SOT when on the same usage i got 4.5 on Lollipop. ive waited a week then tried to factory reset and didnt help battery is draining as soon as i use it. tried BBS but nothing seems odd. any idea? thanks!

Hello,
the capacity of battery is only 1750 mAh.
it would drain out very quickly, if you play game or navigate.
you should buy a new phone produced within 2 years.
I found a way to make my phone less draining of battery thank you!
Hello
I recivied 3 days ago a new update to Miui 14, before update the battery work for 24 hours good (40-50%), now afrer 12 i'ts 20%.
does anyone have this problem?
I am using Miui 14 (xiaomi.eu stable edition), and I also experience battery drainage. I am looking for any updates, but they seem to have dropped their weekly updates for Lisa (the 5G NE). Let's see now, because I ended up liking Miui and not like the UI of any other roms...
yes have the aforementioned problem of battery drain. Since I kept this phone as stock I cannot even revert version
Yes, I've faced the same problem. I was getting 10% overnight battery drain. Then I flashed custom rom(AOSP), and now the overnight battery drain is 4%. MIUI su*ks

PixelOS latest build. The battery backup is way better than MIUI, also it feels smoother than MIUI

On my Mi11 used to get 2-4% battery drain overnight on MiUI13, since i updated to MiUI14 i get 8-14% battery drain, counting i usually sleep 7-5 hours, it's not an issue since i can change fast, but it's goddam annoying that now i consume 15% insted of 10% per Youtube watching hour
One thing could be done is unintall Carrier Services updates.
Any custom rom > stock miui
I've noticed that "com.android.bluetooth" is draining battery. Is there some fix?
