Uhans U300n visual concept

Uhans U300 concept pre-view.
Mainstream smartphones on the market can be divided into 2 categories:
1. Sleek phones like iphone, Samsung, Huawei, LG, Nexus...
2. Rugged phones and luxurious phones (for the minority)
Unlike any of them, UHANS U300 comes in between.
It is a combination of style, sturdiness and luxury.
Uhans U300 is style and personality

Uhans have another U series phone on the way named the U300.
All the video says is a new phone, the U300, is in the works and that the phone is coming soon. It also gives us an idea of what the phone is going to look like (well its shape at least).
So that’s it! But we’ve take a look around the web to see if we can uncover other details and believe we’ve found the full specs for the phones.
According to leaks specifications will include a 5-inch FHD display, quad-core 1.3Ghz chipset, 2GB RA, 16GB internal memory and a 3000mAh battery.
The body will feature a similar “stylish’ design and likely to be finished in a “leather” material.

UHANS U300 Makes the Best or Nothing
The best or nothing, which is a message that Mercedes-Benz has been trying to convey through its products from tradition to innovation for over a hundred years. Now, this concept will be put into the UHANS U300.
As a member of “U” lineup, U300 has got a similar but leapfrogged design compared to U100 and U200. It is nothing like iPhone, Samsung phones, or other smartphones on the market. It will be unique, luxurious and breathtaking.
To make a perfect couple with the design, the specifications will also be discerning enough to make U300 a luxury. It is the best in UHANS’s history. It will feature 64-bit MediaTek MT6750 processor, kitted out with 4GB RAM and 32GB ROM. It will come with a 5.5-inch FHD display and 4750 mAh battery. Check the video and you can get more details
According to leaks specifications will include:
* 5.5 inch FHD display,
* MT6750,
* 4GB RAM, 32GB ROM
* Huge 4750mAh battery.
* IP65
* Titanium alloy
The body will feature a stylish design and likely to be finished in a top Italian leather material.

Uhans with a design made by former Mercedes-Benz designer they believe it will be able to deliver sort of a Vertu-style design but more innovative.

UHANS U300 is a multitasking master
The year of 2016 has witnessed a huge number of Android smatphones. While the competition gets more and more fierce, UHANS may have released the best smartphone with 4GB RAM.
At first glance, the U300 is a rather attractive handset with a Mercedes-Benz style. The phone is made out of Benz’s titanium alloy and top Italian leather that's available in black. The craftsmanship being touted here certainly is impressive even though it may not be the most unique-looking device around.
The front of the UHANS U300 boasts a 5.5-inch FHD display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080, which is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 4. The device is powered by the MediaTek MT6750 chipset. Along with that, there’s 4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. The device also supports microSD cards of up to 64GB. The memory of U300 is just so enough for normal use. But why is it the best? The video will unveil how manageable the U300 is with multiple Apps.

UHANS U300 Drop Test
Together with a few soda cans, the UHANS U300 has been dropped from a height of about 30 meters. Such scenario looks quite exciting with the drinks splashing all around.

Display test: UHANS U300 V.S. Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge
UHANS U300 is a phone that stands apart from the traditional phones like iPhone and rugged phones with an innovative Mercedes-Benz design. And it is the first phone that uses FHD display in the UHANS history.
The U300’s 5.5-inch FHD display manages to deliver rich and sharp images, even though it's not as pixel dense as others on the market. The colors are actually nicely saturated. Viewing angles are generous too. If you don’t like the default settings, you can adjust them on Miravision. Contrast, saturation, brightness, sharpness and color temperature can all be customized.
This is a video showing the visual effect of both U300 and Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge.

Just like a Mercedes-Benz Advert, this is awesome.

Uhans is pushing a lot on his new U300. Today they released this article:
It is not a superhero, but definitely a knight
Long long time ago, there were legends of knights who fought for honor. Though they are gone now*and*replaced by the magical superheroes created by the famous Marvel and DC, the faith of knights shines on still.
Armed with noble spirit, in the midst of blood and carnage, they remained brave, humble, compassionate, honest, loyal and restlessly fought for honor and justice. So does UHANS U300.
It puts itself in the fight among traditional smartphones and rugged phones, using a innovative chic design to differentiate from them, regardless of what the world would say about it. Not every phone can do such Mercedes-Benz design like U300. All the streamlines, titanium alloy and clous de Paris incarnate the style of simplicity in an understated way , which*differentiates*itself from the*traditional*luxury smartphones from Vertu, Hanmac. That's act of self-awareness, rebellion of rule-breaker, rise of innovation. You deserve a*marvelous*and adventurous smartphone that objects to the ordinary.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I41GRjHdLYg&t=1s
The chivalry lives more than that on the outside. The compact design as well as the IP65 allow the body to resist any water splash and dust in daily life, as tough as an armored knight. Its consists of the MediaTek MT6750, 4GB RAM and 32GB of internal storage, tough Gorilla Glass 4, 5.5-inch FHD display and a huge 4750mAh battery. All these are the invisible armor, sword and shield that define the chivalry of U300 in a strong and pleasantly noble way. Though the adventure ahead may be dark, it will still shine in glory.http://www.uhans.cc/product/U300
It is the fight for honor and loyalty to the values of life in this world. The chivalry never dies.
P. S. Alberto96: YouTube link seems to be bad, i can't open it with xda app or tapatalk

@megthebest Working just fine here.

my rom is Uhans U300 Version: DK9FA2FWTAG.HSA.UHANS.F.SA.1118.V3.01 – full_pri6750_66t_m-user 6.0 MRA58K and never fing OT.
I Heard about new rom 3.02 22nd of december.. strange that i don't have any OTA..
Just found malware from famous adups.fota :
Camera quality is not good enough (it's Panasonic MN34153).
Speaker quality is really good, earpiece volume and quality is not comparabile to the speaker one (and volume is also lowest than expected).
Like i have seen in Bluboo Maya Max, also second slot seems to have 3G capability (not common on dual sim device, but seems to be common for MT6750 powered devices)

Facing major issues regarding connectivity. Both slots are not working very well with GSM/LTE, most of the times they do not work at all. Build quality is also not that good. Seems to have a faulty device
Here is the firmware: http://www.needrom.com/download/uhans-u300/
Unfortunately the 3.02 is not available there.
Mine has: DK9FA2FWTAG.HSA.UHANS.HB.F.SA.1222.3.02
@megthebest
What scanner are you using? Do you have LTE or 3G?

No issue on the sim slot, 3g/4g seems to work correctly on my device. Build quality is perfect in some areas and poor in others (upper frame shows irregular plastic mould, sim tray is not so stable and tightned).
Malwarebytes is the scanner i used.
I'm testing battery that is really impressive.

Same probs with build quality here, but the probs with sim-slot is a no go. Will try to dwongrade firmware and see if that is the problem. Battery is working very good, but it is only 4.650 mAh.

Well you are blaming about build quality, I got a completely scratched (noticeable damage here and there) review unit so...something wrong is happening there.
Mine has also a pre-applied glass screen protector (scratched too :facepalm).

If you don't believe me, check this photo. The screw is stuck outside the chassis and the chassis itself is full of scratches. This kind of damage was already here, not caused by me.

Leaked News:
LEAGOO launches the world's first non-breakpoint all-metal frame smartphone.
There have been rumors about LEAGOO’s new phone which is known as M5 starting mass production since last month. Recently, a leaked picture of LEAGOO’s new phone is highly suspected as M5, showing some exciting details of this new product.
From the first glimpse of M5, the most eye-catching feature is its non-breakpoint metal frame. No articulation point has been seen in its “all-metal” frame, which gives it a smooth touch feeling. The volume buttons and the power button are all located on the right side of the device, while the USB port is situated at the bottom. This should mean that the speakers are located on the back of the phone. M5 has a slim body and is perfectly appropriate to be used by one hand. Without any physical button on the front, the whole look of M5 is simple and pleasing. Besides, the metallic unibody structure gives it a sense of fashion. In all, M5 has an expressive figure among those big-size Smartphones.
CPU: Unknown Yet
RAM: Unknown Yet
Price: Unknown Yet
Time to market: Unknown Yet
We have no idea about the CPU inside, but it should be an entry level mid-ranger. While we don’t see it in the picture, at the back, the phone is also said to come with a fingerprint sensor, which has become a standard feature among LEAGOO smartphones recently. The price is said to be reasonable, but we have no official figures as of now. Stay tuned for more details in the coming days.
LEAGOO M5, the World’s First Nano “All-metal” Closed Loop Frame Smartphone.
After a long wait, LEAGOO has finally rolled out one of the coolest and most durable Smartphone. What do we can expect? Reasonable price, implicit toughness or just an amazing hardware configuration?
The M5 is declared to be so solid and shockproof that you absolutely no need to worry about the quality problem. If you take a regular Smartphone and throw it carelessly on the floor, there's a high chance of the device sustaining some kind of damage. It might crack, bend or totally stop working if its circuitry gets affected by the impact. M5 is declared to be totally different. It doesn’t mind getting crushed, or dropped by accident as it is built with durability in mind. (a pseudo-Rugged device?)
One of the most interesting feature of the M5 is the world's first nano “All-metal” closed loop frame design. LEAGOO seems to have finally solved an engineering challenge after days of testing and focus on a smooth and delicate “All-metal” frame body which encompasses a tougher structure and delivers an amazing hand feeling.
“All-metal” is not the only surprise here because the M5 features also a 0.19 seconds fingerprint function (the world's first MT6580 device with a fingerprint sensor), declared to be fast, accurate, secure and easy to use. (Smart Features are probably there)
It features a 5.0 inches HD display with 2.5D Bulletproof Glass, 8MP rear camera with flash led, 4P lens and F2.0 aperture that helps you get clear images and ensures that every shot is sharp and crisp.
Everything supported by 2GB RAM, 16GB of built-in storage plus expandable storage up to 128GB. Also, in order to improve music quality, the M5 uses the Awinic K7 Amplifier that provides dynamic sound performance. The loudspeaker's performance is declared to reach Hi-Fi levels.
As regards the battery life, the M5 packs a 2300 mAh li-polymer battery that should be able to handle at least one day of usage (MT6580 isn't a power hungry CPU). Just like the UHANS S1, it will feature the Freeme OS 6.0 (Based on Android 6.0), probably the second device ever released with this OS.
Powered by the a Quad-Core processor, the M5 is declared to deliver an astonishing battery life which can allow you to handle multiple tasks for a long time and without any interruption.
These are just the tiny part of the M5, more will come soon.

Sincerely it shocked me That's the perfect example of slim, but resistant, device.
Now...i would like to see a drop test, so that we can officially declare it as the world's first rugged device, with a non-rugged look.

It is definitely not weird. The original test video was made by Leagoo, so it is obviously fake (or just call it marketing).
However, the device can actually survive a car! That's surprising.
And 2GB RAM for 60€? How can it be better?

I know, but i still can't believe that they faked the video. OUKITEL released many videos where they crashed their devices just like LEAGOO did with the last one, but they were real.
I will definitely ask LEAGOO more info about the Screen Glass.

In leagoo's video where they hammer the nails, the board looks like 3/4 inch solid board, but if you look closely I think its actually hollow board.

Just a doubt, i am not a Glass Expert but i think this isn't something non-sense. In the Valendar's Video we can see that he firstly scratched the glass, it definitely reduces its toughness...BUT, it is strange that it got scratched so easily.

HT20 smartphone will soon be experienced by many of us with quite tough characteristics on account of its tough materials as well as its outstanding “three proofing properties” finally achieved, especially IP68 waterproof rating. We believe it will redefine the “Toughness” for outdoor smartphone then.
Unlike the traditional phone structure by wrapping the phone with super cumbersome materials, HOMTOM HT20 adopts a newly-improved withhold structural design. The new assembly method, which structures the phone with fully enclosed vacuum assembly process, helps form a compact and solid phone body, thus, greatly enhances the features of waterproof, shockproof and dustproof.
The new assembly method leads to spectacular results in terms of tri-proofing.
For an outdoor smartphone, nice waterproof feature is a must.
HOMTOM HT20 promotes its waterproof function to a higher level. Being certificated IP68 proofing design, it can not only guard against water outside the phone, but also can withstand dust, dirt and sand.
HT20 can endure working underwater. For more coolness, it can enable you to take crystal pictures with the 13MP rear camera even in the rain or underwater environment.
As for drop resistance, HOMTOM HT20 adopts military-standard high density PC material for the back case and the high density aeronautical metal materials for the frame. All these exquisite materials combined with the fine craftsmanship create a drop resistance, smash-proof masterpiece, as well as a stylish HT20.
The HT20 can withstand a fall of 1.2m. Moreover, the Corning Gorilla Glass forms a strong protection for the phone screen thanks to its wonderful resistance to impact force.
For the sake of fine tri-proofing properties, HOMTOMHT20 also pays attention to each minor detail --- Besides the outstanding materials carefully selected and the newly-improved withhold structural design, HT20 also offers anti-dust protection to its headset jack, USB port and speaker by using super effective dustproof materials like the anti-dust filter mesh, the Samsung USB port with plug, etc. Dust will be kept away!
All in all, as a toughest outdoor smartphone, HOMTOM HT20 will show you how much it can suffer.

All you have done is post screen clips of add-copy's that are all over the internet, already viewed by most here.
Post some VALID links to ROM, flash tools, USB drivers and such, add some tutorials, give thanks for people that have helped you,,,,,,you might get some +1's....
FYI, skip the 3rd party download sites as they tend to bundle malware and such into the programs.

It doesn’t take much insight to notice that the market of Android tablets is shrinking. With phones getting bigger, laptops and convertibles getting thinner, tablets becomes less of a necessity for the majority of consumers.
With many of its competitors disappearing, Cube, a Shenzhen-based manufacturer, remains one of the major supplier of budget Android tablets. And the Free Young X5 is the latest addition to their lineup.
Design
The Cube Free Young X5 doesn’t offer anything new when it comes to the design. The slate looks like an enlarged budget smartphone. Dominating its front is an 8-inch IPS panel, with a relatively small bezel. Sitting above the display are an earpiece for phone calls, a 5MP front-facing camera and a light sensor.
The back of the tablet is made of aluminum, a material rarely found on budget slates.
The top part of the rear side can be removed, and you will find two SIM card slots and a Micro SD card slot underneath.
Buttons are kept to a minimum, with only a slightly textured power button and volume rocker on the right side.
The top side of the slate hosts a 3.5mm headphone jack and a Micro USB port.
Thanks to the metallic body and solid build quality, the Free Young X5 feels like a mid-range tablet, despite its budget nature. The 16:10 aspect ratio of the display results in a long device, but one I can still comfortably hold in one hand.
Fortunately for the users, the X5 is preinstalled with a screen protector, which is quite resistant to scratches, and it will last quite some time before you want to replace it.
Display
The Free Young X5 sports an 8-inch IPS display at the resolution of 1920*1200. Not the best when compared against the likes of the 2K displays seen on the Huawei MediaPad M3 and Samsung Galaxy Tab S series. But given that it is only a budget device, it is still quite impressive.
The display offers amazing clarity, contrast, and color saturation. Images look true-to-life, I noticed deep blacks, crisp whites, bright oranges and lots of details browsing pictures and watching videos.
The brightness is one of the few weaknesses of the X5’s display. Although it can get bright enough to use outdoors most of the time, it won’t get close to your average smartphone displays when it comes to visibility under direct sunlight.
Audio
The audio quality of the built-in speakers is decent, but not outstanding. The tablet could get loud enough for me to watch YouTube Videos in my small bedroom, but the lack of clarity, soundstage and details made me dying to plug in my headphones while listening to music.
OS & Apps
The Free Young X5 ships with stock Android 7.0 Nougat, with very few pre-installed applications.
You can get whatever you want from Google Play Store, all my favorite apps such as YouTube, Instagram and Spotify work like a charm.
Performance
Powered by a MediaTek MT8783 octa-core processor (eight cores of Cortex [email protected] and Mali-720MP3 GPU) and 3GB RAM, the X5 is not really a very powerful device in today’s world of Android, as top smartphones are all powerhouses which can even rival mainstream PCs now.
The Antutu Benchmark returned a score of 43,343, which is on par with the scores of budget smartphones, but is still no match for even mid-range smartphones and tablets, let alone those flagship devices.
In the Geekbench 4 test, the X5 scored 701 in single core performance, 2,420 in multi-core performance and 2,144 in RenderScript performance.
Still, I saw no lag or stutter as I jumped in and out of a dozen tabs in Chrome while I had a picture-in-picture video playing. The X5 stayed speedy as I continued to multitask, loading Slack, Pocket, YouTube and Instagram without pauses.
Although the Free Young X5 didn't do very well on the 3DMark Ice Storm Unlimited benchmark test, taking a score of 6,656, which is behind most entry-level phones. But 3D gaming is generally smooth and responsive on this slate. I noticed decent frame-rates running most graphic-intense games.
Cameras
The Free Young X5 offers an impressive camera lineup: a 5MP front-facing camera and a 13MP main camera with autofocus and LED flash. The stock camera app is easy to use, with only a few useful features in its settings.
The front-facing camera takes care of video-chatting comfortably, but it won’t be your primary choice to do selfies.
The main camera can take some decent pictures when the lighting is right, but shooting photos with the X5 in low light can still be extremely challenging. Not only does it take a lot of time to focus, the photos are generally too noisy for you to post in your socializing apps.
Battery Life
The X5 has a 3.7V/3,800mAh Li-Po battery under the hook, the capacity is relatively small for an 8-inch slate. In comparison, the Huawei MediaPad M3 has a 5,100mAh battery and the Xiaomi Mi Pad 3 has a 6,600mAh battery. In our battery rundown test, we set the screen brightness and speaker volume at 50%, played a 1080P MP4 video on loop, the X5 lasted 5 hours, 21 minutes, which was neither bad nor impressive.
In the real-world use, the X5 can still easily last through a day of moderate use. I normally got 4-5 hours of screen time playing YouTube videos, socializing on Twitter and Instagram, browsing webpages. For heavy users who keep playing demanding games, charging the tablet twice in a day is inevitable.
Connectivity
The X5 is LTE-enabled and can be used as a phone. It also has dual-band Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth 4.0 on board. The Wi-Fi connection is solid and stable, and connecting to 5GHz hotspot spares you the interference of Bluetooth and other connections.
The slate supports all major cellular networks, including TDD, FDD, TDS, WCDMA, CDMA EVDO and GSM. Dual SIM card slots make it possible for the user to use two phone numbers on the same device, a useful feature for those who want to separate their personal life from their work life. I had no problem making phone calls with the X5, which generally worked the same as my cell phone, even though holding an 8-inch tablet to my ear could be awkward sometimes.
There is 32GB built-in storage, which should be enough for most users. For those who need to have lots of multimedia files in their tablet, the X5 also offers a Micro SD card slots which supports cards up to 128GB. Also, the Micro USB port supports USB on the go, and can read normal flash disks and even some mobile drives.
Verdict
Priced at $199, the Cube Free Young X5 offers a lot of value for the money. You get a solid metallic build, an 8-inch Full HD IPS display, an octa-core processor, 3GB RAM, stock Android Nougat and cellular support. It is not a powerhouse tablet which will give you the highest benchmark scores, but it still handles everyday tasks with ease.
Even though the slate has full phone functionalities, we wouldn’t recommend anyone to carry it around as their primary communication device. If you really enjoy using a big screen, there are many 6-inch smartphones which you can easily fit into your pocket and won’t turn heads when you hold them to your ears while making a phone call. When your phone runs out of juice, that’s when the cellular functions of the X5 really come in handy.
The firmware for oversea users has Google Play preinstalled. Flashing it is quite easy.
Thanks great review

[Review] Doogee BL7000: the Big Fat Phone!

Hi there!
Below is adapted from my original review on gadgetvictims.com
The Doogee BL7000 is a bit more than just a BL5000 with a bigger battery.

------------------
Highlights
Android 7.0
CPU MT6750T 8x [email protected]
4GB RAM and 64GB ROM
Triple camera: 13MP Dual rear cameras and front camera (Samsung ISOCELL sensor), with AF and flash on both sides. Rear camera has 2X optical zoom.
Screen: IPS Full HD 1080*1920px 480ppi with Corning Gorilla Glass 5
Battery: 7060mAh
Weight: (220gr announced), actual: 243gr naked (261gr with silicon cover)
Unpacking and first look:
The BL7000 comes with a plastic screen protection already applied and a spare one. In addition, we have a silicon cover, an OTG cable, a USB cable and a fast charger (well done Doogee!).
A SIM tray extractor and a leaflet are also provided.
In a world of bezel-less devices, this phone keeps a classic design, almost old-fashioned. The leather-style on the back adds a touch a elegance.
Despite plenty of space above and under the screen, Doogee did not squeeze any notification LED.
The SIM tray accepts either 2 nano-SIM's or 1 microSD+1 nano SIM.
With 64GB of internal storage, you might not need additional storage anytime soon, but a card of up to 128GB can be added.
7060mAh battery: Does a battery twice as big lasts twice as long?
I was expecting around 48 hours of autonomy with my usual mixed use of camera, GPS, games, videos and phone calls. I got just under 40 hours (of real life use, not screen-on time). Not exactly 2 days but quite comfortable.
With a real weight of 261 grams (with silicon cover), the BL7000 is and feels heavy and you'll have to decide if that's worth the extra autonomy.
The 12V-2A fast charging will fill up the battery in just over 1 hour. It's great to have it included in the box but not a luxury either, with any weaker charger, you are in for a loooonnng wait.
The OTG cable provided allows the phone to be used as a Power Bank for other devices.
The data/charging port is still a good old micro-USB connector and the audio port is the 3.5 mm jack connector, which is too often removed from USB type C equipped phone, so a micro-USB is fine by me!
Camera: the good surprise
All three cameras use a 13MP Samsung ISOCELL sensor.
Both sides also have LED flash and Phase Detection Auto Focus.
As we've seen so many times, a dual lens is not a guarantee to have a single good one, especially in that price range, but the Doogee BL7000 is a bit different.
The rear (one of them at least*) and front cameras do actually take very decent photos, even in a dark environment.
The 2X optical zoom works well, the focus is fast and keeps at it with no struggle, even in video recording it doesn't go hunting away.
The native camera software does the job with a good choice of options, and I didn't feel the urge to install another one.
(full size pictures are available from the original review)
Dual rear camera: the "We too have it!" syndrome...
Although the second rear camera is really there (if you block the lens, it will display a warning on screen), it is just a marketing gimmick. Sadly Doogee did not bother taking advantage of it, and it's the software that does all the job!
The picture below was taken in SLR mode (equivalent to the Blur mode on other models) and has been edited to make the focus circles more visible. Basically, everything outside the center is artificially blurred...
A Bokeh effect? that? Seriously guys!
Screen:
A Corning Gorilla Glass 5 screen should not require an additional screen protection, and the touch feels smoother without it. I would have preferred that Doogee includes a tempered glass protection with oleo-phobic coating instead. (They're available on ebay for this model).
The IPS display is Full HD with vibrant colors and good contrast. I found the brightness adequate in full daylight.
Performance:
That little fatty is not exactly a sprinter and, during the Antutu screen tests, I could see that the Full HD screen was a heavy burden for the poor MT6750T.
In real life use, I found it to work very well and fast enough, no stutter while playing FHD videos, no slow down or crash with games. It just does not give that lighting-fast feeling when launching apps. This is normal for a phone which storage is encrypted by default and it does not affect the performance of execution.
A clean Android 7.0!
With 64GB of internal storage, one could expect a lot of bloat- and ad-ware pre-installed.
Instead, this ROM (build DOOGEE-BL7000-Android7.0-20170904) is an example of sobriety with nothing to spoil your craving for Nougat!
There's no Doogee customization. WPS Office and Xender are the only pre-installed apps (they can be uninstalled), leaving most of the formatted storage available (around 55GB).
Fingerprint scanner: reliable but not fast
Registering the fingerprints is straightforward but the scanner is slow enough to make me regret the absence of a Face Unlock option.
It needs a good firm press of one good second to recognize my finger and unlock the phone.
Both the Doogee Mix and Bluboo S1 are faster. Let's hope Doogee will look into this.
GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Mobile Data:
The BL7000 is needs 5 seconds on average for the first 10 satellites. Not the fastest, but not an issue either. Wi-Fi: all good, in 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz with a good range. Bluetooth 4.0 is flawless, as expected.
Most worldwide bands are covered for 4G (B20 800MHz, B8 900MHz, B7 2600MHz, B3 1800MHz, B1 2100MHz), something I don't take for granted anymore since a certain Xiaomi.
Just a little skinflint on the sensors...
This is a place of obvious sacrifices. The BL7000 embarks the strict necessary, no gyroscope, no compass.
At least, what's there (the LS/PS basically) works perfectly fine during phone calls and for adaptive brightness.
Speakers
The speakers are able to produce a good sound even at maximum volume (which could have been a bit louder). Maybe the weight of the phone helps in preventing the excessive vibrations. It's (maybe) worth mentioning that, as a phone, it provides also an excellent in-call quality.
Conclusion: Elegant and generous!
It may not have the sexiness of the Mix, but the BL7000 does look elegant and solid.
The clean Android 7.0 also feels solid and I could not fault this smartphone in any aspect.
It is definitely a very well balanced and reliable assistant of generous specifications:
4GB of RAM, 64GB of storage, and a large 7060mAh battery.
Leaving the twin lens marketing trick aside (they all do that), the camera does a pretty good job overall with fast focusing and results that I'd like to see in more smartphones of this price range.
The star feature of this phone could however be also its Achilles's heel:
With its 243gr (261gr with the silicon cover), this phone is one of the heaviest on the market, and that's a factor to put in the balance with your need of autonomy.
The DOOGEE BL7000 is available for around €150/~180$
Good:
Elegant design, feels solid
Good rear and front cameras
Good sound quality
Clean AOSP Android 7.0
Comfortable battery autonomy
Not so good:
No gyroscope, no compass
No notification LED
Sluggish fingerprint scanner
Heavy (261gr!)
This phone has a main bug. The battery statistics in the firmware is wrong!

Your kidding? everything in this phone is wrong and nothing as people expected!! take my advise, don't waste your money or time on this phone, all this phone made of is bunch of lies and commercials, I tried unlocking bootloader which is the simplest thing and they got me stuck in "Orange State" on the logo and a bootloop, and now I can't use my "Doogee BL7000" at all, really wow. now every kid who learns to build a mobile device wants to start a company and build and sell phones. for the lucky ones who still not bought it, don't waste your thoughts about it...
After update the battery is great
And front cam is oke the back is not so great

Hi
I am looking for review..
thanks
Hi, is there a test and review for this phone? Thank you.
Poptel Review
Poptel P60
Poptel brand is born in 2018 and only focus on rugged devices at the moment, the current models included P9000 Max, P10, P8, and P60. Now, in my hands, it’s P60, the latest devices from Poptel.
Package and design
The smartphone comes in a black box. Inside, its accessories were put in two boxes separately.
One small box contains the charger, another one contains USB cable and earphone adapter. Additionally, there is one tempered glass film provided in a small envelope, different from normal protect film, the glass film is more tough and durable. In the envelope, there are user manual and a small special tool used for opening the SIM card holder.
Most of the rugged smartphones have their own symbolical appearance, so does the Poptel P60. The P60 comes with three colors: red, green and orange. And only 2 accents on the back and on the front under the display show the color. It is the color that makes the phone shine. What I show you is the Green one. This device has a durable metal frame, plastic corner edges, suspending border and glass design on the back. I like this unusual design and good appearance.
The location of the buttons here is quite standard. On the left side, there is a SIM tray, which can be dragged by a fingernail. 2 Nano-SIM or 1 Nano and a Micro-SD for memory expansion fit into the sled.
The volume and power button are placed on the right side. Besides, lower these 2 control keys there are 2 additional buttons which activate only a long press. The upper one is the customized button, can be set to link other apps or actions, like SOS or Zello or some others. The lower one is the camera button, which means that it can open the camera directly after a long press. So it is pretty convenient to take photos underwater. Poptel has also considered this, in case it is easy to accidentally activate the buttons, so you need to press it for a long time. Very thoughtful!
Especially, the Micro-USB port at bottom of the phone is normal and no port plug, it’s really waterproof because of its advanced technology and real IP68 rating. There is no need to check whether the waterproof plug works well underwater, also no trouble replacing the port plug again and again. In addition, charging is very convenient.
the earphone port with 3.5mm jack on the top of the device is a little deep, but Poptel sends a free earphone adapter in the package.
The fingerprint sensor is located on the back and unlocks the phone within a second. Face-unlock is available to unlock the device as well, which is completely unlock the phone even a wearing hat.
Display
The 5.7-inch IPS display is characterized by a resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels and an aspect ratio of 18: 9. Due to its design, the margins around the display are correspondingly large, so that the Poptel P60 looks bigger than normal 6-inch. So the screen is very decent, bright, rich, clear and with large viewing angles. The 5-point touch screen is quite accurate and quick.
The front side is covered with Gorilla glass, protect it from any damages. At the left top is a red light, it lights only when charging and not for notifications.
a Software
Running a customized operating system based on Android 8.1, the Poptel P60 has an intelligent interface. Different from other rugged smartphones, it adds some private systems except normal apps, like Freezer and Privacy System. The system runs smoothly. Everything goes well so far.
Performance
The heart of the Poptel P60 is an octa-core MediaTek Helio P23 processor operating at up to 2.0GHz. Also there are 128GB ROM and 6GB RAM of permanent memory, which offers plenty of room for multitasking and you do not have to push it that fast. The 16nm processor is energy efficient, optimizing system to provide decent performance. The hardware, combined with good optimization gives more than enough for comfortable everyday use.
Camera
The two rear cameras consist of a 16-megapixel Samsung 3P3 Sensor and a 5-megapixel sensor. Optics has an aperture of f / 2.2, autofocus is phase. Daytime shots taken on the Poptel P60, come out good. The color rendition and white balance are correct, long-range plans are clear and fast autofocus
Surprisingly, Poptel P60 has an incredible amount of photography modes in one smartphone. there are so many photo-taking modes. The amazing intelligent photo algorithms helps shoot more beautiful and interesting photos, for example: the Face-age Photographing Gender, age identification is based on artificial intelligence algorithm; As for Smiling Face photographing, the camera can automatically detect the people smile to take photos; And numerous Beauty and Cute Plus, like Buffing, Skin whitening, Face-lift, Bigeye, Beauty Plus and Cute Plus video etc.
https://i.postimg.cc/gjPdVyF3/Poptel-P60-camera-2.png[/IMG
[IMG]https://i.postimg.cc/J0JNgL29/Poptel-P60-camera-3.png
The smartphone is able to record video in maximum resolution Full HD with 30 frames per second. There is no stabilization, the focusing is automatic, the quality of the picture and the soundtrack is at a good level.
Battery
The battery of the device has a capacity of 5000 mAh. It works well. There is no problem to use it normally for 4-5 days. As for the power consumption for one-hour gaming is 10%, which is quite high considering the 5000 mAh battery. The smartphone is not noticeably warm after an hour of gaming.
Rugged smartphone is considered for men mostly. However, among numerous smartphones, Poptel P60 is suitable for both men and women for its incredible durability and stylishness.
Thanks For Review.
@samileo31 for the review. Please add GPS and camera result in low light.
Poptel P60 is a complete rugged smartphone because of its advanced features. Its come with AI Technology, Helio P23 processor 6GB RAM, 128GB ROM, IP68, MIL-SPEC 810G Standard, Face ID, NFC, 16MP+5MP Duel Rear cameras, 5.7" 2K display and Support wireless charging.
For the price point I am generally impressed, if you work outdoors and need something reliable, it is a definite consideration with exceptional battery and IP rating etc as critical factors, and easy to hold in the hand (it feels military, bug bezels etc, no accidental screen touching etc).
Unless you are in the market for the usual higher end device eg. Samsung etc. with extra strong case eg. otterbox, then this can be less than half the price and still get the job done at the end of the day and last you longer, both due to battery and durability.
For me, a product like this should really just be part of the Android One OS range, keeping it simple while including the 2 year security updates etc., assuming the manufacturer will ensure timely updates of course :-S
But overall a big thumbs up at this price range! Phones today are not as different as they used to be in previous years, it was unheard of a few years ago to have octocore with 6GB ram and a decent IP rating, and still be less than half price from flagship devices!! If you decide to go this one, be aware there are discounted offers going around so do your research!
